Il a du rebrousser chemin s il présente des symptômes grippaux éventuellement ou alors pour une autre raison. Avec mes oreilles, j ai pas entendu parler du besoin de se faire vacciner pour cette maladie pour le moment....d autant plus que le pic de cette maladie est passé deja ici...
Si t as jamais eu de soucis avec l immigration, et que tu tousses pas avec le nez qui coule et une grosse fièvre devant les douaniers ou les agents d immigration, y a pas d alerte sanitaire justifiant un demi tour🙂...

C'est vai ça, les 4000 morts (plus de 500 enfants) aux USA n'ont alarmé personne là-bas...! Il n'y a qu'en France que nous faisons un drame pour un rien!
D'autre part il est vrai qu'on trouve absolument n'importe quoi à propos de la Thailande, et il est vrai aussi qu'à l' arrivée à Suvarnabhumi, un filtrage sanitaire a été mis en place. Discret, mais présent.
🙂je viens de rentrer de Phuket hier, apres 3 semaines de vacances dont Noel/N.An, le soir du 24/12 il a tombé des cordes vers 20h, juste pendant le reveillon ça a duré 1heure juste pour ennuyer le monde
mais le lendemain le soleil était au rendez vous, il à fait 35°et plus, pendant toutes les vacances, le soir du 31/12 tout a été ok mais le jour du Nouvel An rebelotte grosse averse le soir mais comme la pluie est
chaude on peut continuer à se baigner.Il y a 1 immense shopping center dans le centre de Patong, il faut
mieux acheter là bas car dans les boutiques on se fait toujours arnaquer, mes lunettes de soleil ce sont cassées, j'en ai donc racheté 1 autre paire, je les ai achetées dans les boutiques le long de la plage, il m'en demandait 750 baths, je les ai eu pour 350 , j'ai vu exactement les memes pour 199 dans le shopping center, je n'étais plus aller en Thailande depuis le tsunami et j'ai trouvé 1 grand changement sur le comportement des gens du pays, il n'y a plus que l'argent qui compte, il faut payer pour la moindre chose
location de beachbed 100baths par personne, restaurant abordables pour la nourriture thai, mais il faut quand meme compter 15€par jour, il y a de + en + de restos pitsas, spaghettis, et surtout
4 mac do rien que sur Patong

Il semblerait que sur l'île de Phuket, il y ait beaucoup de Français qui habitent déjà dans le sud ... Pensez-vous qu'il soit facile de faire leur rencontre et de pouvoir obtenir de bonne informations et peut-être des adresses de locations auprès de Thaïlandais, ce qui pourrait probablement être meilleur marché que auprès d'une agence ???

🙂effectivement il y a des retraités qui séjournent à Patong, mais ce sont des Allemands ou des Nordiques, je n'ai pas rencontré beaucoup de Français, 4 exactement mais ils étaient en vacances
en ce qui concerne les logements il y a des locations possible par semaine par mois et à l'année, mais je ne connait pas le prix, à Patong Beach, il y a Absolute et Bliss qui louent et il y a aussi de tres beaux appartements à acheter, pas tres cher, par rapport à ce que l'on connait par ici, environ 4 000 000baths
soit environ 85 000€, il y a 1 Français qui tient 1 hotel à Patong qui pourrait sans doute mieux vous renseigner, c'est l'hotel Phillipe vous pouvez trouver ses coordonnées sur ce site, il y a d'ailleurs quelqu'1 qui en parle sur ce forum, il y a 1 grand shopping center et 1 magasin carrefour, où l'on peut faire ses courses si l'on habite là bas, mais je trouve que la vie est aussi chére qu'ici ou il faut aller chez des marchands ambulants qui vendent de la nourriture Thaie, personnellement je ne pourrai pas habiter là bas la ville est devenue assez sale, il y a des odeurs d'égouts pas tres engagantes, c'est tres bruyant, enfin ce n'est que mon avis.😎

Je ne connais pas les dates prévues pour ton voyage, mais même en très très basse saison trouver un hotel à 5 Euros à Phuket je pense que cela relève carrément de l' utopie, ou alors çà sera dans un coin tellement paumé et loin de tout que tu devras prendre un tuk-tuk pour le moindre déplacement et à un prix plutot prohibitif.
Je n'aime pas dénigrer les personnes sur le forum, mais les infos de Crazyhorse ne me semblent pas très objectives. Elle dit elle même qu'elle n'y était pas retournée depuis le Tsunami, moi j'y était l'été précédent, puis 10 jours après le Tsunami, puis depuis tous les ans ( en été = basse saison ), il est vrai que les prix ont augmentés, mais je pense qu' en 5 ans c'est normal, c' est comme en France ( on appelle çà l' inflation 😏 ).
Attention, la Thaïlande ne fait pas partie des pays sous-développés, c'est même un pays assez riche, même si beaucoup de ses habitants sont pauvres et ils savent très bien tirer parti des touristes. En plus ils n'aimennt pas trop les étrangers style " backpackers " car ils ont compris que ceux la ne leur rapportaient rien.
Petite question : combien tu dépenses par jour en France ? en comptant le loyer, les factures ....et tout le reste , sans compter la nourriture et les sorties ??

We're about to go on an organized trip to South Africa, including Kruger Park. We were told that Malarone should preferably be taken in the evening at the same time during a meal. But it's hard to know what time we'll have dinner, especially since I've read that in South Africa, dinner is usually around 6 PM.
I'd love to hear from people who've been on organized trips to this destination and could share their experience. We were thinking of taking Malarone around 7:30 PM, assuming dinner would be closer to 7 PM than 6 PM. Also, if the meal ends up being earlier or later than when we take the pill, would a cookie or a piece of bread be enough to take with Malarone?
I’m planning to set off on a "round-the-world" trip/long journey at the start of next year, lasting between 4.5 and 6 months. For now, the itinerary looks like this: South Korea (2 weeks) -> Japan (1 month) -> New Zealand (1 month) -> Argentina (1 month) -> United States (1 month).
I’m on medication (paroxetine 20 mg/day) and was hoping to bring enough for the entire trip so I wouldn’t have to find a doctor on the spot, deal with a molecule that might be slightly different from what’s available in France, or wonder if that’s even a possibility. Basically, it seemed simpler on paper...
But after looking into the regulations for each country, it’s suddenly way less simple . Many seem to only allow the amount corresponding to the length of your "stay" in the country... Which is a problem if I arrive in Korea with 4.5 months’ worth of medication, for example.
After all that, and even though I’ll obviously contact the relevant authorities in each country (fingers crossed for a response 😛), here’s my question:

I have several chronic conditions (including asthma and related ones), and I’m planning to travel for a year across different countries.
Generally, I understand it’s possible to travel with approved medications (which should be my case), but often with a limit of 3 months’ worth of treatment.
Since I’m going for 12 months, that means for three-quarters of my trip, I’d have more than 3 months’ worth of medication.
I plan to bring my prescriptions with the INN (International Nonproprietary Name), as well as the original packaging (even though it’s a nightmare, but from what I understand, it’s necessary). But I’m not sure if that’s enough...

The suspected origin is contamination in Namibia by jackals.
The contagion seems to be spreading.

It’s the bite that transmits the disease.
There are so-called "furious" forms with aggression, but also forms without aggression.
