Je connais la Bulgarie du point de vue touriste de base (quelques voyages privés). Depuis peu, se présente l'opportunité de travailler près de Sofia pour un groupe français.
A chaque fois qu je suis allé dans ce pays, je me suis plus senti là bas "chez moi" qu'en France. Seules la Bulgarie et la Russie me font cet effet...
Si vous avez connu une expérience professionnelle dans ce pays, pourriez vous m'en dire plus et me faire partager vos expériences?
Salut, je travail pour une grande societe Americaine, en francais (si tu cherche des offre d'emplois n'hesite pas a me contacter, il recrute a tour de bras...) et je dois dire que j'ai plutot une bonne experience, le point essentiel est bien sure d'avoir un salaire beaucoup plus important que la moyenne de la bulgarie, se qui permet de profiter du pays les vacances et week end tout en se projetant un peu dans l'avenir car les perspective d'evolution sont assez bonne, bien sur cela est au sein meme de ma societe, je ne connais pas specialement les autres, je sais juste que nous sommes assez bien vu et bien au chaud ;-)

Je travail actuellement pour IBM, a Sofia, despaysement garantis!! Je t'explique le travail rapidement, c'est un call center qui a tout juste 2 ans, en plein developpement... Le travail consiste a prendre des appels de clients francais qui ont des pb avec leur imprimantes. Je te rassure, aucune experience est necessaire, une formtaion de 3 semaines payees est prevues. Le centre est assez grand, il y a plusieurs groupes, espangol, portuguais, allemand italien et francais. tu as des RH aussi, et des service financiers. Pour les conitions, franchement, elles sont exelentes, un salaire de 700 euros environ, il faut savoir que c est bien plus que la moyenne du pays, il y a des primes par rapport au resultat tous les 3 mois, de plus tu aura en tant que natif francais 200 euros / mois, ainsi que 1000 euros a ton arrive pour la relocation.
Si les conditions te conviennent n'hesite pas a m envoyer ton CV, je le ferais passer aux RH rapidement.

c'est quoi ce trollage ! on ne peut plus parcourir un forum traitant de prêt ou de loin avec la Bulgarie sans avoir droit à de la publicité pour bosser dans le centre d'appel d'IBM à Sofia !

En dehors des sorties, prendre le taxi etc, les fruits et les légumes : la vie à sofia est devenue pratiquement aussi cher que dans une ville française (hors Paris, Côte d'azur...)
A mon avis un jeune peut s'en sortir avec cette somme mais rien de plus. Aucun projet. Une fois qu'on a retirer le budget logement (300€ mini), nourriture, vêtement (200€ mini)... il reste plus grand chose

Tu commences dans 10 jours et tu demandes si tu dois arriver assez tôt pour trouver une location. Ça colle pas vraiment.Si je commence dans dix jours dans un pays se trouvant à 2000km et que je ne connais pas, je m'affolerais pour réserver un billet d'avion ! et connaitre le niveau de vie dans le pays ça m'intéresserait également, je ne trouverais pas ça sans intérêt.

Toujours autant d'agressivité dans la réponse et pas le moindre conseil. c'est à douter de ta connaissance du pays. Bien entendu je me suis renseignée sur le pays et à peu près sur le niveau de vie. c'est une évidence d'autant que je n'en suis pas à ma première expatriation. pour les billets d'avion ce n'est pas compliqué, quant aux hôtels difficile de choisir car les avis sont souvent défavorables pour les hôtels pas chers. ensuite j'ai des adresses pour des locations. je souhaite seulement l'avis de résidents (es) ou expatriés (ées) bulgares.
Tu te trompes il n'y a strictement aucune agressivité dans mes réponses.. mais un bulgare qui est retourné dans son pays il y a de cela 2 ou 3ans a voulu se lancer dans l'immobilier, il a fait sa publicité sur les forums.. quand il a compris que l'immobilier ne marchait pas trop fort, il s'est lancé dans le recrutement de francophones pour des sociétés et pour se faire, s'est aidé de multipseudos..

donc voilà, je ne vais revenir la dessus...surtout que depuis ce temps tu as du trouver qqch et tu dois déjà être au travail à IBM 😇 j'espère que tout va bien pour toi
pour les autres qui voudraient venir à Sofia :
actuellement on trouve des studios neufs pour 200€ environ, et des 2 pièces pour 250€
il y a beaucoup plus d'offres que de demandes, on peut trouver une location sous 48h si on est pressé.
la colocation d'un appartement plus grand avec des bulgares n'est pas forcement le meilleur plan, dans le groupe de 3 ou 4 (ce chiffre peut doubler très vite quand la copine/copain ou frère débarque..) colocataires on en trouvera toujours un qui estimera que le "français" a plus d'argent et qu'il va pouvoir payer pour deux..
Le principale problème pour la recherche restera la langue, pour trouver des prix corrects il ne faut pas passer par les grandes agences qui auront tendance à vous proposer des meublés à 300/400€ minimum..

Je me demandais juste si trouver une location était facile (et tu viens de répondre à ma question) A savoit que 15 jours avant était faisable car dans certains pays c'est galère. Pour le transport il n'y avait aucun problème. Effectivement les agences demandent bien plus que ce que tu dis.
C'était plutôt IBM qui me posait problème car impossible d'avoir du retour sur les conditions de travail . Effectivement une accumulation de propositions de personnes soi-disant ravies de leur expérience... et celle ci n'ont jamais répondu aux sollicitations de renseignement...
Donc je ne suis pas partie finalement et m'oriente vers d'autres pays où j'ai déjà une expérience ! pas du tout IBM...

Je cherche un job à Sofia car c'est un pays dans lequel je me sens à l'aise et que je connais pas mal. Mon épouse est bulgare de Sofia (marié depuis plus de 10 ans) et elle cherche elle même un poste la-bas. Il est fort probable qu'elle en trouve un facilement car elle a une bonne formation internationale. Quant à moi, j'ai une longue expérience dans la gestion de projets (IS et autre). Je parle anglais courant et allemand mais pas encore bulgare. Est-ce que cette société américaine recrute encore? Je serais très intéressé de prendre contact avec eux. Merci de vos conseils.

J'ai eu l'honneur d'étudier un ans en Bulgarie dans le cadre du programme Erasmus en 2008-2009, je suis tombé amoureux de ce pays ou les jeunes même avec un avenir incertain savent faire la part des choses et surtout s'amuser. Depuis la fin de mon éxperience en Bulgarie (juin 2009) j'y suis retourné une 10 ene de fois pour revoir mes amis sur Studentski Grad que tu dois trés bien connaître.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
