Nous avons en projet, d'ici à peu près un an, de nous (mon amie et notre fille de 3 ans et demi) installer au Bénin.
Après la lecture des différents messages sur le forum, nous avons une idée du budget.
Comment avoir une prolongation du visa, si nous n'avons pas de travail ?
Et côté travail, il doit être difficile d'en trouver...
Travaillant actuellement dans un petit journal local (PAO, imprimerie, compta...) quelqu'un peut-il nous renseigner si des débouchés existent dans ce domaine ?
Nous pensons créer notre boîte, dans le seul but de pouvoir vivre sur place. Nous ne sommes pas des "yovos" et comptons vivre à la béninoise (je ne sais pas si ça se dit ...).

pour les debouchés dans ton domaine je ne sais pas mais ouvrir une boite pourquoi pas çà depends du domaine
compte tu mettre ton enfant dans une ecole francaise ?
pour info, si tu veut vivre à la beninoise :
une chambre (brique, terre battue) çà coute 50 francs francais
une ampoule allumer toute la nuit : 25 francs francais par mois
eau: 15 francs par mois
avec un peu de chance tu fera meme des economie car pas toujours de l'eclectricité et de l'eau
et pour la nourriture: tu peut manger pour 10 francs par jour et par personne
donc en resumer si tu as fais quelques economies tu peut vivre ici sans travailler et si tu travaille tu vivra comme un rois
le salaire moyen est de 500 francs francais et le prix du billets d'avion est d'environs 3500 francs, pour te dire que si tu vis à la beninoise tu rentrera pas tous les ans en france

les loyers varient selon les quartiers, tout depends de ce que tu recherches
tu es beninois ?
je te pose cette question par rapport à ta fille car si tu es beninois tu dois connaitre le systeme educatif beninois et là tu pourras sans probleme mettre ta fille dans une ecole beninoise mais si tu es francais comme nous et bien je doute que tu veuilles mettre ta fille dans une ecole beninoise!!
pour les demarches administratives :
passeport, visas, permis international, couverture sociale, bilan medicaux, vaccins...

Nous sommes français, comme vous. Pour l'école, nous attendons effectivement de voir sur place. Connais-tu le prix des écoles françaises.
De même, peux tu nous donner un ordre de prix (par mois) pour la location d'un logement avec 1 chambre, cuisine, 1 autre pièce, WC et salle de bain ? Nous essayons de voir pour le budget ! Le quartier, peu importe. Le prix décidera de beaucoup de choses !
Les béninois sont réputés pour leur gentillesse. Toi qui vis depuis 1 an, quand penses-tu ?
Crois-tu qu'il y aurait des débouchés dans un petit journal ?

pour l'ecole francaise, c'est 8000 francs francais par an sans compter les fournitures qui s'elevent à environs 500 francs, alors oui c'est cher mais bon tu y laissera ta fille sans inquietude, je te dis çà pour avoir visiter quelques ecoles beninoise!
pour un logement, tu peux trouver un f2 pour 800 à 1000 francs, tu as un quartier barriere ou tu peut trouver une petite maison 2 chambres, salon, cuisine, sdb, wc et un petit jardin pour 1200 francs et c'est à 5 min du quartier des yovos, avantage: tous les petits commerces, restos, ecoles... sinon fidjrossé, 800 à 1000 francs au bord de la mer mais reculé..
ta question sur la gentillesse des beninois tu te fera ta propre opinion, seule chose que je peux te dire, n'oublie pas que tu es yovo et le passé colonial, avec çà tu auras compris !!
un conseil ne fais confiance en PERSONNE !!!
et pour le boulot, j'en ai aucune idée, seulement cherchez du taf avant de partir ne partez pas à l'aveuglette, c'est pas fun quand on part avec un enfant, il faut planifier votre depart ...

Pour prolongation de votre visa, il faut justifier d'un domicile, payer les frais de visa et ajouter deux photos.
Avec le permis international, pour pourver conduire au bénin.
Pour le logement, MACEAN vous a donné assez d'informations.
Pour ce qui est du travail, il y a par mal d'imprimerie et autres ou vous pourvez trouver du travail.
En matière d'école, il y a de bonnes écoles béninoise pour votre enfant.

pour l'immo il y a l'agence africanities mais trop cher le mieux le bouche à oreille et les petits demarcheurs
Nous avons visité le site de l'ANPE, Jobs Afrique et quelques uns, mais les profils (jeunes cadres dynamiques en mal de carrière !) ne correspondent pas... Plus sérieusement, rien dans notre domaine.
Le site de l'agence immo s'adresse également à du "haut de gamme", rien pour nous.
Le séjour de 15 jours sera sans doute un peu court pour bien se rendre compte, mais ce sera déjà une première approche.
Nous partirons sans doute pendant les vacances de février. Est ce plus avantageux de prendre un vol sec, ou de prendre vol + séjour, tout en évitant si possible les hôtels à touristes.

En Février, pas de pluie. Car de Novembre à Février, c'est l'harmattan.
Il n'y a malhueureusement pas de site sur les annonces d'immobilisations. Il faut chercher sur place comme vous l'a dit MACEAN. Pour ce qui est de l'emploi, il y en a mais c'est très peu. la plus part du temps, c'est dans les journaux qu'il faut consulter les offres.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.
I believe it’s time to bring this space to life to meet pressing needs and serve the common good of society.
The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
