quelles sont tes motivations pour vivre et travailler au Maroc ? Quelles sont les villes que tu connais déjà ? Qui te plaisent ? Qui ne te plaisent pas ? Pourquoi ?
En terme d'emploi, il est difficile de trouver un emploi où on est en compétition avec les marocains, ce qui est le cas de tout ce que tu cites. Les supermarchés français présents au Maroc emploient du personnel local, sauf pour certains postes de direction. De plus, les emplois que tu cites ne sont pas qualifiés, et même si tu peux arriver à obtenir une carte de séjour (ce qui sera extrêmement difficile dans ton cas) tu gagneras au mieux 4.000 - 5.000 dirhams / mois, avec de la chance.
Un maçon, ici, cela travaille généralement au black, dix heures par jour, pour 50 à 100 dirhams, et sans aucune sécurité.
Pour ma part la situation est compliqué. Je suis actuellement en France et ma fiancée au Maroc (Oujda) ou elle effectue ses études. Je suis Français d’origine Italienne/Belge et ma fiancée est Marocaine Berbère. Je travail pour un grand groupe dans le secteur du Bâtiment (Leader en France et Europe des produits fibre ciment), seulement ma fiancée n’a aucune envie de venir en France et moi je ne reconnais plus le pays ou je vie. Je me sens si libéré lorsque je suis a Oujda avec ma belle famille et je pense sérieusement à vouloir quitter mon travail et mon pays pour aller la rejoindre et faire notre vie la bas. Seulement c’est bien beau de vouloir tout ça mais nous sommes réalistes. Les salaires ne sont pas élevés et le coût de la vie augmente. Je ne sais pas si je pourrai décrocher un job en bureau d’étude et avec quel salaire (dessinateur métreur économiste et je peux apporter mon aide en terme de bâtiment écologique) J’ai regardé les entreprises sur places mais jamais je n’ai été postuler (pour le moment). Je me renseigné auprès du site MFE (Maison des Français de l’Etranger) et apparemment les emplois pour Français trouvés localement sont mieux payé que pour les Marocains. Pourquoi ? Il est écrit qu’un cadre peut envisager 10 000 à 12 000 dhs et un ingénieur 19 000dhs. Les Marocains eux même ne sont pas payés ainsi, je ne comprends pas pourquoi. Est ce que MFE nous dit la vérité ?
Sinon le mieux ce serait de créer ma propre affaire (je n’ai pas vu beaucoup de bureau d’étude dans l’écologie du bâtiment, énergie renouvelable) il y a peut être moyen d’apporter un plus. Cependant je ne sais pas si le pays lui-même est capable de prendre en compte ces énergies la (vente de ballon d’eau chaude solaire etc etc). Enfin bref, pour le moment je voulais simplement savoir si créer son entreprise est simple ou compliqué. Si cela prend du temps. Comment faire sa pub dans la ville et le Pays ? Comment attirer les regards et la curiosité etc …
Par la suite je devrai m’interroger sur comment ce déroule un marché public/privé, savoir les démarches et procédures pour pouvoir faire tourner le bureau d’étude.
Voila, je ne sais pas si j’ai été clair dans ma démarche, mais j’ai tellement de chose en tête. Les mots se bousculent et ne viennent pas forcement d’un coup, je pars de zéro ou presque (j’ai le soutien de ma fiancée et sa famille qui peuvent m’apporter une aide financière et un soutien moral).

Sur le fond, il est difficile de passer d'un emploi de salarié dans un grand groupe à un poste de "chef de TPME". Certains n'y arrivent pas, indépendamment de la viabilité théorique de leur entreprise. Cela reste néanmoins au Maroc la meilleure voie.
Néanmoins, dans le secteur du bâtiment, il y a encore de gros marchés. Essaye plutôt de te faire envoyer au Maroc en tant qu'expat, ça doit être relativement facile sur un chantier donné.
Clairement pour ton métier, ça sera Casa-Rabat, Agadir et Marrakech loin derrière. Oujda, tu peux oublier. Il faut donc voir si tu te sens bien ailleurs qu'à Oujda. La France a ses défauts, le Maroc a les siens.
