Ceux qui ont vécu cette situation peuvent-ils me conseiller sur la meilleure démarche possible ? Elle travaille dans le marketing dans un grand groupe agro alimentaire. chercher de France ? chercher de là bas ? Comment ?

Je me doute bien que les loyers a Ha Noi sont plus eleves qu'ici, mais si tu prends la peine d'oublier tes habitudes europeennes, tu verras que 1500 $ par mois, c'est une fortune compare au niveau de vie vietnamien.
C'est vrai qu'avec 1500$ tu peux vivre convenablement a Hanoi !
Un logement commence aux environs de 250$ par mois pour un petit appart et a moins que tu ne manges tous les jours dans de gros restos, 1500$ suffit pour 2 personnes.
Pour 2 et un bebe nous depensons a peine moins de 200 euros par mois mais nous c'est different... on est a Sapa 😉
Oui mais non, la question a du sens si Yochab compte economiser, partir en vacances a Bora Bora 😎, faire sa retraite en France et d'abord et surtout Madame n'a peut etre pas envie de faire femme au foyer.
Chercher en France permet de trouver un vrai poste d'expat, c'est grassement paye (avec la secu et tout et tout) et les places sont tellement cheres que ce n'est pas la peine d'y penser (via le grand groupe alimentaire ? ces gens la bossent sont souvent dans la boite bien avant la mutation). Reste donc l'essentiel, tous les boulots dans le prive plus ou moins petit et moins bien payes qu'en France (ce qui correspond d'ailleurs au marche, il n'y a pas de miracle). Dans le para-public a prive, il y a les cours de francais (Alliance Francaise ?) mais je n'y connais rien.
Le seul moyen donc, c'est d'etre sur place et ca tient a 90% au reseau. Donc une bonne part du boulot revient a Monsieur qui a deja les pieds dans le marche de l'emploi. C'est a toi d'etre sociable et de faire copain avec un maximum de collegues / clients / fournisseurs, etc, etc... et de fil en aiguille, si vous etes tous les deux sympas et competents, elle devrait pouvoir se placer au bout de qq mois (temps qu'elle mettra a profit en apprenant la langue, c'est toujours un plus).

Vous voulez un investissement avec bcp de retour? alors dans ce cas ci le jour où vous mettrez 15000 à 20 000 euros, là votre retour sur investissement sera différent.
Sans vouloir vous vexez également, ne soyez pas trop gourmands, des gens comme vous, j'en vois plein içi c'est à dire qui veulent faire fortune tout de suite, soyez patient. Car à moyen et long terme si ça marche bien vous gagnerez certainement bcp plus.
Moi mon projet s'inscrit sur du long terme, je cherche donc ce type d'investisseur, mais comme vous pensez que rentabilité maximale à court terme, ma compagnie ne vous satisfera donc pas.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
