donc je vous explique la situation je suis étudiante et je serais diplomée en octobre en diététique donc j'aimerai allé travailler aux usa apres mais le problème c'est que mon diplôme français n'est pas reconnut la bas ..
donc je pensais travailler dans le monde du sport nutrition en attendant sans être diététicienne ! mais pour ça il faudrait que je sois sur place ...
donc je pensais prendre un visa et avoir un petit job en attendant de trouver le bon job mais d'après ce que j'ai vu je ne peux pas prétendre au J-1 car je ne serait plus étudiante et que le travail ne serait pas en été ou dans ma branche donc je peux pas prétendre au H1b!
et j'ai vu qu'il fallait avoir un employeur qui signe les papiers du visa mais comment on peut trouver un employeur pour des "petits jobs" qui accepte de faire tout ces papiers pour une simple serveuse qu'il pourrait trouver sur place ....
et j'ai vu que je ne peux pas partir en visa touriste et trouver du travail apres et obetenir le visa ensuite car il faut etre en france pour le visa ...
donc quelle est la solution pour que je parte légalement pour un petit job aux usa job qui ne sera pas dans mon domaine d'étude ?
je précise que j'amerai partir sur hawaii !

Travailler aux USA est un véritable parcours du combattant extrement bien balisé.
A mon avis, tu ne trouveras jamais un employeur qui te sponsorisera pour un petit job de type serveuse ou vendeuse, car cela coute extrêmement cher et autant prendre un américain.
Et c'est une très mauvaise idée de travailler la bas sans être déclarer et sans visa qui te le permettrai, tu encourrai pas mal de problèmes.
A mon avis et étant donné ta situation, le seul job que tu peux faire est fille au pair.
mais comment font les gens quand on voit des reportages à la tv sur des français qui ont des petits jobs la bas ?
ils sont pas tous en situation irrégulière quand même ? il n'y a pas de solution ?
Je sais qu'il y a un visa étudiant qui te permet de travailler quelques heures par semaine mais uniquement sur le campus. Mais pour cela il faut être étudiant, donc etre accepté par un établisement américain et là c'est une autre affaire.
IL y a également disneyworld qui recrute des saisonniers, et là tu es logé, nourris.
Sinon essaie de jouer à la loterie pour obtenir la green card. Ca a lieu vers octobre chaque année, et si tu gagnes, tu pourras travailler aux USA .
Tu peux partir en VIE si tu as moins de 28 ans, voir le site civiweb.
A part trouver un employeur américain qui te sponsoriseras ou ouvrir ta propre société là bas, je vois pas d'autres solutions!

t'es tu renseignée pour savoir comment être nutritionniste en règle à Hawaii? Tu pourrais peut-être reprendre des études là-bas..ensuite faire un stage dans ton domaine.
Ça ne veut pas dire que parce que ton diplôme français n'est pas reconnu que TOUTE ta formation ne le sera pas. Parfois ils acceptent de créditer certains cours.
Je te comprends de vouloir aller à Hawaii, j'y ai fait plusieurs séjours dont un de 3 mois et c'est un endroit que j'adore!
Par contre, pour y vivre c'est pas pour tout le monde et c'est assez compliqué maintenant de s'installer aux États-Unis. Mais pas impossible!

oui et en fait il faut reprendre des études et les coûts des universités sont un peu élévés donc j'avais écarté cette piste ! et en plus ça fait 5 ans que je suis dans les études et j'en ai un peu marre ...
tu dis que s'installer aux usa n'est pas "impossible" donc du coup tu vois un solution pour mon cas à part me marier à un américain ou être clandestine :) !!!!
1-Mariage/Parrainage d'un parent américain
2-Obtenir la green card via la loterie (processus basé sur le hasard)
3-Trouver un employeur qui sponsorise pour l'obtention d'un visa de travail (visas H1B, etc.)
4-Obtenir un statut de résident en tant qu'invesstisseur (visa E1, E2, etc.)
5-Faire un stage/perfectionnement professionnel (visa J-1)
6-Participer à un programme d'échange culturel (ex: le PVT, mais je ne crois pas que c'est accessible aux Français/Suisses, les Canadiens y ont accès)
7-Avoir un contrat de travail et être citoyen d'un pays de l'ALÉNA (Canada ou Mexique) - visa TN
8-Avoir un talent extraordinaire (artiste, sportif de haut niveau, personnalité publique, etc.)
9-Être muté aux États-Unis par une entreprise située dans un autre pays (visa L1/inter-company))
10-Être étudiant dans un établissement américain (F-1), ce qui permet de travailler à temps partiel sous certaines conditions.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
