My trip starts on 09-11-2026 for 3 months of travel:

Bangkok Southern, Central, then Northern Thailand

I’ll cross into Laos by sea, then spend 4 weeks hiking, biking, sightseeing, and helping out locally.

Finally, I’ll head to Cambodia for another 4 weeks of hiking, biking, sightseeing, and local volunteering before flying back to CDG.

I’ll also be doing local activities like yoga and meditation, etc...

Hi everyone. I’m heading to Malaysia for five weeks over the holiday season. I just found out that tourists can pay by QR code like locals (street food, small shops) to avoid using cash. This works with apps like Wise or TNG eWallet. Has anyone tried this system before?

Hi everyone, I’ll be in western Malaysia for 20 days in January and February. I’m coming from southern Thailand to Ipoh for the Thaipusam festivities. Then it’s off to Pangkor Island. I’ll finish up in Malacca for the Chinese New Year celebrations before heading to Singapore. I’ve got a 6-day gap. I was thinking of going to K.Lipis for the jungle train and heading to Dabong, but the caves might not be open. Any suggestions around K.L.? Day treks? A stopover between K.L. and Malacca? Thanks

I’m heading to Cambodia at the end of December 2026 – January 2027 for 3-4 weeks. Since I’ve already visited Cambodia twice, my itinerary is a bit different this time—I’d love to explore Botum Sakor Park, Chi Pat, the Tatai region, and the Cardamom Mountains. I’m traveling solo. If you have any tips on transportation, excursions, treks, sights, or accommodations in the area, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks for your feedback!

Hi everyone, We’re planning a one-month trip to the Philippines for two of us, spanning April/May 2027, and we’d love your valuable advice to tell us if our itinerary is realistic or not :) Just so you know, we’re divers and want to take the PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course at the start of our trip (which will take up 2 full days) so we can fully enjoy the different dive sites afterward. We also want to limit internal flights as much as possible. Here’s our itinerary: Arrive directly in Cebu Take the ferry to Bohol, head to Panglao Island Diving in Panglao (& PADI training) + visit Bohol Island for 4/5 days We’re wondering about this part of the trip because Panglao Island seems very touristy—what do you think? Would the Camotes Islands, for example, be more interesting? Take the ferry to Siquijor, stay there for 3/4 days (combined with a visit to Apo Island) From Siquijor, return to Cebu to head to Malapascua, stay there for 2/3 days Again, return to Cebu to take a flight to El Nido → So about 12 days in the Visayas Do the El Nido→Coron 3-day/2-night cruise Stay 2/3 days in Coron (combined with Apo Reef) Head to Luzon Island from Coron (by plane or ferry) Visit the Banaue Rice Terraces (if possible) for 3/4 days Return to France from Manila Thanks for your help :)
