Climate and weather

Although the Costa de la Luz lies on the Atlantic coast, its climate can be considered Mediterranean, with dry, hot summers and mild winters (some rain in late autumn and spring). Thanks to the sea, the climate remains "livable" in summer—unlike inland areas, where temperatures can become scorching in July and August, such as in Seville, which isn’t far from the coast.
