la première question viendra en ce qui concerne les visas...
pour ton cas, cela sera une demande de visa d'investisseur pour toi et une demande de visa pour rapprochement familial pour le conjoint et les enfants, avec la mise en dépôt à la Banque central du Brasil de l'équivalent de 50 000 usd, le dossier concernant les demandes de visa devra être constitué par un avocat, prévoir 5000 euros de frais + billets d' avion A/R pour rencontrer l'avocat et lui remettre les données de ton projet ( bilan, objet du projet etc....)
Prévoir 6 mois de traitement de dossier, ensuite une fois les visas obtenus, il faudra aller les récupérer dans l'ambassade du Brésil de votre pays de résidence et ensuite vous pourrez venir vous installer.
Ensuite au Brésil, les sociétés sont sous la même formule que ce qui existe en France, Eurl, Sarl, SA....c'est votre avocat ou le cabinet comptable qui se chargera de mettre en place la documentation nécessaire pour exploiter votre affaire et son statut dépendra fortement du CA réalisée...Au Bresil les cabinets comptables s'occupent de tout de A à Z, pas les les avocats....

si tu te marie au Brésil, dans la foulée tu pourra demander un visa pour rapprochement familial, prévoit environ 6 mois entre la publication des bans auprès de l'ambassade de France proche de ton lieu de résidence au Brésil (formalité obligatoire si par la suite tu souhaite que ta femme ai une carte de séjour en France en cas de résidence), le mariage, le dépôt de demande de visa et l'obtention de ton protocole de visa permanent...
Ensuite avec ton visa tu n'a pas besoin de faire une demande de visa pour investisseur et tu economisera de l'argent et du temps, tu pourra démarrer ton activité à ton nom et sans soucis...
Je te confirme que les cabinets comptables te feront ton inscription au registre du commerce local (CNPJ) et s'occuperont de tout les formalités, à toi de leur transmettre les documents nécessaires qu'ils te demanderont.
pour l'ouverture d'une entreprise "simple", cela te coutera en moyenne 500 R$....
