Je m'apprête à signer une mutation pour Hunningue ces prochaines semaines. J'habite en France et pour raisons personnelles (mon ami français, résidant et travaillant à Schaffhouse depuis quelques temps), nous souhaitons habiter la ville de Bâle.
Nous recherchons un appartement facile d'accès à la gare (lui prendra le train pour Schaffhouse et moi voiture), plutôt récent, quartier calme convivial, env 100 m².
A noter que je ne parle que Français.
Que me conseillez vous comme secteur ? (et surtout ceux à éviter)
Ext ce facile de se débrouiller qu'avec le Français ?
Que doit on prévoir comme moyen des logements ?
Connaissez vous des sites qui pourrait nous aider dans notre projet ?

Non je ne suis pas pessimiste mais réaliste. De plus ne compare pas l'incomparable. Schaffouse n'est pas Bâle ou vice versa.... La crise immobilière touche de plein fouet la Suisse. Rien ne se construit et il n'est pas rare de trouver des villes avec moins de 0, 2% d'appartements disponibles. Toutes les grandes villes sont touchées. Maintenant le mieux est éventuellement d'élargir tes recherches à Bâle-Campagne ou en France toute proche.
Il y a aussi www.homegate.ch, mais souvent se sont les mêmes objets à louer que sur Immostreet.
Pas de gros soucis avec le français à Bâle.
Beaucoup de vendeuses ou d'employé(e)s parlent français, frontalier oblige.
Idem pour beaucoup de suisses en region frontaliere.
Sinon, pas de quartier particulier, B'ale est calme.
Peut être pas à Kleinhüningen, où il y a plus d'etrangers. Encore que.
A eviter peut être les zones survolées par les decollages de l'euroairport.
Comme je l'ai deja dit, il n'y a pas à ma connaissance de gros probleme à Bâle. Kleinhüningen est plus populaire, mais cela a aussi des avantages . c'est le quartier entre Saint louis/ Huningue et la gare Allemande justement.
La gare que tu cites est relié à plusieurs tram.
La premiere chose à faire est de voir quelle sont ces lignes de tram. Il faut en gros 1/2h pour traverser Bâle en tram si pas de changement.
Il faut regarder sur ce site pour les temps de station à station.

Pour exemple, tram 11 entre saint louis et Reinach, 35 minutes, un tram toutes les 10 minutes environ.
sinon les quartier entre la ville de Riehen / Lörrach (allemagne) et la gare de Bâle sont aussi pas mal, mais assez loin du centre ville.
Riehen est chouette,
Au bord du rhin c'est chouette, mais assez huppé.
Vers le zoo c'est chouette, ainsi que vers la gare SBB
D'une façon globale, au nord de Bâle il y a les avions de l'euroairport (Allschwill).
A vue d'oeil, pour moins de 10 minutes en tram de la gare, je dirai vers riehen ou birsfelden. Un peu loin du centre ville de Bâle, mais tranquille.
Disons à l'est de la gare.
Je n'habite pas à Bâle moi-même (Huningue), donc je ne peux pas non plus decrire en detail quartier par quartier.
Cela depend aussi si on a une voiture, et quelles sont les priorités. (calme, acces, commerces, ...)
sinon de huningue il faut 10 minutes en voiture jusqu'à cette gare, mais il faut louer une place de parking au parking de la gare.
Par contre l'immobilier est bien moins cher en france. A voir
Sinon en suisse, l'immobilier ne repond pas aux même criteres que chez nous.
Tout le monde ou presque loue son appartement, donc il y a des regles un peu plus strictes pour les loueurs.
Voir avec une agence immobiliere à mon avis.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
