Je dois partir en Inde dès que possible pour effectuer un stage de 6mois chez Hewlett Packard. Malheureusement, je rencontre de gros problèmes pour obtenir mon visa car aucune des catégories proposées ne convient a mon cas.
Impossible de travailler avec un visa touristique
impossible d'obtenir un visa business sans contrat de travail et lettre de mission d'une société en France (je n'ai qu'une convention de stage)
enfin impossible d'avoir un visa étudiant sans université partenaire indienne.
On m'a ausi parlé d'un visa X ou E pour ce genre de cas, mais je ne comprends pas bien de quoi il s'agit ni si c'est vraiment une solution a mon problème.
Je ne pense pas etre la premiere etudiante francaise a partir en stage en Inde de cette manière (avec une convention signée uniquement par une école ou université en europe et une entreprise en inde), et je suis donc persuadée qu'il existe une solution... J'espere que vous pourrez m'eclairer sur le sujet... annuler mon voyage pour quelque chose d'aussi bete serait vraiment dommage !

J'ai fait un stage de FLE en Inde pendant 6 mois l'an dernier. En ce qui me concerne, j'étais sous couvert du CNOUS qui m'a conseillé de demander un visa touristique, ce que j'ai fait. je n'ai eu aucun problème pendant ce séjour, si ce n'est à la fin, lorsque g voulu prolonger mon visa...ça a posé problème : on me disait de rentrer en France et que cette opération de prolongation n'était pas possible de là-bas. Heureusement g bénéficié de l'appui de l'école militaire où je bossais et tout s'est arrangé.
Tu peux sans doute faire la même chose et si on te demande quelque chose, tu dis que ce n'est pas un boulot mais seulement un stage (même si tu es rémunérée). ca devrait passer. Vois ça avec l'entreprise qui va te prendre en stage, ils peuvent aussi te conseiller puisqu'ils sont en Inde : ils sont censés connaître un minimum la législation du travail là-bas et tout ce qui y est lié...
J ai exactement le meme probleme que toi, je pars en Juillet pour 6 mois a Chennai et il y a l eternel probleme du visa...
Il y a toujours la possibilite de demander un visa touristique mais certaines entreprises (les grosses) me refuseront le stage dans ces conditions... Que faire ?
Décidément il y a de plus en plus de gens qui rencontrent de problème de visa pour leur stage en Inde !
Pour moi tout s'est finalement bien arrangé, mais ca a pris beaucoup de temps car l'ambassade n'est pas du tout coopérative sur ce problème ! Comme ils n'ont pas de visa spécifique à ce cas, ils ne pourront meme pas vous fournir une liste des documents nécessaires, et n'essayez pas de les joindre par téléphone, personne ne répond jamais !
J'ai obtenu finalement (après un mois de discussions) un visa X, qui correspond a toutes les situations qui ne "rentrent pas dans une de leurs petites cases".
Ce visa est valable 6 mois et renouvelable sur place dans les Immigration Offices des grandes villes.
Pour l'obtenir, il faut fournir un maximum de papiers, avec un maximum de tampons et de signatures (ca parait bete mais ils aiment ca!) :
tout d'abord la convention de stage signée ET tamponnée par l'entreprise et l'école une lettre de votre entreprise qui précise votre salaire, les coordonnées de votre responsable de stage, et le fait que vous prenez vous meme en charge tous vos frais sur place une lettre de votre école qui explique que ce stage est obligatoire et/ou fait partie de votre scolarité un document (de vous, de vos parents ou de votre entreprise selon les cas) qui certifie que vous avez les ressources financières nécessaires à votre voyage et tous vos frais sur place (par exemple une déclaration de prise en charge de vos parents)
Voila ca parait un peu compliqué mais avec tout ca vous devriez obtenir un visa pour votre stage !
Ne vous découragez pas s'ils vous le refusent au départ et insistez pour savoir quels documents supplémentaires ils veulent !
Et surtout prenez y vous bien à l'avance, car la procédure peut etre longue !

J’ai également lu : « Attention, ne pas déposer votre dossier plus de 6 mois avant votre date de retour de l'Inde... Votre visa ne sera pas valable et ce, sous votre entière responsabilité ».
Comment faire alors que je vais avoir besoin de passer quasiment 6 mois sur place et qu en meme temps il faut s y prendre a l avance pour effectuer toutes les demarches de demande de visa ??? Je risque de me retrouver un peu bloque...!!!

j'ai aussi un pb de visa et ça urge, je pars le 25 juin. 🙁Je pars en tant qu'étudiante mais je n'arrive à avoir aucun renseignement sur les visas étudiants en Inde ( même pas pris en compte par l'ambassade ni action visa) j'ai déjà un problème pour avoir un papier de la fac indienne comme quoi je vais suivre les cours, et ensuite je ne sais pas combien coûte ce visa et combien de tps il est valable (je dois rester 9 mois, ms je compte bien prolonger un ou deux mois)
alors si vous avez des infos... j'espère que les visas ne prennent pas trop longtemps...🙁

Je dois partir début juin en Inde pour un stage à Chennai. Le problème est que j'ai envoyé la convention de stage....mais point de retour pour le moment. Je suis pourtant bien pris par mail, et ce depuis le premier Mai. Or, sans cette convention, pas de visa, qui lui même semble atrocement compliqué à obtenir. Je les relance depuis le 8 Mai, en vain.
Parmi ceux d'entre vous qui sont sur place, auriez-vous quelques trucs et astuces pour m'expliquer comment se passent les formalités administratives (être patient, relancer souvent, sauter par la fenêtre...) ?
