J’ai lu qu’il y avait des accès facile pour les gens faisant partie du Commonwealth et pour les autres (Belges comme nous) ?
Faut il passer par un avocat pour ouvrir sa société (procuration de documents et n’est ce pas trop cher ?) Pour les non résidents est-ce possible d’ouvrir un commerce (une petite affaire dans le tourisme).
Pour acheter un terrain, une maison (faut il passer par un avocat ou une agence immobilière, pour être sur qu’il n’y à pas de droit de succession), ou l’achat d’une voiture (comme au Costa Rica ou là il faut tout faire par avocat, même ouvrir un compte en banque) d’ailleurs pouvons nous ouvrir un compte en banque sans problème ? Si nous déposons notre argent à la banque pouvons-nous faire un prêt pour l’achat d’un terrain ou pour lancer notre affaire ? Est-ce vrai que c’est difficile de démarrer une affaire vu que c’est un pays assez pauvre (j’ai lu ça sur le site).
Quels documents devons-nous avoir à part le passeport ? Et les vaccins ?
Pour le permis de travail il faut payer 800 $ par an, faut il payer cela chaque année ?
Pour les extensions de séjour tout les mois faut-il aller à Bélize City (à la « mairie ») ? Et donc pas comme au Costa Rica ou il faut sortir du pays tout les 3 mois.
Ne faut-il toujours pas demander de permis de construction ? Comme indiqué sur le site ?
Est-ce vrais que les locaux n’aiment pas les étrangers surtout les blancs (les blancs passent pour des colonialistes et esclavagistes) ? C’est ce que j’ai pu lire.

Le coût de la vie comparé à la notre est elle plus intéressante ? Combien nous faut-il pour vivre par mois (nous sommes 2 adultes). Car j’ai lu que 1 litre de lait était aussi cher que chez nous.
