C'est maintenant qu'il y a besoin d'artisans en province nord avec la construction de l'usine du nord, les habitations ou immeubles pour loger tous ceux qui y travaillent, de près ou de loin. Le prix de l'immobilier est en train de grimper très vite aussi.
Pour ta maison, y'a aussi la solution de la mettre en location (à ton futur acheteur) et déduire les loyers payés pendant 2 ans sur le prix de vente...

c'est un gar de la bas, de la brousse, il revenait de "son coup d' pêche aux crabbs de palétuviers ". je crois qu'il habitait à Koné aussi, tiens tiens....
Après avoir nettoyé ses crabes il disposa le tout ds une marmite sur la gaziniere, et il décide de se taper sa boisson préféré, j'ai nommé : Johnny Marcheur ( Walker, pour les moins avisés ) en attendant que ses crabes préférés soient cuits, et tout ça devant son feuilleton préféré : Dallas !
Au bout de 4 doses de Johnny ( ça doit bien faire les 20 mn ) y s'en retourne à la cuisine woir ou en est la cuisson et constate à ce moment la que le feu est éteint !!

Il rallume donc le feu et au bout de 3 doses de Johnny il s'en revient woir ou en sont les crabbs, et là, même constat le feu est éteint !!

il rallume le feu et se planque drriere la porte en regardant discretement par l'entrebaillement de celle-ci et à ce moment, il voit un crabe sortir délicatement une pate armée de sa plus belle pince et eteindre le feu....
pour notre part, nous arrivons en septembre , octobre 09. il y a un petit moment que je parcours le forum et suis venu en décembre 08 (1 mois)sur le caillou pour prendre la température.
Ceci dit, si tu peux me donner ton avis sur le taff dans le placo en NC, depuis ma venue.

Attention, la NC n'est pas un TOM ni un DOM, mais un POM, (Pays d'outre mer) collectivité territoriale, avec des lois spécifiques, donc ne pas faire l'amalgame. surtout c'est pour ça qu'il n'y a pas de produits sociaux c omme en métro. Et de faire passer les locaux avant les autres est une bonne chose..

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
Are there any special requirements before leaving France (aside from taxes...)?

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
