Je recherche dans la restauration, j'ai déjà une bonne expérience et je parle très bien anglais et un peu espagnol, ou dans la vente.

Idée reçue... qui est fausse.
Tout dépend pour combien de temps tu comptes venir t'installer au Canada.
Si c'est pour longtemps, il vaut mieux suivre la procédure concernant le visa de résident permanent.
C'est long, plus ou moins un an, coûteux (environ 1000€/personne) mais après tu as les mêmes droits que les Canadiens, sauf le droit de vote.
Pas besoin d'avoir un travail avant de partir donc.
Il te faudra justifier d'environ 1500/2000€ en arrivant au Canada, je ne me rappelle plus le barème (nous c'était 2600€ pour un couple).
Tu peux aussi demander un visa de travail et c'est là qu'un employeur canadien doit te recruter... ce qui est difficile car il doit prouver qu'il ne dispose pas d'un profil comme le tien au Canada.
Il y aussi le PVT qui se dépose en ce moment, je crois que c'est un peu tard cette année (?).
Ça permet d"étudier et/ou travailler pendant 6 à 12 mois.
Je te suggère le PVT et tu serais serveuse n'importe ou sans souci c'est garanti!!!

Si je comprends bien tu parles d'expatriation, je pense donc que tu souhaites tenter l'aventure pour un certains temps, donc le PVT c'est bien mais ce n'est pas ce qu'il te faut.
Engager une demande de Residence Permanente c'est vrai comme dit plus haut c'est couteux et demande un certains delais, mais c'est l'ideal et la seule solution quasiment si tu t'y vois habiter et travailler 1 an ou plus.
Pvt c'est que 6 mois c'est vite passe et c'est vraiment de la petite expat lol.
Et en plus ta Residence est valable 5 ans (de memoire) c'est ce que j'ai moi 🙂 donc tu peux y retourner quand tu veux pour travailler durant toute cette periode.

Tout a fait c'est un long processus ou il n'y a pas 100% de reussite c'est vrai.
Sur le site de immigration Canada, on peut voir les criteres, s'auto-evalue pour voir les chances d'etre accepte ou pas, ceci est bien pratique, cela peut conforter le candidat a l'immigration pour savoir si il a des chances ou non au vu de son statut, de ces etudes, de son travail, age etc..
En tt cas perso je trouve ce procede d'immigration bcp mieux que la Green $##^&* du voisin du sud 😛 lol.
Ps : faire un petit saut la bas pour voir est une tres bonne idee, etape obligatoire selon moi.

After living for many years in the West (Belgium, Italy, Switzerland),
I’ve decided to return and settle in Cameroon, my home country.
Currently an entrepreneur in real estate and transport, I’m looking for a partner / partners / foundation to collaborate on an agriculture project, as I own 10 hectares of land.
