Hi,
I’m looking for people to join for a winter sports trip (5/7 nights) in the French Alps from Belgium/Luxembourg.
Departure this Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, or early next week.
The idea is to share accommodation costs and travel expenses.
Feel free to get in touch.
Olivier

Hi there, I’m Fred, I live on La Réunion and I’ll be traveling to Madagascar this coming July. While searching for a tour with a local agency, I received an interesting offer:
13 days from Tana to Tuléar (via Andasibe, Fiana, Isalo) from July 11 to 23: 1200 € 8 days in the West (Tsingy, Baobabs) from July 26 to August 1: 980 € These prices seem very reasonable for an all-inclusive package, but it’s based on two travelers and I’m alone. So I’m looking for an experienced traveler to share accommodations (separate beds, of course) and split the costs. I can send you the full itinerary details in a PM. Thanks in advance! Fred (La Réunion) PS: I’m also open to joining another traveler or group who already has a trip planned. ???

Hi everyone,
I’m planning a trip in April 2026 and I’m looking for a travel companion. My destination isn’t completely set yet, but I’m leaning toward the Philippines. Other options are open too, like Brazil or Argentina.
The idea is to share the trip and the good times in a respectful and relaxed vibe.
So if you’re interested in my post, don’t hesitate to reach out.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi! I’m Romane and I’m passionate about mountain sports! !😎
I’ll be in Chile from March to the end of August and I’m looking for travel companions, especially to hit the mountains—whether it’s hiking, trekking, fast-hiking, ski mountaineering, or even mountain biking. I’d love to explore Chilean and Argentine Patagonia, the Carretera Austral, the Lake District to climb all the volcanoes, the Santiago area around Cajón del Maipo, and why not Peru or Bolivia—I’ve got tons of plans! 😛
Here’s what I’ve got with me: - A pretty solid hardtail MTB - Ski touring gear—crampons, ice axes, avalanche beacon, shovel, probe - Bivouac/camping gear - Trail and hiking equipment
If you’re up for exploring a part of the country with me, let me know! I’m open to any way of traveling: road trips, bikepacking, hitchhiking, buses, etc.
PS: I’m usually in decent shape, so unless you’re Kilian Jornet, we should be able to tackle some awesome outings together! 😛

I'm looking for hikers to walk the Saint-Guilhem Way in spring 2026 from May 17th to 30th and form a small group of 4 to 5 people.
Full route of the Saint-Guilhem Way starting from Aumont-Aubrac to Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, passing through the Tarn and Jonte gorges (so taking the variant via Le Rozier).
Daily stages of 17 to 28 km depending on difficulty, places to visit, and accommodations. Around 260 km over 12 days of hiking and about 6 to 7 hours of walking per day.
Duration: 14 days (12 days of hiking + 1 arrival day / 1 departure day). No performance goals—just taking the time to see, discover, and enjoy the scenery.
I'm a 62-year-old man from the Alsace region. Contact me if interested! Rémy

Hi everyone! I’m planning a trip of at least one month in August-September in Northern South America, with the main focus being wildlife discovery, especially birds.
I haven’t set the exact destination or dates yet. It’ll depend on flight opportunities, my budget (3000-4000 €), and the people I decide to travel with.
I’m particularly looking into options in Brazil, Ecuador, Colombia, and French Guiana. Some possibilities: - Ecuador: Mindo (cloud forest, foothills of the Andes) 🇪🇨 - Colombia: coastal forests of Santa Marta, Los Nevados National Park, Antioquia, coastal rainforest of Chocó 🇨🇴 - Brazil: Pantanal (budget permitting), Northeast (between São Luís and Salvador) 🇧🇷 - French Guiana: Kaw Marshes, Petit Saut, Mana, Matoury, Saint-Laurent-du-Maroni 🇬🇫
I’m looking for: 1 or 2 companions to share this adventure. 🦉 Birdwatching enthusiasts or those interested in other taxa (all levels) and/or wildlife photography lovers; 🎒 a bit of a rugged, curious, and enthusiastic spirit. No age limit, but good physical shape for relaxed nature hikes.
The plan: mix guided birdwatching tours in small groups, lodges for intense nature observation, with periods of independent travel. Budget: 3500-4000 € per person, flights included. Proposed timeframe: August-September 2026
Everything’s still flexible. Important to get to know each other and chat before we go (in person or via Zoom/Teams). If you’re interested, send me a message! 🦉

I’m 62 years old, live in the Eure region, and my main goal is to meet a travel companion who lives in my area or nearby so we can get to know each other before planning any trips.
I’m energetic, easygoing, curious, and love discovering new places, going for walks, and having simple conversations.
The idea is to meet someone I click with, share travel ideas, and then build a project together in a relaxed way.
The Cinque Terre in Italy in early October is one idea I like, but it’s not set in stone—I’m open to other destinations or suggestions based on our shared interests.
Ideally, I’d like to find someone within a reasonable distance so we can meet easily and, when the time comes, travel together from Paris.
A first exchange via messages, and possibly a meet-up, will help us see if our expectations align.
If this approach resonates with you, feel free to reach out via private message.
Looking forward to chatting!
Looking to (re)discover the Lombard capital! A retired teacher in my sixties, I’m searching for a serious and motivated travel companion interested in Italian art and culture for a short stay in Milan at the end of May: visiting monuments and museums, friendly chats, and sharing expenses.
Hi everyone,
I’m from Annecy and I’ve traveled quite a bit, thanks to VF and friends.
I’m looking for someone to travel with for a month in December. I could add New Zealand and later Japan or Bali. I’ve traveled often, in backpacker style, but I also enjoy comfort.
I’d prefer someone who doesn’t live too far from my area so we can meet beforehand.
I’m 70 years old, I love walking, music, water, nature, and sometimes just listening to the silence...
Looking forward to hearing from you. Cécile
Hello,
I’d like to do the 550 km Grand Tour of Paris around June 21st—it’s the GR1 trail. I plan to return to Paris each day so I don’t have to carry a heavy pack, and I want to take my time exploring the city as well. I’m looking for a travel companion who’s in good physical shape and loves hiking. I’m 68, a semi-retired teacher (I still enjoy teaching), an international traveler who’s already done a round-the-world trip and wants to do more… Looking forward to getting to know you! Jean Marie

Hi,
I’d like to visit South America. I’ve always traveled solo and as a backpacker, but this time, I’d love to join a group or find a travel companion. I’m 63 and in great health. I speak fluent English. I’m open to other travel suggestions too. Thanks
Got my flight ticket! Arriving in Bangkok on January 9th. Returning to France on March 9th. I’ll meet up with a travel buddy upon arrival for 2 or 3 weeks. 3 days in Bangkok, then heading south. What’s next for destinations?... If you’re also traveling solo, we can stay in touch and maybe our paths will cross.
Looking forward to hearing from you in a friendly and cheerful spirit!
Jeanette (Paris area)
After completing the Camino de Santiago in 2025, I’m planning another "pilgrimage" that will take me from Paris to Mont Saint-Michel through Normandy. Departing from Paris on May 12th, arriving at Mont Saint-Michel on June 5th, with daily stages of 20 to 25 km. I’d love to team up with anyone who might be considering this route—let’s walk together! I’ve had great success with this before on the Camino, where I met a fellow walker just a few weeks prior to setting off!
I’m a 67-year-old retiree with experience in long-distance hiking. The pace is moderate and manageable for any regular hiker.
Feel free to ask any questions if you’re interested—I’m happy to share more details.

Hi! I’m a fit, sporty, dynamic, and enthusiastic woman looking for someone to join me in exploring Georgia, Albania, or Armenia (not all at once 😄). Traveling simply and positively is my style. I’m used to traveling with "strangers," and it’s always gone well, but this time, I don’t have partners for these destinations. Preferably leaving in April, May, or July–September. Thanks!
At 70 years old but in great shape and a seasoned long-term traveler, I’m looking for a travel companion to join me in Armenia in September or October. The dates aren’t set in stone, but I’d like to book my flight ticket soon (I live in Auvergne, so departure from Lyon)... After that, I’ll continue to Turkey (where I go very often), stopping in Georgia (where I’ve been twice in recent years), before heading back to Southeast Asia at the beginning of January, as I do every year since retiring 10 years ago :-)
Just so you know, I’m not looking for luxury in hotels, guest houses, or Airbnbs—I love street food and get around by bus or taxi using apps available in the country I’m visiting!
... looking forward to hearing from you :-))

Hello,
East or West, North to South... the world has so much to offer.
I’m 55 and looking for travel companions to share my upcoming summer vacation destination.
I haven’t settled on a country yet—Costa Rica, Japan, China... and many more.
I love culture, cities and their old stones, nature and hiking... I like to stay active during my trips, no room for lazing around (or just a little ;))... I want to see as much as possible.
Calling all fellow travelers with the same interests as me.
See you soon...
Hi there,
I’m looking for a travel buddy. I live on Réunion Island. I’m 65 years old.
I’ve traveled a lot already—I’m easygoing. We can decide on destinations together.
Just throwing this out there like a message in a bottle....
Hi,
I’d like to explore southern Albania in May and I’m looking for a travel companion for the period from May 8th to 17th, but I’m flexible on the dates.
If you’re interested, feel free to get in touch!
Hi fellow travelers,I’m looking for a travel companion—it’s always more fun and cheerful with two! I’m planning to head to China, specifically the Hunan, Guizhou, and Guangxi regions, exploring countryside, historic cities, beautiful landscapes, and of course, connecting with locals. I’ve traveled in China before, and the visa is still free this year. I use local transport like buses and trains. I travel light and can adapt easily. I can leave in April or May, depending on your availability and flight prices. There’s no obligation to share a double room or spend every day together—communication and respect for each other’s choices are key. If you’re interested, feel free to DM me to chat about how we’d travel, the itinerary, and our past experiences!

Hi there!
I’m looking for a friendly female travel buddy to fly with me from Nice in February 2026. I’ve been keeping travel journals for 15 years now… and I know Southeast Asia pretty well!
If you love laughing, beaches, markets, sea excursions, or just heading out for a drink and dancing when there’s nothing planned the next morning—if you’re tidy and respectful (we’ll split accommodation costs and some transport, like tuk-tuks), then welcome aboard!
Here’s the plan: We’ll fly from Nice to either CEBU or PUERTO PRINCESA, depending on which ticket is cheapest. Speaking of which, I’m on a tight budget, so I don’t mind a 15-hour layover (for example, often in Singapore—we can even explore the city by taking the MRT!) because long layovers can save me 400 €–500. I’m in no rush—I’d rather save that money for our trip!
We’ll spend three full weeks there.
Just to be clear upfront so there are no surprises or misunderstandings: I’m looking for someone free from around February 20th to March 15th. We’ll leave Nice together. - Valid passport (must be valid for more than six months after our return date). - E-Travel form must be filled out online 72 hours before departure—**mandatory**, or no boarding!
We’ll also book a round-trip domestic flight in advance (cheaper than last-minute).
Our itinerary includes CEBU, BOHOL and the surrounding areas, then a flight to PUERTO PRINCESA, EL NIDO, PORT BARTON, etc.… basically, a dream trip!
Who’s joining me? (Ages 20–70 are fine, as long as you love to laugh and are free for three weeks!) Welcome! Caroline

Hi there,
I’m planning a trip to Gujarat in early 2025.
Backpacker style, local transport, youth hostels or local hotels.
I always prioritize a few days of chilling by the water.
Just to mention, I’ve been traveling to India almost every year for the past 16 years.
I’d prefer someone based in the Lyon area, but I’m open to travelers from other regions.
For me, departure is from Lyon – arrival in Mumbai.
See you soon,
B.
I’ll be spending a few days in Dublin in early May to explore the city, its heritage, lively streets, parks, and legendary pubs. I’m looking for a friendly, easygoing travel buddy with no drama to join me for this trip, swap impressions, and split accommodation costs.
I’m planning a backpacking-style trip to Sri Lanka in March 2026.
To share the emotions and experiences, I’d love the company of a co-traveler (male or female).
I’m in my sixties, fit, and pretty active—I’m used to this kind of travel, especially in Asia.
I’m planning a budget-friendly road trip: simple, clean guesthouses (10–15 € per night), meals at small restaurants or street food stalls, and local transport (buses, trains, tuk-tuks). There’ll be nature excursions, tea plantations, visits to monuments, temples, shows, museums, a safari, beaches… basically a little bit of everything and a general tour of this beautiful country.
So if anyone relates to this and is interested, let’s get in touch and chat! 😉
Hi everyone,
Second trip to India (15 years later 🙂!!) during the last two weeks of March 2026. Arriving in Delhi for a trip that’s not really planned out—Jaipur, Jaisalmer, Agra, maybe more!!... No set duration for stops or a precise order.
If any traveler happens to be around... It’d be great to share a leg of the journey and a travel moment!!
I see some folks had trouble with the e-visa? I haven’t done mine yet—how’s it going???
Thanks, see you soon.
Jérôme
Calling all adventurers!
We’re a group of 3 ready to go, and due to a last-minute cancellation, there’s a 4th spot up for grabs.
Our loop itinerary will take us from the capital to the coast (Sandwich Harbor, Swakopmund, etc.), the Damaraland (Spitzkoppe, Brandberg, Twyfelfontein, etc.), Etosha, the local vineyards, and Waterberg. Expect visits, hikes, and safaris. We’ll camp every other night and travel in my own 4x4.
I live there, by the way, and know the country like the back of my hand. It never gets old!
Departing from Paris on the evening of March 18th, returning to Windhoek on the evening of April 2nd.
Hope to see you soon!
Newwateur
I’m arriving in Chennai on January 16, then heading to Auroville for a week. If you’re in the area, we could meet up, explore together, and share...?
Hello,
I’m 76 years old and travel a lot around the world. I’m planning to go to Oman from March 19 to April 8, 2026. (After that, I’m off to Turkey to meet some friends.)
I’m looking for a fellow traveler to share a car rental to explore some off-the-beaten-path spots.
I just got back from Cape Verde, and before that, I was in the USA, Japan, Chile, etc.
I usually travel solo, and obviously, I meet a lot of people along the way.
For Oman (and Namibia next year), it seems more practical to travel with 2 or 3 people.
That’s all!
Patrice
Hi there! This will be my first time traveling to Japan, in January 2027 for 3 weeks. I’m looking for a travel companion to join me. I might also be going for 2 weeks in March-April 2026.
Hi there,
I’m looking for a female co-traveler to join me in Oman for a month, from mid-February to mid-March.
We’ll rent a Toyota 4X4 locally for 1 050 € for the month—I’ll be driving the vehicle.
At the moment, there are two vehicles in our group, with a gentleman who’s going for the 4th time.
We’re planning on free camping on-site, alternating with guesthouse stays roughly every 8 days.
Planned itinerary: Muscat, heading south to the Empty Quarter desert, then back up along the coast, with canyon swims along the way, and the Hajar Mountains on the return to Muscat.
I’m a 70-year-old woman, experienced in travel.
Drop me a line for more details.
Thanks!
