Confirmation de ce matin: la route Dush - Khorog est effectivement ouverte mais plusieurs passages ont été fermés (puis réouverts grâce au travail des différentes instituions impliquées) ces derniers jours. Au moins 1 personne a disparu à Vanj (sa voiture a été emportée par une coulée de boue).

Shugnan District, GBAO:
16 July 2015 - Mudflow blocked the Gund River and created an artificial lake
in Kolkhozobod village, Shugnana District, GBAO. It caused significant damage to
infrastructure and households in three villages and the preliminary results
of the assessment conducted by State Commission for Emergencies as of 20 July are
indicated below:
At least 56 houses were fully damaged and are note safe to reside
anymore:
o Barsem village – 41 houses
o Berdibekobod village – 3 houses
o Kolkhozobod village – 12 houses
In Barsem village 6 shops, 1 point of fuel station, 2,5 km of Khorog-Murgab road, 2 km of power transmission line (35kW), 2 km of power transmission line (10kW), 10 car stations, 3000 pcs of fruit and shadowy trees, 6 cars, and 6
irrigational canals of 250-300 m length were damaged and destroyed.
In Berdibekobod village 1 irrigation canal (950 m), 2 pedestrian and 2
motor bridges were damaged.
Preliminary estimated direct cost of loss is around 19 mln.353 thousand Tajik
Somoni.
On 21 July 2015 another mudflow occurred in Barsem village of Suchan Jamoat
and re-blocked Gund river. After 20 minutes the stream of the river was opened. Currently the response and recovery actions are being undertaking in the affected area. A tent camp was established in the neighboring and safer area and 72 tents were setup for the affected households. The affected household in the Camp are provided with
drinking water and 3 times of warm food by the relative agencies. Currently the autonomous electricity is delivered to the camp.
On 21 July, 2015 at around 00:59 due to the floods the irrigation land and highway in
Mun village of Navobod Jamoat were partially damaged. Furthermore, following
the flood in Dehmiyona village of Navobod Jamoat at 666 km of Khorog-Murgob
highway the road is closed. The cleaning and recovery of the road is ongoing.
Rushon District, GBAO:
On 20 July 2015 at around 20:15 at 540 km of Dushanbe-Khorog highway the
flood was blocked the road in Barushon village of N.Dodkhudo Jamoat and damaged 1 ha of wheat land, 0,5ha of potatoes land, 50 pcs of poplar trees and killed 5 small cattle. The regional Commission of Emergency Situation is conducting damage and needs assessment.
Vanj District, GBAO:
July 20, 2015 around 10:30 the motor bridge was fully destroyed and the road
has been blocked following heavy rains which resulted mudflow at 450 km of Dushanbe –
Khorog highway in Lugad village of Vokhud Jamoat. Heavy machinery was deployed to
the affected area to clean the road. At 19:37 the road was temporary opened for
all type of vehicles. However, at 20:40 the flood occurred again and washed 4 technical
machinery which includes: 2 excavators, 1 trailer, 1 car of make of “Dulon”. The driver
of Dulon caris missed. Furthermore, the mudflow washed 3 uncompleted houses and destroyed
the road. For the cleaning of the road 1 forklift truck and 1 buldozer were sent
to the site and by 08:50 July 21, 2015 the road was opened for the traffic. On July 21,
2015 the floods were occurred in Bardara village of Basid Jamoat and washed 3 houses.
No casualties reported.
Darvoz District, GBAO:
July 21, 2015 at around 00:08 the floods in Vishkharv village of Viskharv
Jamoat washed 3 cars and fully destroyed local bridge that connected several
communities. In Ubagn village of Vishkharv Jamoat at around 00:10 following the heavy rains
the flood washed 1 house and 1 car. In Togmay village of Vishkharv Jamoat at around
00:12 the flood closed Dushanbe – Khorog highway. However, the heavy machinery was sent
to the site and opened the road. At around 01:18 due the floods 2 pedestrian
bridges were fully damaged in Kurgovad village of Vishkharv Jamoat.
Rasht Valley, Nurobod District, DRD:
July 17, 2015 at around 23:00 as a result of high temperatures the water
level in Surkhob river increased at 112km of Fayzrez Jamoat and washed 70-80 meter of Vahdat-Nurobod-Jirgatol highway. Currently the Road Department opened another alternative detour road.
July 20, 2015 at around 07:30 following the heavy rains and landslide occurred near Kamarob river in Pingun village 6 houses were partially damaged, and 2 cow shed, 10 km of local road, 1 mill, 1 private summer house, 2 pedestrian and 1 motor bridges were fully destroyed.
July 20, 2015 the flood occurred in Bedak and Halqarf village of Navdi Jamoat and fully damaged more than 50 houses and partially damaged 100 houses. One person was killed.
Rasht Valley, Tavildara District, DRD:
July 17, 2015 at around 18:40 the water level in Khingob river at 26 km of Labijar-Tavildara area was increased to 6m and 08cm and fully washed 15m of road and 10 meter is currently under the risk. Currently another alternative road is
opened for traffic.
The water level of Khingob river is increased to 1,15 m in compare with the previous years.
Rasht Valley, Jirgatol District, DRD:
July 20, 2015 at around 22:30 in Qashot village due to the heavy rains the floods occurred from two sides of the village and washed the irrigation lands. The population were evacuated to the safer place. The Commission for Emergency Situations is working at the place.
Kuhistoni Mastchoh District, Sugd Oblast:
July 16, 2015 following the hot weather and glacier melting the water level of Dehhisor river was increased and the motor bridge connecting several communities were fully damaged.
On July 18, 2015 at around 14:00 due to the increase of water in Tagob river one motor bridge was fully and one pedestrian bridge were partially damaged. The Commission for Emergency Situations is working at the place. Currently the wash of riverside of Zarafshon river at 47km of Obburdon-Paldorak highway and irrigation lands of
Hasanov village is observed. The damaged will be identified after the assessment conducted by the ES Commission.
Ayni District, Sugd Oblast:
July 16, 2015 the water level in Zaravshon river was increased and destroyed the feed water pump in Sangiston village of Ayni Jamoat and in Shamtuch village of Shamtuch Jamoat. Moreover, at 22-26 km Ayni-Kuhistoni Mastchoh highway the river water covered the road the traffic is temporary stopped there.
Shahriston District, Sugd Oblast:
July 20, 2015 at around 18:00 due to the heavy rains the flood occurred in Oqtangi village of Shahriston Jamoat and blocked 200 m of road.
