Peu importe si tu vis en Hongrie, en Chine, au Paraguay ou sur Mars, ce qui compte c'est la nationalité. Puisque tu as la nationalité française, tu seras soumis aux conditions imposées aux citoyens français. Tu sais, c'est simple. Moi depuis des lustres, je suis résidente permanente polonaise, n'ai aucune adresse en France, n'ai aucune attache administrative en France (paye impôts en Pologne, relève de la sécu polonaise) mais ai nationalité française et donc si je dois demander visa pour un voyage, je fais comme les Français.
Même si tu vis depuis 50 ans en Hongrie, tu es français et point barre.
Je ne comprends pas pourquoi tu te prends la tête avec un truc évident.

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi tu te prends la tête. Tu dis que tu es française et donc peu importe où tu vis, que ce soit temporairement ou définitivement.
Quand on vit l'étranger, long terme ou définitivement, il vaut mieux se faire immatriculer au consulat (français donc ;)) de son domile mais même si tu n'es pas inscrite, c'est quand même avec eux que tu traites et pour les visas étrangers, tu traites avec les consulats étrangers
Comme je t'ai dit, perso, je n'ai plus rien à voir avec la France mais suis tout de même française à part entière ;).
J'imagine que si tu te poses la question, c'est que tu es temporairement en Hongrie. Tu sais, si tu as carte de résidence (même permanente, ce qui est mon cas en Pologne), ça n'a rien à voir avec la nationalité du pays d'accueil, c'est simplement un doc donnant le droit d'y séjourner en toute légalité.
Donc, si tu comptes demander visa pour un pays d'Amérique du Sud, il te faut aller au consulat de ce pays (d'Amérique du Sud donc) avec donc ton passeport français (puisque tu es française) et tu seras soumise aux mêmes exigences que les autres Français et peu importe où tu vis.
Tu sais, il y a selon les statistiques 1 (ou 2 ?) million(s) de Français vivant (je pense de façon temporaire ainsi de de façon définitive) à l'étranger et donc ils ont toujours leur nationalité française.

Je viens juste de lire votre message.
Je suis canadienne et je vis a Tela, au Honduras, depuis 10 ans avec mon mari. Nous y faisons du travail bénévole, au niveau social et au niveau culturel et artistique. Nous ne vivons pas dans la ville, mais dans un "barrio" de la montagne, a 30 minutes a pied du centre-ville. Ca a l'air d'un petit village. Nous y avons notre maison. Les 5 premieres années, j'y vivais seule 5 mois par année, mon mari retournant travailler au Canada. Je ne me suis jamais sentie menacé et je n'ai jamais eu peur de vivre seule.
Je crois que la premiere exigence est de parler la langue, l'espagnol. Les honduriens parlent peu l'anglais et encore moins le francais. En parlant espagnol, on peut communiquer, en communiquant on peut se faire des amis, et en ayant des amis, on est protégé...
Niveau vaccin, il faudrait aller voir sur le site soit du Honduras, soit de votre gouvernement pour les exigences. Au Canada, notre gouvernement donne ces renseignements.
A chaque fois que vous entrez au Honduras, on vous donne un permis de 3 mois, surtout si vous dites que vous venez y faire du travail volontaire, "trabajo voluntario". Et a chaque 3 mois vous devez sortir du pays pour quelques jours et re-entrer, avec un nouveau permis de 3 mois.
Vous devez avoir un passeport francais. Les Francais n'ont pas besoin de visa, comme les Canadiens. Donc aucun probleme pour entrer.
Dans quelle ville allez-vous travailler comme bénévole et qu'allez-vous y faire?
Les Honduriens sont des gens tres chaleureux, une fois que nous pourvons communiqer avec eux. Il faut surtout connaitre son entourage, ses voisins. Si vous etes une femme, ayez des amies... Ne vous faites pas amie avec des hommes. Surtout au début, quand les gens ne vous connaissent pas. Laissez aux gens le temps de vous connaitre.

I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
