hi, my wife and I are planning a trip to South America for a year or more, depending on our mood. We’ll be leaving from either Cayenne or Montevideo, depending on the departure date.
We’re planning to travel around the whole continent and have plenty of experience traveling by 4x4.
If anyone’s interested in joining us for the whole trip or just part of it, leave us a message and we’ll get back to you. Possible departure at the end of 2027.

Hey everyone!
I’m looking for a travel partner starting early May and possibly for this summer too! I’ve been dreaming of seeing Sweden and its moose for ages—craving wide-open spaces, wilderness, and a change of scenery. I’m open to other destinations too; I’m really just looking for great people to share the road with in general :) I travel without flying, with a tent and backpack. I’m not obsessed with elevation gains, but I do enjoy walking, photography, taking my time, art, good food, communicating telepathically with seagulls, and smiling at clouds—traveling gently and visiting ports, among other things. ^^ Originally, I was more into wild camping, but I’ve grown to love a more relaxed, lightweight approach—closer to a vacation vibe—enjoying campgrounds along the way. A mix of calm and joy, I love moments of silence and contemplation just as much as great conversations. I’m curious about others but not exactly fluent in English, which has held me back quite a bit when traveling abroad. I’m not really a fan of shared accommodations like youth hostels, but I’ll try to be flexible about the rest!
This isn’t about finding someone to fill a void—it’s a sincere wish for a bright friendship that yearns for shared adventures and discoveries, whether it’s about ourselves or new landscapes and paths.
Having traveled a few times with people I met online before, I should mention that extreme sports really aren’t my thing. Not here for flirting either, and traveling with another woman would be fantastic! I’m 30, but I’d be totally fine traveling with someone older.
Looking forward to it

I’m heading to Vietnam for the 3rd time for a 6-week stay.
Who’s planning a trip to the central region in 2027? And who’d like to share a few days with me? The idea is a circuit of several days with a guide and driver around BUON MA THUOT, PLEIKU, and KONTUM—or just a driver, or even a circuit with two easy riders, though they’re hard to find in this area.
And if we hit it off (check my profile), why not spend even more time together?
What I’m looking for: - Parks, nature reserves, or wildlife sanctuaries - BUON MA THUOT and surroundings: pagodas and traditional villages—Konklor village and the suspension bridge - PLEIKU: Bahnar villages and the ethnographic museum - KON TUM: cathedral, market, and traditional villages
Interested in: - Local markets, handicrafts (gongs, weaving, and basketry) - Ceremonies or performances with gongs - Pagodas - Museums - Street food
I’m not planning to travel long distances for waterfalls (unless they’re exceptional), or visits to farms . However, I’m open to any other suggestions for this trip to the Central Highlands, which are less touristy.
With prices rising, I’ve just bought my Paris/Danang and Ho Chi Minh/Paris flight ticket.

Hi everyone,
I’ve been wanting to share laughs and adventures for a while now—to discover the world in good company. I’m available in June, July, and August, and it would be a joy to hit the road with a sunny, fun-loving soul, to help each other out, and to bring back a ton of memories and belly laughs in our backpacks.
I want to travel without flying. Originally, I’d dreamed of following a childhood fantasy to Sweden and farther north, but I’m open to other destinations and other plans too :) Otherwise, I’m a photographer (since I’m not getting any replies, I’ll plug myself here: nelvani.com), I’m a morning person, and when I travel, I love discovering new (small) cities, getting lost in ports, good food, the slow life, museums, taking the time to explore and enjoy, the wild and wide-open spaces, setting off with an idea of what we’re looking for and coming back enriched by a thousand other discoveries along the way—the magic and the unexpected of this life…
I’m tired of writing ads, so if you’re my *Providential Travel Buddy*, don’t hesitate to reach out if you feel like it!!

Hey everyone!
Last-minute booking :-) I’ll be back in Thailand from May 12 to 26, and my itinerary is a blank page! Since it’s only two weeks, I’ll be bouncing between Bangkok, Hua Hin, Pattaya, and Koh Samet.
My plan is zero stress and 100% discovery: beaches, walks, sightseeing, street food, nights out...
If you’re around and want to share some spontaneous moments, hit me up! The more, the merrier!
See you soon!
Hi there,
I contacted a travel agency in Almaty, and they’re offering a trip to Charyn Canyon and Altyn National Park with an overnight stay, then they can drop me off at the Kyrgyzstan border in Karkara (so I won’t be returning to Almaty). The cost is $700 USD—it’s pricey solo, but if there are 3 or 4 of us, it seems like a great deal. Are there any backpackers interested in joining this part of the trip on June 7, 2026? (My flight to Almaty is on June 4 from Lyon with Pegasus.)
Bye,
Patrice

Hello,
We’re a group of three people aged 63 to 65, planning to do the Kangchenjunga trek in April 2026 with a Nepali friend. We’d like to have a total of six participants to share costs. If you’re interested, drop us a message.

Of Algerian (Kabyle) origin, I feel a very strong pull to return to my roots. As someone who loves traveling in pairs, I’d love to find the perfect partner for this epic journey—a reconnection with my history and, in many ways, with myself...
Hi there! I’m a lively, friendly Toulousaine with a great sense of humor who loves hiking—on foot and by bike. Along with another person from this site, we’re heading to CORSICA for a week to hike the coastal trails around the Cap Corse,
with the cherry on top: two days in the Agriates desert!
We’d love to share this adventure with two more hikers (any gender), same vibe, aged 40–60, good humor a must...
The plan is to meet in Bastia on May 9th before noon, then set off with a rental car (for the week, 140 € to split!) to explore the CAP CORSE. We’ll make two camping stops (east and north), so bring your own small tent if possible, to tackle the coastal trails. Then a break in St-Florent, followed by two days in the Agriates (with 4–6-hour hikes daily).
We’ll take the overnight ferry from Toulon and return by boat from Bastia too (40 € round trip).
If you’re interested, please message me quickly—it’s still possible until April 30th! Looking forward to chatting! Anie...

An idea to mull over: heading to Oman at the start of the year (January, February). A car for freedom, bivouacs, hostels, desert, mountains, hiking, walks... For two, three, or four—depending on who’s in. Who’s tempted? Have a great week, and more, to everyone!
Hello,
I’m heading to Algeria from October 27 to November 16, 2026.
I’d love to hear from anyone who’s been through the process about the accommodation attestation required for the visa application:
- Does it need to cover the entire duration of the trip?
- Is this document mandatory for a hotel owner to rent a room?
- Is it checked during an inspection?
- Is a hotel booking (via Booking.com or similar) sufficient to obtain the visa?
- If so, does it need to be paid in advance?
I plan to visit several cities and do one or more treks with a guide or agency. I’d appreciate any contacts you could recommend.
Lastly, I’d love to share this trip with a companion (male or female) who’s already done some traveling. Of course, we’d organize the journey together.
Thanks for your feedback! Safe travels to all, Dom, Dijon, 64 years old

Hi everyone!
I’m looking for 1 or more people to join a group with a local travel agency for a trip to Bolivia 🇧🇴 or Peru + Bolivia, around September 13–27, 2025 (I can adjust the dates a little).
The itinerary is already set or can be adapted based on preferences. Trekking, culture, Andean landscapes, Salar de Uyuni, and more. The agency needs a minimum number of participants to confirm the trip, so I’m looking for motivated people to share this adventure in a great atmosphere ✌️
✅ Profile: Easygoing, curious traveler who loves wide-open spaces. 🏕️ Style: Authentic, local, more about discovery than luxury.
👋 If you’re interested, I can share the itinerary and agency details via private message.
Hope to see you soon for this amazing adventure

Hello,
We’re a French couple, aged 69 and 74, and we’d love to visit several national parks in the American West, including—of course—the Grand Canyon, Zion, Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley, Valley of Fire, Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, Yosemite National Park, and Yellowstone National Park. We’re planning a flexible trip of 15 to 20 days between April and June 2027.
One of us will buy the America the Beautiful pass for $250, and we’ll obviously split the cost of gas.
I’ll answer the two questions you’re probably wondering about: Why aren’t we renting a vehicle ourselves? Because we’ve barely driven in our lives. And why aren’t we taking an organized tour? Because most group tours only hit a few parks and rush through with round-trip flights from France. We’d like to extend this trip to visit iconic American cities and places for an extra month and a half.
If you’re interested in visiting some of the parks—even if not all of them—with us, please let us know. As I mentioned, our dates are very flexible.
Thanks in advance! Elisabeth babeth.marcel@yahoo.

Hello,
Exploring the American West with others is more fun, and since I’ve already had a great experience traveling with companions, I’m doing it again.
The initial plan is to arrive in San Francisco, then head to Yosemite >> Death Valley >> Las Vegas >> Zion >> Bryce Canyon >> Moab >> Mesa Verde >> Monument Valley >> Page >> Grand Canyon and finish in Los Angeles (of course, this can be done in reverse depending on international flights).
Renting a car, keeping it cool and in good spirits. For accommodations, we’re open to youth hostels, motels, hotels, etc. (no preference).
A 3-week (or 4-week) road trip, doable between June 23 and September 22.
But everything can change based on everyone’s ideas and desires—as long as flights aren’t booked yet...
Have a great day, and looking forward to chatting about this destination!

Hello fellow travelers,
I live in Ille-et-Vilaine in Brittany. I’m looking for one or more travel companions for summer 2026. I’m off work from July 11th to August 23rd. I’d like to spend a month or more abroad, backpacking and getting as close as possible to the local way of life to really soak up the culture.
Looking forward to figuring out the destination and planning the trip together! Nolwenn

Hi there!
I’ll be in Georgia from May 9th to the 30th.
If you’re also in this beautiful country so close to Europe during that time, feel free to drop me a private message...
Maybe we can share a moment together—a meal, a drink, or even part of a journey, a trip, a visit, or a hike.
I travel at a relaxed pace without too much planning, independently. I prefer family-run guesthouses, small hotels, or homestays when possible. I usually use public transport, but I can also rent a vehicle if needed.
I’m open to changing my plans based on who I meet.
Hope to see you soon maybe! 😊🤗😍

Two nature enthusiasts in their sixties are planning a naturalist stay in Asturias: hikes, wildlife observation (Cantabrian brown bear), local architecture, and a return trip through the plains of Villafafila (lagoons and birds). We have observation equipment and knowledge of the area. Accommodation will be in a rural hotel. Departure planned for May 4th from southern France, returning on the 13th by comfortable car that can carry 1 or 2 additional companions.
Hi everyone,
Is anyone here planning to do the RN7 route in reverse—that is, from Tulear to Antananarivo—early next month?
If so, please get in touch!
Hello or good evening, ladies!
Private message conversation. With my thanks in advance.
Looking for a long-term travel companion. Preferably within a 25 km radius of Castres (Tarn) or Niort (Deux-Sèvres). I’m planning to move to the Niort area. However, I’ll consider other “applications.”
Departure on June 1, 2026. Around 14 days. My van easily carries 2 bikes and our "travel gear." In Lörrach, we’ll park it in a safe spot.
My motto: a well-planned trip is a successful trip.
Jean-Luc, 67 years old, 1.70 m tall.
I quote (description from an In.ternet site): "You’ll find idyllic landscapes worthy of the most beautiful postcards: isolated homes nestled with their large roofs on the slopes of meadows, peaceful lakes, sleepy peat bogs, and gorges that seem straight out of romantic tales."
Foxes, wild boars, lynxes, roe deer, stags, wild cats, and red squirrels can be encountered there. The advantage of traveling by bike? More chances to get closer to them, thanks to our silent mode of transport... Harder to spot are the salamander, a variety of aquatic turtle, the European pond turtle. As for the list of birds, it’s too long!
I choose not to specify an age range. The “I feel good with you” doesn’t obey any age bracket... That’s the magic of the chemistry that arises (or not) between two people. Still, physical attraction is a must!
One obvious condition: she should like the German people. Ha! Ha! If she speaks German at a good level, she’ll enjoy our trip even more. Uh... me? 20 or 25 common words and phrases. Especially polite expressions! For communication, I use French and English (widely spoken in this country).
I won’t promise “spectacular-fun-surprising” moments every 10 minutes. For that, you’d have to go to Disneyland in the Paris region. Instead, I promise a well-established itinerary, safe and secure, with good accommodations every evening. After about 4 hours of work, I’ve listed 2 or 3 different addresses we’ll head to via my GPS—if the first is full, it’s next one. 😉
I hesitate to mention the positive elevation gain. That’s the charm of this region: a succession of climbs and descents with stunning panoramas. Maximum altitude: 1380 m.
An e-bike isn’t mandatory. Explanation via private message. If you only have a hybrid bike, I can carry most of your luggage. I think that’s called “kindness.”
Lunch: “picnic.” In such a setting, it’s a must. A bit for restaurant savings, I must admit. Dinner at a restaurant. A potential extension that might appeal to you: from Karlsruhe, take the train to Cologne (Köln), and we’ll follow a bike path along the Rhine River from Cologne to Constance, with its medieval alleys and charming lake. Details of the cities (what to see and do) face-to-face.

Hi there,
I’m 34, living in the Paris area, and I’m looking for a travel buddy for a trip between July 31 and August 22.
I haven’t settled on an exact destination yet, but it’ll either be somewhere in Asia or around the Quebec region.
When I travel, I’m mostly into outdoor activities and I’m a big fan of hiking.

Hello, I was planning to go to Yunnan at the end of February, but if that doesn’t work out, I’d like to try late March or early May. I’d love to meet a woman to travel as a duo and make the most of the one-month visa, even if we stay for less time. I’ve only seen a little of China so far—just a few major cities that I found absolutely stunning and impressive—and the rice terraces of Yunhe, which were unforgettable! So besides Yunnan or Hunan, we could choose other regions; China is so vast and varied, and I’d happily revisit the cities I’ve already seen. 🙂 Age doesn’t matter as long as we have energy and curiosity! I’m used to organizing things since I usually travel solo. I’m based in Paris, and of course, we’d get to know each other first to chat before meeting. 😄👫
Hi there,
We’re a pair in our 40s (young at heart!) from the Île-de-France region, and we don’t know each other yet.
We’re potentially looking for 1 or 2 people around our age to join us in Brazil from May 26 to June 8-9 for me, and until June 14 for Sébastien.
Estimated budget: around 2200-2500 €, including flights.
Our planned itinerary: Rio - Iguazu Falls - Costa Verde (requires a domestic round-trip flight from Rio to Iguazu, about 1h30 each way)
The idea is to share, have fun, explore, eat, and alternate between beaches, relaxation, hikes, and boat excursions... And why not try paragliding in Rio? Let’s go wild! ;)
We’re traveling in comfortable hotel/Airbnb mode.
Don’t hesitate to send us a quick email intro if you’re interested!
Looking forward to it, Kim

Hi there,
For my first trip abroad, I’d like to visit the American West (Los Angeles, iconic parks, Las Vegas, etc.) through Voyageur du Monde, a specialist in "custom" travel. The idea is to plan the trip together with the agency. I’ve scheduled it for summer 2027 because I won’t be available before then, and I want to take the time to organize this road trip. I’d like to go for 3 weeks—I know that requires a significant budget. I don’t have anyone to go with, and I’d prefer to have at least one person to make the experience more enjoyable. Don’t hesitate to reach out if you’d like! Looking forward to it! Bryan

Hi there, I’m planning a two-week trip to Yunnan in November. The ideal setup would be renting a car for four people and choosing accommodation from the amazing range of affordable hotels. If anyone has tips or is interested...
Hi there,
I’m planning a trip to Chile in November and I’m currently organizing it.
Over about 17/18 days, I’d like to visit Santiago, Valparaíso, the Atacama Desert, and Easter Island.
Atacama and Easter Island would be with an agency (I’m in touch with 4 local agencies—2 called me today).
For the rest—Santiago and Valparaíso—I think we can organize it ourselves with booked hotels. Plus, I speak Spanish fluently.
I’d love to find 3 or 4 people around my age, so if you’re interested, don’t hesitate to reach out.
PS: In my original message, I mentioned that Atacama and Easter Island would be with an agency. Correction: we can plan everything without going through an agency for the whole trip. Of course, for the various excursions in Atacama and on Easter Island, we’ll need to book them through an agency. (I have the list of excursions, schedules, and prices.) Best regards, Patricia

Hi everyone, while searching for a tour with a local agency, I received an interesting offer:
- 13 days from Tana to Tuléar (via Andasibe, Fiana, Isalo): 1200 € - 8 days in the West (Tsingy, Baobabs): 980 € These prices seem very reasonable for an all-inclusive package, but it's based on 2 travelers, and I'm solo. So, I'm looking for an experienced traveler to share accommodations (separate beds, of course) and split the costs. I can share the full itinerary details in a PM.
Thanks in advance! Fred (Réunion) PS: I’m also open to joining another traveler or group who already has a trip planned! ???
