Les travailleurs dans les hôtels, bars et restaurants sont payés autour du 6000 pesos au mois... Même les gars de sécurité gagnent de 6000 à 8000...
Bien-sûr, ils sont souvent logés et parfois nourris... ce qui fait une différence. Donc rendu là, 10000 pesos est très abordable.
Question de servir de chambre d'hôte... Bonne chance! N'as-tu pas vu la quantité de monde qui se ruinent? Les hôtels tout-inclus ne sont pas assez chers pour attirer les touristes dans d'autres lieux. Les seuls touristes qui seront intéressés seront les coureurs à jupons voulant se taper quelques nuits torrides dans les bras d'une jeune femme républicaines... à toi de savoir maintenant si tu es intéressé à mener une maison de débauche.
Si tu es entrepreneur, je te conseille vivement de chercher une autre idée de commerce...
Deja, avant de rever, ilfaudrait faire tes calculs.
Pour etre simple:
3 chambres d`hote, en incluant le cout de la construction et du terrain, place a proximite de la plage, et les meubles, cela te reviendra au minimum a 1, 000 dollars le m2.
investissement:
3 x 25m2 x 1, 000 = 75, 000 dollars
Sachant que les grandes chaines d`hotel ont un coefficient de remplissage de 50/55% par an, il est difficile d`envisager plus de 30% par an avec tes chambres d`hote. Soit 120 jours x 3 = 360 jours
A 700 pesos maximum la location, cela te feras un revenu brut de :
360 x 700 = 252, 000 pesos, soit: 7, 500 dollars/an
Tes charges principales annuelles:
bonne a tout faire : 100, 000 pesos
electricite: 30, 000 pesos
entretien/reparations: 50, 000 pesos
frais admin/taxes/tel. : 40, 000 pesos
total: 220, 000 pesos
Cela te laisse un "benefice" de ......32, 000 pesos. Soit: 950 dollars/an
Si tu places ton argent en banque a 10%
tu recevras: 7, 500 dollars /an......sans travailler !!!!!
C'est en parcourant le forum que je decouvre votre annonce et votre projet.C'est une tres bonne idee et il ya des tas de solutions possibles, pour y arriver.Je vis en rep dom avec ma famille depuis plus de dix ans, mon fils est ne ici, je connais plutot bien ce pays!Ce qui m 'a interpele, c'est que vous parlez d'un produit que j utilise deja sur las terrenas.Mon mari et moi avons construit une belle batisse de type mediteraneen a deux ns de la plage et des commerces sur las terrenas.Nous louons studios meubles et appartement tt equipe avec un service de table d hote si la demande en est faite.Tout y est prevu, jacuzzi, piscine, barbecue, parking, garage, jardin tropical...pour les vacances en toute tranquilite.Je vous en parle tres directement car nous avons decide de vendre notre bien en direct pour realise un autre projet, toujours sur l ile.C'est un tres beau pays que nous ne quittons pas, au contraire!Pour ce qui est des employes, pour repondre a votre question, nous en avons deux.Une doudou qui fait le menage et le jardinier.La masse salariale est reduite et s eleve a 12 000 pesos environ.

Je m'adresse à des personnes connaissant bien ce pays. Nous avons prévu d'acheter maison et terrain dans la région de Monte Christi ce mois et arrivons dans 3 jours en RP. Nous passons par l'intermédiaire d'un avocat (un vrai ou un faux ?) qui s'occupe de tous les papiers administratifs nécessaires à cet achat, et qui nous demande de tout régler en espèces. Nous souhaiterions savoir si c'est la façon de procéder, si tout doit être réglé financièrement dès notre 1ère visite, comment savoir si nous serons réellement propriétaires de la maison et du terrain...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
