Au détour d' une délocalisation, j'ai la chance que l 'on me propose de continuer mon activité professionnelle, au Maroc. Prés de Casanblanca.
Je suis marié et nous avons 2 enfants qui sont grands et que je dirais populairement : "casés".
Je partirai donc seul avec mon épouse.
Mais j'avoue que je m 'interroge beaucoup et que j'ai quand même quelques difficultés à faire le grand saut. C' est la peur de l' inconnu que tout le monde connait, bien sûr.

J 'ai déjà passé une semaine à Marrakech, mais en touriste. J 'ai adoré ses habitants, l'ambiance et le mode de vie. Mais cela reste une opinion de touriste.

Je suis heureux d 'apprendre que Mohamédia est une ville blanéaire. Effectivement le cadre de vie doit être différent de celui que je connais.
Je n'ai pas trouvé grand chose sur cette ville, sur le net. Connais tu un site qui lui soit dédié.

Experience que j'ai du Maroc? bin à vrai dire c'est mon pays d'origine j'y vais tous les ans pendant les vacances d'été.
Mohammedia je connais tres bien, c'est une ville à même pas 30 min de la grande ville économique qu'est casa (30km au nord de casa). Une ville trés propre et où les gens sont extrenement sympatique (ville qui ne connait pas de stresse).
Le temps y'est trés agréable, sa plage est trés propre... c'est clair que ça va changer par rapport à ceux à quoi tu y'est habitué mais que du bon coté et tu ne vas pas le regretter...
Si tu veux parler avec des Marocains qui y vivent je te conseil de te rendre sur ce site, j'ai séléctionné un sujet parmis tant d'autres, mais tu fais une recherche sur "mohammedia" tu trouvera pas mal d'info sur cette ville --> http://www.yabiladi.com/forum/read-6-2154-2628.html#msg-2628

Bonjour! bienvenus à Mohammedia, c'est une belle ville sur la Méditerranée, entre Rabat et Casablaca, vous n'avez pas à avoir peur. bonne chance et bon séjour au Maroc.
Rien à dire de plus mon grand tu as décroché le jackpot, moi j'y serai allé avec même comme proposition le tiers de mon salaire, tu as bien déservi par les transport en commun, le train, les autororoutes et si tu veux même en bateau et près des aéroports casa et rabat, sans oublier la douceur des cotes atlantique et des habitants sympathiques moins stressé que dans les grands villes limitrophes.
Tu pourras enfin vivre et non te ruiner, apprécier les bienfaits de la vie avec cet contrat d'expatriation sachant que tu es à peine à 120 € de la france en aller retour, à 3 heure d'avion et bénéficiant de toutes les infrastrucures à laquelle tu étais habitué. Et la cérise sur le gateau, toutes tes connaissances se feront un plaisir de venir te voir sans que tu les supllies, je crois que ce sera le contraire tu seras obligé de les fuire pour conserver ta sérénité retrouvée après l'appréhension de la délocalisation

Bon, je me résume.
Expatrié belge, j'ai fait le saut dont tu parles il y a 3 ans (démarche volontaire).
C'est vrai que de loin, c'est un peu flippant. En réalité, le Maroc ne ressemble pas à l'image qu'on s'en fait de chez nous. Il est bien plus moderne que ça. Tu y trouveras tout ce que tu veux en matière de connexion interne haut débit, télévision satellite etc ...
Pays agréable à vivre. Les habitants sont généralement sympas. Si tu fais l'effort de parler un peu la darija (arabe dialectal marocain), tu seras carrément adopté.
Il faut un temps pour s'habituer à ce nouveau mode de relation aux autres. Dans un premier temps, on est plutôt méfiant, suspicieux, on se demande ce que nous veulent ces gens qui viennent si spontanément vers nous, ils doivent forcément attendre quelque chose en retour. Hé bien non, pas toujours, pas souvent.
Bien sûr, respecter les règles habituelles, et non spécifiques au Maroc, de sécurité et de bon sens (genre bien fermer sa bagnole, ne rien laisser de visible, ne pas afficher ses objets de valeurs etc ..)
Mohammedia est une petite ville agréable. Le climat y est respirable en été et un peu frais en hiver (on ressent fort le froid malgré des températures qui n'ont l'air de rien - il ne gèle même pas). C'est aussi à cause de l'humidité que l'hiver y est un peu pénible le matin et le soir. Il te faut absolument un système de chauffage dans ta future maison. Moi; je me chauffe au bois, tu peux aussi le faire avec des bonbonnes de gaz (le gaz n'est pas cher au Maroc). un peu de pollution atmosphérique quand même, car il y a plusieurs industries, dont du raffinage je pense.
Le niveau de vie, avec un salaire européen, est très bon, effectivement. Les denrées alimentaires sont bon marché, sauf si tu veux manger comme en France, avec des produits importés.
Fais attention, si tu viens avec ta voiture, il te faudra soit la remonter en France après 3 mois, soit la dédouaner (ce qui coûte très cher).

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
