Il n'y a que des T.O. qui se disent spécialistes de l'Egypte mais ne le sont pas plus que d'autres. Tu peux avoir un bon guide égyptien qui a son boulot à coeur ou un autre qui fait cela presque comme une corvée. De toutes façons, l'encadrement est toujours égyptien et tous les guides sont obligatoirement diplomés de l'université du Caire. Et là, j'en ai vu de très chouettes qui accompagnaient des croisières "low cost" et d'autres qui semblaient vraiment détester ce qu'ils faisaient et qui accompagnaient un groupe genre "VIP Travel".
Et encore, j'ai déjà vu au Caire une guide française, accompagnée d'un guide égyptien, qui préférait des énormités, se mélant les pinceaux dans les dynasties et disant une chose et son contraire en 10 minutes !
Tous les voyages au Caire te mèneront à Guiezh, parfois à Saqqarah, au Musée et à la Citadelle.
Toutes les croisières te mèneront aux mêmes endroits. Que ce soit la croisière "Osiris" d'Escape ou une autre.
A tout prendre, je préfèrerais le circuit "Merveilles de l'Egypte" de Neckermann, qui t'offre en plus Alexandrie et un séjour à Louxor. Ou alors un voyage à la carte comme en fait STI, en France, où tu payes toi-même tes visites à un prix normal et pas 5 à 10 fois leur valeur réelle.
Si c'est le bateau "African Queen", il est pas mal du tout. Mais il est très rare qu'un bateau soit réservé à un seul TO. En général, il y a plusieurs TO qui se partagent le bateau, souvent même de nationalités différentes.
Best Tours, je crois, est encore dans le cas. J'ai fait une de mes croisières avec eux, c'était très bon, mais guide égyptien peu sympa.
Finalement, ce genre de circuit, c'est un peu une loterie, tu peux avoir un bon groupe et un bon guide ou alors, tomber sur une mauvaise ambiance, un guide barbant pour ne pas dire plus et revenir déçue...
Tout cela pour te dire finalement qu'Escape nest certainement pas le maître choix.
J'étais en train de surfer sur le net quand j'ai vu ton annonce! Environ un mois passé, je suis allée en vacances avec Escape sur le bateau M/S Queen of Escape. J'ai pris une semaine de croisière le Ramses Prestige et je dois dire que c'était super. Non seulement les guides qui parlait très bien le néerlandais et le français mais aussi le bateau était très bien. Les cabines sont spacieuses pour un bateau sur le Nil mais ont pas de balcon. Apparament j'ai apris du guide qui si les cabines ont un balcon, les chambres sont plus petites parce que le bateau peut être que d'une certaine largeur pour passer les écluses. Ca ne m'a vraiement pas manqué parce que en haut il y avait un sundeck avec bar et piscine ou on pouvait tranquilement se reposer. Très agréable!
En plus on a vu que Escape est très attentioné sur la nourriture! Cette semaine il y avait un chef cuisinier belge d'un restaurant rénommé sur le bateau qui devait un petit peu contrôlé la préparation de la nourriture. Apparament de temps en temps Escape envoie des chef cuisinier sur le bateau pour contrôler la qualité de la nourriture!
En tout cas j'ai passé un moment fantastigue sur le bateau! C'était un des mes meilleures vacances! J'ai recommandé cette agence à ma famille et apparament il y a une promotion sur le programme Isis Prestige (le Caire+8 jour de croisière) et ils ont fait la résa et ils partent en juillet!

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)

2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
