Ayant été confronté au problème (et je suis toujours en attente...même après 6mois !)😠 Pas facile de trouver les infos à ce sujet, on te dira souvent tout et son contraire.
A ton retour en France, les assedics te proposeront sûrement de remplir un formulaire de demande d'allocation d'insertion (réservé aux détenus libérés, expatriés, réfugiés politiques). C'est en gros bidon, tu touches dans les 190 euros/mois il me semble : minable.
Ensuite, le plus intéressant est de remplir un véritable dossier de demande d'allocation prenant en compte ton travail en Irlande mais sous le régime d'indemnisation français (youpi !!vive l'Europe...)
Premièrement : être viré en bon et due forme, ce qui implique d'avoir une lettre de ton employeur attestant que tu as bien été licencié. Et oui, ceux qui démissionnent ne sont pas indemnisés par l'assurance chômage.
Deuxième prérequis : il faut avoir retravailler au moins un jour en France à ton retour. A priori tout marche, petit boulot, mission d'interim. Pour ton indemnisation, le calcul se fait en fonction de tes 24 derniers mois, France et Irlande compris.
Quand tu quittes un job en Irlande, ton employeur doit te remettre le formulaire P45. Une partie de ce formulaire est utile pour demander le tax refund (perso je l'ai fait, des amis l'ont fait....mais bien peu d'entre-nous n'ont reçu que ce soit une réponse ou un centime à ce jour). L'autre partie de ce P45 sert à demander le formulaire E301. C'est ce précieux formulaire qui est demandé par les Assedics pour finaliser ton dossier, justifiant de ton emploi en Irlande.
Ce formulaire, tu peux le demander par toi-même auprès des autorités compétantes en Irlande (ce qui est très long à obtenir), où demander aux assedics de le demander pour toi (ce qui est encore plus long). Pour infos, quand tu le demandes auprès de tes assedics, ils envoient ton dossier au GARP (institution qui s'occupe des assurances chômage des expatriés et des marins-pêcheurs...vive la France!)...en gros, c'est le bordel, ca prend un temps fou (des mois et des mois), et il n'y a jamais personne pour te renseigner sur ton dossier.
Loin de moi l'idée de te décourager, mais bien te mettre en garde : ça risque d'être long et tu vas te battre avec les institutions et leur personnel qualifié ("L'Irlande....c'est l'Europe ??" °°°..). Moi, je suis faché avec la paperasse et les institutions - de multiples déplacement et coups de téléphone ont eut raison de moi. Mais ça en vaut peut-être le coup...après si ce n'est que 3mois de boulot, calculer à 70% de ton salaire là-bas...je sais pas si le jeu en vaut vraiment la chandelle.
Ah oui effectivment ca a l'air plutot compliqué!
D'autres questions me viennent:
J'ai deja mon formulaire E 301, je l'ai rempli mais il ne demande aucune signature de l'employeur..
Peut etre qu' une fois rempli je dois le donner au social welfare office?
POur le P 45, je dois le demander une fois le boulot fini ou je peux avant? est ce que tu sais ou je dois le recuperer?

P45 c'est ton employeur qui te l'envoies une fois que tu as fini de bosser pour lui, pas avant. Dans le meilleur des cas, tu l'as le jour ou tu finis. sinon ils te l'envoyent a ton adresse irlandaise. Ils peuvent eventuellment te l'envoyer a une adresse en France si tu pars rapidement apres ta demission.
Mais insiste au max pour l'avoir le jour ou tu finis si tu preferes etre sur.
Recap' de mon expérience, si ça peut servir à qq'un :
Pour ce qui est du retour de taxes, perso mon copain et moi n'avons pas eu de problème, ou presque. Il suffit d'aller au Tax Office avec ton/tes PRSI et P45 (qu'on obtient, généralement, lors du dernier jour de travail...voir avec les HR pour s'assurer que ce sera fait). Tu les touches dans le mois qui suit, si mes souvenirs sont bons. Peut être un peu plus. Si non, alors il ne faut pas hésiter à les contacter.
Perso, le seul problème que nous avions eu, c'est que le montant des taxes avaient été transféré sur nos comptes irlandais...donc au bout d'un moment à ne rien voir venir sur nos comptes Français, on a commencé a flipper un peu. Après les avoir contacté, le Tax Office nous a confirmé par courrier que la transaction avait bel et bien été faite, et sur quel compte.
Pour le E301 et le E104 (Assedics et Secu)

Tu joins à cette demande de formulaire ton P45 et ton/tes P60 (des copies suffisent).
Tu envoies le tout au Social Welfare. Ils te répondent sous un mois, normalement. Sinon...harcèle-les. Mais c'est toujours plus simple je pense de passer par eux que part la France.
Si tu as démissionné, tu peux toucher tes assedics mais la période de carence est plus importante.
Je ferai une update plus tard à ce sujet, car à ce jour je suis toujours en attente. J'ai fait ma demande la semaine dernière (j'ai quitté l'Irlande pour l'Angleterre sans me préoccuper de ce 'détail'...)

Donc tu as ton formulaire de demande de E301, c'est bien ça ?
Tout ce qu'il te reste à faire donc, c'est d'envoyer ça avec une COPIE (c'est plus sur) de ton P45 et de ton dernier P60, c'est tout.
D'ici une semaine/15 jours tu les rappelles pour leur dire que tu es sans emploi, et que tu as besoin que ton transfert de dossier soit fait au plus vite (auquel cas tu peux attendre des mois, ils sont débordés). Une fois qu'ils t'on renvoyé le E301, tu n'as plus qu'à le remettre aux Assedics.
Pour ma part je suis dans une merde pas possible. Cela fait 5 mois que je bosse en tant que nanny j'ai signé un contrat. Ma bosse devait payer les taxes pour moi. Conclusion cette connasse (désolé) vient de me dire qu'elle ne paye rien. Je viens de donner ma lettre de démission et je n'aurai pas de P45.

Voila cela fait 5 ans que je travaille en Angleterre dont 11 mois dans mon dernier travail. Maintenant je retourne en France. Je sais qu'il faut se faire licencier pour avoir droit aux assedics + 1 journée de travail pou valider mes droits. Le seul licenciement que j'ai pu négocier est une lettre qui dit qu'après 11 mois je n'ai pas plu à l'entreprise donc ils me licencient. Est-ce une raison valable comme licenciement pour avoir droit aux alocations chomage? Un licenciement économique n'est malheureusement pas possible. Merci pour votre réponse.

Je pensais qu'il y avait une alternative étant donné qu'on revient de l'etranger....
normalement on a droit à 3 mois de chômage dans un autre pays de la CEE....
c'est comme ça qu'étant au chômage en France j'ai pu rester 3 mois théoriques à Madrid ( mais en fait j'y qsuis resté qu'à peine 1 mois et demi..)
Donc si tu est licencié là où tu est en Irlande tu t'inscris auprès du bureau de chômage local puis tu peux continuer à le toucher en France pendant 3 mois.
Ou bien alors tu avais des droits ouverts auprès des Assedics avant de partir...

Remplis le et envoie le a l adresse indique (dans le Donegal. Le 'Department of social affairs' je crois. C est indique a la fin du formulaire). Donne leur une (bonne) photocopie de ton P45
Ils te renverront le E301/U1 a ton adresse en France. Ils vont indiquer les periodes travaillees, ton salaire mensuel, et vont cocher la case 'expired'
Pas besoin du P60 si je me souviens bien.
