Je suis à la recherche d'un voyage (6 à 8 semaines) pour apprendre l'espagnol.
N'ayant plus 20 ans je recherche un lieu pour vraiment faire des progès dans cette langue.
pas loin de chez moi il y a l'organisme EF qui propose des séjours au Costa rica (Tamarindo) ou l'equateur (Quito).
Perso j'ai un penchant pour le Costa Rica, mais je n'aimerai pas me retrouvé dans un endroit rempli d'américains (j'y vais pour un cours d'espagnol pas d'anglais!).
y-a-t-il quelqu'un qui puisse me conseillé sur EF? une famille est certe mieux mais vu mon age (35 ans) je ne suis pas sur de me faire aux contraintes d'une famille...

Je rentre de 2 mois Equateur et là bas pas mal d'écoles pour apprendre l'espagnol entre 5 et 7$/h...à voir sur place je pense que c'est moins cher que réserver d'Europe...c'est à toi de voir......
Quand tu prends des cours pas d'obligation de loger dans une famille , tu peux te trouver un hostal sur place autour de 10$ avec s de b ..
Sinon je peux te donner les coordonnées en MP d'une famille trés sympa où je suis allée à Quito en 1/2 pension et pas d'inquiétude il n'y a aucune contrainte, les chambres ne sont pas directement dans leur maison et tu fais ce qui te plais...par contre espagnol obligatoire..
Et durant mes 2 mois je n'ai rencontré aucun américain ni en Equateur ni aux Galapagos

En arrivant au Costa rica, ne parlant pas un mot d'espagnol, j'avais réservé un mois de cours d'espagnol dans une excellente école de San José, le CRLA, costa rica langage académie, tu tapes crla sur google et tu tombes sur leur site très bien fait.
J'ai été enchanté de mon séjour et des cours, parti de zéro, je pouvais après un mois faire mes courses, demander mon chemin, soutenir une conversation" basique".
Les profs sont excellents, l'ambiance très sympa, les classes, de tous niveaux, limitées à 6 élèves maxi, l'école te trouve un logement en famille d'acceuil, va te chercher à l'aéroport, t'y remmène quand tu pars, propose des activités culturelles, des loisirs, c'est super!Par contre , ambiance très campus universitaire, moyenne d'age 20 ans , avec mes 54 ans j'étais le doyen, ça s'est très bien passé, clientèle plustot jeunes européens, allemands, anglais.

je suis partie en Equateur avec Ef en 2008. C'était super! Je n'étais pas dans une famille mais dans une résidence, parce que je préferais me débrouiller et de ne pas devoir trop tenir compte d'une famille ;)
Ils organisent bcp d'excursions pour qu'on puisse apprendre à connaitre le pays.
Et cette année fin janvier 2011) je pars pour deux mois au costa rica. Je sais que c'est plus americainisé que l'equateur, mais comme la nature est magnifique ;)

Je pense allé au Costa Rica, mais sans EF. Accueil en Suisse Glacial, sans envie de vendre le projet, photos non contractuelles, et tout n'est pas très juste.
Enfin il y a une chose qu'ils établissent bien c'est la facture. Pile le double que d'autres organismes qui ont de bien meilleurs prestations. Bon tout est relatifs aussi, par rapport à l'attente de chacun!!
Oui j'ai vu le site du CRLA, j'ai d'ailleurs contacté des gens près de chez moi pour plus d'infos et l'école aussi.
L' ecole est dans la fourchette haute des prix, mais si les familles sont vraiment trié sur le volet, pourquoi pas!
Moi je pars au costa rica avec un organisme hollandais et ils travaillent aussi avec CRLA! pour 8 semaines (donc 4 de bénévolat) cours inclus+logement+nourriture = 1400 euro!

étant donné que je ne parle pas du tout l'espagnol je ne peux pas faire de bénévolat. Je pars fin Septembre pour 2 mois et je pense prendre le CRLA car il est idéalement situé mais sans accords avec instituto Cervantes...Dommage
Pour y avoir été l'année dernière, le pays est magnifique, les gens super et la nature merveilleuse. Seul inconvénient... si tu voyages en voiture, laisse la toujours dans des lieux surveillés, intrusion pour des broutilles. Ne va jamais seule dans le pacifique! La nature est merveilleuse mais pas sans problème!!!! les raies (manta) sont dans l'eau et si tu marches sur l'une d'entres elles.... hosto assuré!!!! et ça fait MAL!!! très MAL!!!! 12 heures de douleurs intenses, mais bon les hopitaux sont bon, les medecins aussi mais les infirmières sont un peu "boucher"... "t'as mal??? c'est normal on a pas fait d'anesthesie". San José connais pas... mais apparemment c'est "dangereux" la nuit, on verra!!

J'aimerais avoir plus d'info sur cet organisme hollandais : ma fille Fanny hésite également à partir avec EF pour les mêmes raisons même si les expériences précédentes notamment en Afrique du Sud ont été excellentes. Elle est également partagée entre l'Equateur (Quito) et le Costa Rica (Taramindo). Quels arguments pour l'un ou pour l'autre ? Climat ? Centres d'intérêts ? Possibilités de rayonner ?
Son niveau en espagnol est moyen et elle lie très facilement des contacts.

j'ai aussi hésité à repartir avec EF, mais vu l'énorme différence de prix et comme j'avais envie de combiner des cours avec du volontariat je me suis renseignée chez Wep et Activity international.
L'Equateur est un pays superbe: il y a la plage à la côte, la montagne et la forêt amazonienne.
Le Costa Rica a de nombreux parques naturels qui sont eux aussi beaux à voir (je suppose, parce que j'y vais qu'en janvier ;) )
Moi aussi j'ai un niveau moyen, pour ca que j'opte pour 4 semaines de cours + 4 semaines de volontariat. J'ai peur autrement que trop de cours vont être barbant ;) je préfère apprendre sur le tas :)

4 semaines de cours dans la capitale du lundi au jeudi et le weekend pour voyager et découvir le pays! et après 4 semaines dans les parques naturels. Entre autre travailler avec les tortues qui vont pondre leurs oeufs!

Oui suis restée 2 mois en Equateur dont 15 j trek et 10 j Galapagos...ensuite me suis baladée dans tout le pays en bus local et à chaque retour à Quito j'étais dans la famille Elena et Paco easquet@yahoo.com qui se trouve en banlieue sud de Quito,12$/personne demi pension...trés sympas, transfert aéroport gratuit, chambres trés bon confort, bons petits plats...bus prés de leur porte 20mn pour Quito colonial et 30mn pour quartier touristique Mariscal...tu as plein d'infos sur eux sur routard.com..
J'ai rencontré beaucoup de jeunes qui faisaient leur stage de fin d'études en Equateur dans divers secteurs ou du bénévolat...par contre trouver un job ne sais pas...le salaire moyen en Equateur étant de 200$ tu vas pas loin....
sur place seule bouf, logement, déplacements , visites, hors avion, trek et Galapagos mon budget a été de 25$/jour...plus cher qu'en Asie....
Sinon en France nous avons des cours de langues dans les instituts municipaux des villes et au bout d'un an j'ai pû me débrouiller sur place .....

Ton expérience à l'air très intéressantes, j'ai 23 ans et souhaite comme beaucoup de monde améliorer mon espagnol. on m'a conseillé l'équateur pour la qualité de l'espagnol parlé puis pour aussi le coût de la vie... comparé au Mexique et surtout le Costa Rica qui est très cher vu l'américanisation du pays fortement présente, malgré la richesse environnementale de ce pays.
Concernant l'équateur, je me suis aussi documentée auprès de EF, ils pratiquent des prix très élevés et aussi des coûts ajoutés qui ne sont pas nécessaires (ils font leurs marges où ils peuvent lol comme le prix de l'inscription ou les transferts...)
Je suis intéressée par la ville de Manta, j'aimerais associer côte et excursions dans le pays ( amazonie, ect...)
Quelqu'un aurait-il des infos sur ce lieu ?
j'ai trouvé une école assez intéressante mais je n'ai pas d'échos vis à vis d'elle : Academia Surpacifico j'ai fais un devis qui me reviendrai à peu près à 800 900 USD, cours 20h/sem, logement compris et frais d'inscription.

J'ai fait un séjour linguistique au Costa Rica, super école très professionnelle, professeurs diplomés, locaux très propres et agréables, 6h de cours par jour, 4 jours par semaine, pendant 4 semaines, logé dans une famille d'accueil, petit déjeuner et diner compris, pour 1000$ le tout, je ne trouve pas que ce soit très cher. POur renseignements, tu tapes CRLA sur google.

mon séjour c'est superbement bien passé! je ne voulais d'ailleurs pas rentrer ;) la famille d'aceuil était géniale! et les professeurs à la CRLA l'étaient aussi ... les cours l'abas sont axés sur la communication. bien sur ils t'apprennent de la grammaire, mais ils ne veulent pas que tu connaisses en 4 semaines tout les temps en espagnol ;) le principale c'est que tu aies les bases et que tu te fasses comprendre :)

My name is Deborah, I’m French. I’m married and have two children. I’m a clinical psychologist specializing in psychotraumatology, and I’m also pursuing medical studies.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area. Anyway, that’s not the main point—could anyone explain the pros and cons of doing this job in Switzerland? Based on the paperwork I’ve received, the equivalence seems purely administrative or almost... What about working conditions, quality of life, salaries, etc.?
