Pour passser la douane, pas besoin d'argent (sauf le timbre en Tunisie de 60 dnt). Mais en France rien du tout, ni argent, ni assurance ni RIEN. La prochaine etape c'est l'oFII en France ou ton mari sera convoque et la il devra avoir 241 euros.

A TLS, les seuls frais pour les visas de conjoint francais sont a payer au moment du depot du dossier (49 dnt il me semble) et ensuite, plus rien, ni pour les tests, ni pour la visite medicale, ni pour recuperer son passeport a la fin.
Les prochains frais seront en France (timbre de 241 euros a payer a l'OFII lors de la convocation - environ 3 mois apres l'entree en France - je ne parle que pour Paris, je ne connais pas les delais dans les autres centres OFII ou prefectures).
Pour l'aeroport, la loi n'etant pas toujours tres claires et/ou correctement appliquee, difficile de te le garantir, mais la derniere fois que j'ai passe la douane Tunisienne avec mon mari, nous avons du payer tous les deux le timbre (parce que je vis en Tunisie) et le douanier nous a dit que les frais ne seraient plus a payer uniquement quand mon mari aurait sa carte de sejour francaise, le visa ne prouvant pas d'une installation definitive en France - seule condition pour etre exempte des frais de sortie de 60 dnt. A mon avis, ca depend de l'aeroport et du dounier, donc prevoir 60 dnt de preference pour eviter les ennuis...! Le timbre peut etre achete a l'aeroport dans les banques de change!

Normalement aucun problème pour faire la visite en France! Quand tu seras convoquée à l'OFII en France après ton arrivée ils vont te demander ton certificat médical, mais avec la possibilité de la faire en France si tu n'as pas pu la faire en Tunisie! Ce n'est pas obligatoire pour la demande de visa, c'est obligatoire APRÈS pour le faire valider :) Ne t'inquiètes pas trop! Bon courage à toi!
Donc comme indiqué sur le mail que j'ai reçu et sur le site de TLS mon mari a été au service des Visas au consulat à Tunis ce matin pour sa soit disant "convocation" mais ils ont refusé de le faire entrer et l'ont envoyé à TLS. A Tls ils lui ont dit que c'était au consulat et qu'il devait le laisser entrer... il y retourne cependant au consulat impossible d'entrer malgré qu'il ait avec lui le papier justifiant sa convocation... On y comprend plus rien, j'essaye de contacter le consulat qui ne répond pas et quand j'apelle TLS ils ne savent pas.. encore plus surprenant sur le site de TLS pour suivre l'avancé du dossier ça a changé de couleur , depuis ce midi , le bandeau "instruction" est devenu vert (alors qu'hier il était rouge) .... est ce quelqu'un a déja vécu ça? ou peut nous conseiller???
Est ce que le fait que ce soit vert signifie que du coté du consulat tout est réglé ou que c'est encore en cours d'instruction... J'avoue c'est panique à bord!!
Le mieux c'est vraiment d'attendre!!! Même si c'est rageant de devoir attendre "dans le vide" il faut de la patience!!! Toutes les expériences de ce forum prouvent que la seule chose à faire patienter en silence lol Si tu doutes, ton mari peut appeler (ils n'aiment pas trop les femmes qui appellent en stress lol) et dire qu'il a reçu un mail!! Si c'est vert, peu importe l'étape, c'est que tout va bien et que les choses suivent leur cour...! Combien de temps s'est écoulé entre la dépôt du dossier et aujourd'hui?

Mon Dieu... comment peut on empêcher un couple marié de vivre ensemble... qui a le droit de faire ça? enfin j'ai pu avoir quelque renseignement sur L'OQTF (obligation de quitté le territoire français) il n'annule pas l'obtention de visa mais il le tarde puisque le consulat est obligé de demandé a Nantes la suspension, cela peut prendre jusqu’à 5 mois de démarche 😮 oh mon dieu sa fait 3 mois que mon mari est au bled alors 5 mois en plus!!! 🤪🤪🤪 quel cauchemar
Si vous avez fait l’objet d’une OQTF, le consulat ne peut pas vous délivrer votre visa immédiatement car il doit demander au procureur en France la suspension de votre OQTF
Le délai moyen de l'enquête complémentaire est de 5 mois environ en ce moment
