Il exsite aussi des agences privées.
Tout dépend ou tu vas habiter, mamoudzou, petite terre, sud de l'île...Sur petite terre la vie est tranquille, mais il y a peu de logements, sur grande terre plus d'activités, plus de bouchons, plus de locations... (tarifs pour une maison 3 chambres : 600 euros voire 700)
Attention au quartier, beaucoup de vol malgré les chiens...

Vos projets sont interressants...mais il faudrait, pour les réaliser, bcp de courage et de ténacité. Le théatre à mayotte est à l'âge de la petite enfance; y a-t-il une demande suffisante ? je ne saurai le dire; c'est à voir. Le projet de monter des gites et autres maisons d'hôtes, ça marche très bien ici, d'autant plus que le parc hôtelier est très insuffisant, de même que le parc locatif. La crise du logement à Mayotte demeure persistante, d'où la loi Girardin sur la défiscalisation, très avantageuse et encore en vigueur à Mayotte.
Pour se renseigner sur les activités culturelles (théâtre, animations scolaires...) s'adresser au Conseil Général et au Sous-Rectorat de Mayotte.
Pour les modalités et les conditions cocernant la défiscalisation, je pense que les ministères des Finances et de l'Outre-mer pourraient vous renseigner efficacement.
Mais il serait plus judicieux de visiter d'abord l'Île et de tater le terrain, avant de se lancer.

On connait de longue date l'"amour incommensurable" de pas mal de réunionnais pour Mayotte et les Mahorais, amour teinté de mépris, sinon d'indifférence douteuse. En matière de tourisme, vous avez raison en disant qu'il n 'y a rien sur l'Île aux parfums ( pas les parfums d'un parc automobile saturé, ou celui du souffre de toutes sortes...sur d'autres îles de l'Océan Indien ), surtout que le lagon mahorais ressemble à un marigot en comparaison à celui de la Réunion, que la culture mahoraise, pluriforme mais homogène, n'a rien à" envier" à la réunionnaise, communautaire et malheureusement traversée de frictions très regrettables...

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
The hectares have remained unused for years due to a lack of financial means, since the project requires what I’d call a considerable investment. As the main stakeholder, I have a minimal contribution to offer.

The project is simple:
1) Grow maize + build a processing plant to produce flour
