Hello everyone!
Who wants to join me for 3 weeks in French Polynesia in September 2027?
I’m passionate about snorkeling and dreaming of lagoons, especially swimming with whales (that’s why I’m going in September).
I already have a rough idea of which islands to visit and explore—we’ll just need to fine-tune it, of course.
I’m not super keen on long hikes, but I do enjoy a good stroll.
A few visits here and there, discovering local customs, crafts, songs, and dances, etc...
Accommodation with locals or in cozy guesthouses—no overwater hotels or fancy restaurants. The famous *roulottes* (food trucks) will do the trick, or eating with locals depending on where we stay. Small, typical restaurants are great too.
Renting a car or scooter if necessary (the catch is I’ve never ridden a scooter before… not helpful, lol).
We’ll plan the trip together to make sure it aligns with our dreams and desires.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime journey, and I’m excited to share it, exchange ideas and impressions, and just enjoy it all in harmony, with conviviality and respect.
Here’s my message in a bottle… looking forward to hearing from you!

I'm planning a trip to Australia for several months (duration to be determined). I want to rent a vehicle there and take the time to explore this continent-country. I'm looking for someone to join me and share the costs. Best regards, Robert
I'm looking for a travel companion for New Zealand from December 13th to January 5th (give or take 3 days) for a mix of hikes and city discoveries, with room for spontaneity along the way and meeting new people.
With a rental car or campervan.
Nothing booked yet.
I love road trips and meeting people.

Looking for someone to share a trip around Japan, maybe New Zealand and then Tahiti...
Second option: Guadeloupe or Martinique.
I’m open to anything. I’m retired. I belong to a travelers’ association.
I walk less than before due to a fracture, but I keep going and my main goal is to meet other cultures, share, laugh, and marvel.

I’m a new member of VoyageForum.
A high school Spanish teacher, I’ll be retiring on October 1, 2025.
I’m energetic, curious, and passionate about travel, hiking in the mountains and plains, and nature.
A member of the Alpine Club (hiking, skiing), I’m open-minded and fluent in three languages (French, English, Spanish) and have already traveled extensively as a backpacker with friends.
For next October or later, I’m looking for a travel companion to explore several destinations: Scandinavia (especially Norway), Argentina, Chile, or New Zealand.
If this post interests you, I’d appreciate your response.
Best regards, Marc
Hello,
Jean Pierre from Lille, a 70-year-old retiree in good health with an athletic build.
I’d like to spend 3 weeks in Réunion where my son lives, then head to Vietnam for 2 months where I have friends in the north, and finish with 1 to 2 months in New Zealand where I don’t know anyone!
I often travel as a laid-back adventurer—no stress, but still organized.
Since I don’t like groups, I’m only looking for one person, man or woman, who’s used to traveling off the beaten path.
That’s pretty much it!
Hope to hear from you soon
Hello,
I’m 50 years old, passionate about travel, and I’ve already visited quite a few places, but this time I’d love to go on a road trip for a few months to explore this country.
I need approval from my job, but I have to plan ahead. Before diving into the details and discussing the project, I’d like to know if there are people like me who’d be interested in joining me to make the trip warmer and more humanly enriching.
I’d love to share the beauty of the landscapes and exchange ideas to broaden my horizons.
A maximum of 4 people (men or women, but no ambiguity) would be a good balance.
If the adventure appeals to you, get in touch! Looking forward to it, Florence

Hi! If this can help connect, I’m heading to New Zealand in May. I’d love to find someone for a short or long trip—it all depends! I’d like to visit the South Island for some amazing hikes. Ideally, a Quebecer so we can meet up beforehand. Have a great day!
Hello,
What a fantastic 2025 trip!
I’m looking for one or more travel companions to explore both islands from mid-September to mid-October (right after winter). Goal: Discover, wander without rushing or stress. Soak it all in and feast our eyes. Hikes (intermediate level), visits, and more...
Route not finalized—there are so many magical spots to visit and fly over. (For me, arrival and departure from Auckland.) Transportation not set yet... I love taking local transport (train, bus, plane, boat). A car is possible but not 100% certain. I want to go with the flow. Accommodation: Guesthouses, hotels, Airbnb (no camping).
A trip that brings joy and lets us enjoy ourselves without restrictions. Looking forward to hearing from you! Paace e salute😄

Hi there,
I’m planning to leave mid-December for 3 weeks to a month in Asia (see my other post) or in New Zealand, and possibly Australia as well.
I’m traveling with a backpack, on a tight budget, using local transport, but for these destinations—especially New Zealand—renting a car is an option.
I’m looking for a female travel companion to share this adventure.
Feel free to message me privately. See you soon

Hi,
I already posted an ad for April for Cape Verde, the Canary Islands, etc., but it’s possible I’ll have more time off than expected and could leave for 3 weeks starting April 19.
In that case, I’m considering Sri Lanka, which has great weather across much of the country, or New Zealand, where it’s autumn and everything’s cheaper with still-pleasant weather. Nepal could also be an option, even though it apparently starts raining there.
I’d be available for 3 weeks starting April 19, give or take. Open to other far-flung destinations with good weather.
Looking for a female travel companion.
I travel backpacker-style, on a tight budget, using local transport or renting a car (for New Zealand, for example).
Feel free to message me privately.
