des bras???? je pense que ces associations recherchent des competences
(medicales, enseignement, veterinaire, agricole, etc...) plein d'ONG sur place, mais l'efficacité de toutes n'est pas prouvée!

J' en revient ; je suis allée au fin fond de la brousse ou la population est dans des besoins les plus extremes ; mada étant un des pays le plus aidé tant par l' aide internationale qu' associatif, je me suis souvent demandé ou va l' argent ? ;;;; A mon sens les associations ne vont pas au bout de leur travail associatif et sur le terrainr; il faut aller au fin fond de la brousse ms celà comporte bien sur de savoir se priver de certain confort occidantal... ds la brousse, pas d' eau presque rien à manger, rien pour se vetir, les gens travaillent pied nus .....conditions d' acces difficile ss la chaleur et la poussieré
par contre mes marches urbains regorgent de fripes occidentales ....; j' ai entendu de ton association... ms j' aimais des r;éserves par rapport à mon séjour

je suis partie seule sur la piste du sud hors des sentiers battus par les vazas; morondave fort dauphain en passant par la cote et en remontant par la route centrale
il faudrait faire son dévolu sur un village et ensuite partir avec un 4x4 cgarge de vetements par exemple a moins d' avoir d' autres compétances ds la constructions d' écoles ou centres de santé; ms ensuite il faut trouver l' instit ou l' aide soignant.;;; et même parmi les locaux tous n' aiment pas la brousse
🙂bonsoir janine tu est partie combien de temps pour ton periple et combien au niveau argent, as tu vue eventuellement un village qui ta marquee ou alors faut-il rechercher un village du cote de tulear qui je pense devrais etre interressant et peut etre interesser par d eventielle proget de constrction (ecole ou autre maison pour famille )pour ce soir a bientot regis😉

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
