Avec ma compagne et notre fils d’un an, nous avons pris la décision de changer de région.
Nous habitons l’est de la France et le climat ne nous convient plus du tout (surtout l’hiver qui est interminable).
Nous souhaiterions des avis sur la vie dans différents endroits du sud-est de la France et nous avons prévu de partir faire un repérage sur place des différents endroits sélectionnés.
Nous savons très bien que le paradis n’existe pas mais voici nos critères de recherche :
un cadre de vie accueillant avec des gens ouverts
des maisons typiques dans un village ou une petite ville avec une proximité directe avec la nature
un climat agréable avec pas trop de vent
moins de 40min en train ou voiture d’une grande ville (Cannes, Antibes, Nice voir Fréjus) car ma compagne est tatoueuse à son compte.
une proximité avec la mer et la montagne (moins de 2 heures)
Pas de bord de mer à cause des touristes en été
Après nos 1ères recherches, nous avons sélectionné le secteur de Grasse pour la beauté de ses maisons, la proximité avec le parc naturel des Préalpes, avec les calanques du Var (Maubois, Saint Barthélemy) et le lac de Saint-Cassien ainsi qu'avec l’agglomération de Cannes/Antibes.
Nous avons aussi sélectionné le secteur de Vence et éventuellement le département du Var.
Nous sommes ouverts à tout retour d’expériences et propositions intéressantes.

Grasse c'est beau mais pas mal de problèmes en ville. Dus à une certaine population.
Cabris c'est mieux. Plus calme. L'hiver dernier il a neigé et il y a eu du verglas..
Plus bas, Collobrières, un village typique j'ai vu des maisons à vendre super jolies en ville. A l'abri du vent..
Ce sont mes deux coups de coeur, les gens y sont adorables. Un membre de ma famille vit à Cabris...Et j'ai passé plusieurs jours à Collobrières.
Grimaud est magnifique, mais bondé en été car plus proche de la mer.
Oui nous avons aussi eu ces retours concernant Grasse c'est pourquoi nous nous sommes tourné vers Vence et Saint Laurent du var voir le Var.
Néanmoins nous sommes ouvert à toutes propositions, l'idée étant de ne pas être trop loin d'une grande ville pour que ma compagne puisse trouver du travail ans son domaine (le tatouage).
Pour ce qui est de Collobrière, c'est vrai que c'est magnifique mais ça me semble être assez isolé (45min de la mer) même si proche de Toulon.
Ma compagne adore aussi le coin de Gassin et alentours mais nous craignons de vivre des étés compliqués avec les touristes.
Je voudrais juste attirer votre attention à l'infestation de moustiques tigres & co dans le sud-est ! Une horreur !
Par ailleurs, il ne faut pas oublier le prix des loyers et les garants demandés en cas de location... certes si achat, la question ne se pose plus sauf le prix de l'immobilier qui a quand même remonté !
Je suis une "ex" du 06, mon fils habitant encore à St Raph... même si j'y ai gardé bcp d'amis et surtout de beaux souvenirs (25 ans ça compte) je ne voudrais pas y retourner ! Trop de monde, trop de moustiques, la vie est chère...
Le Haut-Var est encore sympa tout comme l'arrière-pays du 06 mais conjuguer tout, pas bien évident !

Concernant l'immobilier nous allons louer dans un 1er temps et nous comptons acheter un fois la région mieux connu.
Nous sommes propriétaire ici et nous ne savons pas encore si nous allons vendre ou mettre en location.
Du coup, moi je serais au chômage suite à une rupture conventionnelle mais dans un secteur avec beaucoup d'emplois et ma compagne est à son compte, elle aussi dans un secteur en forte croissance. Nous avons de bonnes économies de côté.
Nous nous doutons qu'il sera difficile de trouver une première location sur place en attendant de retrouver une situation professionnel stable.
Pourriez vous nous indiquer des secteurs où trouver des locations à des prix corrects (3 pièces inférieurs à 900€) à 40min maximum de Cannes, Antibes ou Nice dans un village/petite ville avec du charme ?
Bonjour. En provenance d'un DOM français, j'avais choisi de vivre dans le Var, et j'ai connu cauchemar sur cauchemar. J'avais loué une maison dans un village par l'intermédiaire d'une agence connue dans toute la france, il s'agissait d'une magnifique escroquerie.... deux maisons sur le terrain, un seul compteur d'eau et d'électricité alimentant les deux maisons, devinez où se situaient les compteurs ? après moult péripéties, j'ai récupéré une partie de mon argent, une partie seulement..... entre temps, mes meubles en provenance de l'outre-mer avaient été mis en garde-meubles à marseille. Triple hélas, les dockers m'en ont pétardé une bonne partie. Quant à l'assurance du transporteur, AGS, elle est située.... en Afrique..... rebelote, menace de tribunal pour récupérer un peu d'argent et beaucoup de désillusions.... je finis par trouver une maison, et là......j'y fais quelques travaux pour la rendre un peu plus confortable et.... et..... j'ai appris hier qu'elle était mise en vente..... le maître mot de tout celà, c'est escroquerie... ah oui j'ai oublié. le pseudo électricien que j'avais pris (travail au noir, je précise) m'a prise pour une américaine.... j'ai su après que ses tarifs correspondaient à la louche au salaire d'un ministre.... arrivant de l'outre-mer, j'étais très niaise. Maintenant je sais.... je quitte la région ! je pars, je fuis ! je ne veux pas faire d'amalgame entre la france et cette région détestable. Bon courage ou.... bonne chance....😠

quand on vend une maison on la vend pour de bon bref il faut un acte notarial pour cela ; l'acte notarial sert précisément à cela.
Maintenant si vous achetez de la "main à la main" sans trace de procédure c'est évident qu'on risque de se faire enfler et que ça soit une escroquerie

Lorsqu'on effectue des travaux dans son logement cela nécessite au besoin un permis de construire on ne fait pas n'importe quoi
il faut bannir les gens qui travaillent au noir ces gens là mériteraient d'aller en prison.
Parce que lorsqu'il y a des problèmes et des défaults dans la construction et l'exécution des tâches ça risque de se retourner contre vous.
Il faut faire appel à des professionnels enregistrés au tribunal de commerce pas à des charlatans

Un propriétaire qui loue une maison a tout-à-fait le droit de la vendre. Il n'y aucune escroquerie là-dedans. Et il ne peut pas vous mettre dehors quand il aura trouvé un acquéreur (l'acquéreur prend la suite du bail, et vous restez dans la maison en tant que locataire).
Pour ce qui est de l'histoire d'un seul compteur pour 2 maisons, pas sûr que l'agence immo était au courant de cela ; tout dépend de la prestation dont l'avait chargé le proprio.
Ce n'est pas plutôt les voisins qui se sont branchés en "lousdé" sur votre compteur ?
Et puis les dockers, l'assureur dont le siège social est en Afrique...
C'est sûr qu'entre des mauvais choix et des malchances, vous avez cumulé pas mal de déconvenues.
Pour autant, aucun de ces problèmes successifs n'est dû au fait que vous avez choisi le Var comme destination.
