en fait je suis avec mon copain, on voulait, a la base partir au canada, car comme toi j avais peur pour mon niveau d anglais pitoyable... mais malheureusement plus de visa travail vacances... on sest donc dit allons aux usa... cetait mon reve de devenir bilingue lol
on est donc arrives le 18 nov et on reste jusquau 20 mai, ca fait 6 mois pile poil... on est ds l utah a salt lake city et on travaille a 10 min de l ds la station de snowbird. mon copain est moniteur de ski (sa passion) et moi je travaille a la garderie de la station avec les enfants... pas du tout ma vocation puisque jai fait une ecole de commerce... mais jai mis ma vie pro entre parenthese le temps de cette experience... et je peux te dire que mon niveau d anglais est... enormement mieux qu il y a deux mois, jai bcp progresser... la journee tu es seule et bien oblige de parler... je ne pensais pas m ameliorer comme ca...

Si ton but est d'apprendre l'anglais, je ne vois pas pourquoi ça serait plus facile au Canada...tu penses peut-être t'en sortir en "switchant" en Français quand tu ne sais pas comment t'exprimer en anglais? Désolée, mais si tu te trouves en province anglophone, ne t'attend pas à ce qu'on te parle en français! Le Canada est un pays anglophone, un point c'est tout, seul le Québec et le Nouveau-Brunswick ont pour langues officielles le français.
Et puisque ce sont les États-Unis qui t'intéressent, je ne vois pas pourquoi tu veux aller au Canada...vraiment étrange le raisonnement des Français parfois...😛

Moi c'est Aurélie, j'ai 22 ans, j'habite à Lille, et j'ai comme toi le projet de partir aux Etats-Unis pour améliorer mon niveau en anglais pour être par la suite Asssitante Bilingue.
Mais je ne sais pas si je vais passer par une agence pour travailler juste cet été, car il faut avoir de bonnes bases en anglais pour être sélectionné, ce qui n'est pas mon cas, ou si je me débrouille pour trouver un job par mes propres moyens.

Je m'appelle Jennifer, j'ai 23 ans et suis en 1ère année de Master Communication.
Je compte prendre une année de sabatique dès la rentrée prochaine (septembre 2008) et en profiter pour partir 6 mois aux USA afin d'améliorer mon niveau d'anglais.
Je souhaite par lasuite poursuivre mes études avec un Master 2 d'évenementiel (pour devenir wedding planner), l'idéal serait donc pour moi de trouver un petit job ou stage rémunéré me permettant de payer un loyer et de quoi manger, dans le milieu de la communication, voire encore mieux dans une agence d'organisation de mariage...
Sachant que mes chances de trouver un tel poste sont très minces 🤪, je suis ouverte à toutes propositions...

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
