je suis dans l'attente de mon visa étudiant pour le Brésil, ce visa expirera certainement en Juillet.
Je pars le 3 mars, et ai pris mon billet de retour le 24 août (après expiration de mon visa donc).
Pourquoi si tard le retour? j'envisage de visiter les pays alentours en juillet-aout, donc de quitter le Brésil avant expiration du visa étudiant et de n'y revenir que quelques jours, histoire de récupérer des affaires, dire au revoir aux coloc et amis et de reprendre mon avion Sao Paulo-Paris le 24 août. Pour ces quelques jours, j'envisage de prendre un visa tourisme.Déjà, est-ce possible de demander un visa touriste un ou deux mois après expiration d'un visa étudiant? (la durée cumulée sur le territoire brésilien n'excédera pas 180 jours, deux visas confondus) Vais-je être ennuyé par quiconque?Est-ce que je risque d'avoir des problèmes à l'aéroport au départ, vu que mon billet de retour est prévu plus tard que l'expiration de visa? Genre, être obligé de modifier la date ou voire même d'être refoulé?Si vous aviez des infos pour m'éclairer. j'ai déjà lu pas mal d'infos sur ce site, mais les avis divergent. Les infos du consulat ne sont pas très claires à ce sujet. Et apparemment, beaucoup de choses ont changé, je suis déjà victime du passage du délai d'obtention du visa étudiant de 4 à 30 jours.

à la date d'expiration de ton visa d'étudiant tu devra quitter le Brésil pour 180 jours minimum, pas de possibilité pour toi de demander une extension, ton visa va de date à date....
bien entendu tu peux prendre l'initiative de rester sur sol Brésilien au dela de la date final de ton visa, tu devra payer lors de ton embarquement à SP, une amende d'environ 130 euros sir le dépassement et moins de 30 jours au dela il faudra rajouter 3 euros par jours supplémentaire.....tu ne pourra pas échapper à cette amende donc prévoit des R$ en conséquence...
Un conseil ne sort pas du Brésil, si ton visa est échu car tu ne pourra pas revenir !!!!!
Pour un sejour de moins de 5 mois et demi, je n'aurai pas demandé de visa....car tu peux venir au Brésil sans visa pour une période de 3 mois en tant que touriste, et à l'écheance de cette période demander un renouvellement pour 90 jours de mieux contre un paiement de 30 euros à la PF ce qui t'aurai fait un séjour de 5 mois et 28 jours environ....
le fait d'avoir demandé un visa d'étudiant, sur ton passeport il sera tamponné ou collé, donc impossible pour toi de faire autrement .....sauf de changer de passeport 🤪
Es-tu sûr qu'il faut absolument respecter 180 jours entre la fin du visa étudiant et le début d'un visa tourisme? D'où tiens-tu cette information? J'ai demandé un visa étudiant car l'université brésilienne me le demandait. Je regrette peut-être un peu, c'est vrai que ça a l'air tellement plus facile avec un visa tourisme. Mais sur le site du consulat, il est dit que la période peut être prolongée de 90 jours, à l'exception des français. Ca a peut-être changé depuis peu, comme le délai d'obtention des vitemIV (décembre 09) et des formulaires de demandes (8 février 10). Donc ça m'aurait plus ennuyé de faire trois mois de cours et byebye.

oui.....tu viens de 1er janvier au 30 Avril (4 mois) avec un visa d'étudiant, tu peux revenir au Brésil qu'à partir du 30 novembre (6 mois plus tard) sans visa pour 3 mois et plus... donc dans la même année tu as cumulé visa d'étudiant et séjour sans visa !!!!
Voici ce que l'ambassade du Brésil m' a confirmé ce matin :
un étudiant peut demander une prolongation de son visa qu' à l'unique condition:
- qu'il ait un stage en entreprise obligatoire à effectuer à la fin de ses cours et dont la durée est au delà de la date finale de son visa, à ce moment il devra se rendre aux services des étrangers à SP (Police féderale) afin d'obtenir une prolongation de visa pour la durée de son stage.
- ou que ces cours ont été reprolongés par l'université l'accueillant.
Merci pour ces infos, ce sera peut-être mon cas pour mon stage de fin d'études.
Au fait, quelle est la date déterminée par le consulat pour l'expiration du visa étudiant? la date de fin des cours, la date de fin de voyage, six mois après l'entrée dans le pays? ou autre? (encore des questions héhé)
J´ai plus ou moins le même problème, je sors d´un an d´échange universitaire à Sao Paulo et mon visa expire le 28 juillet 2010. Je compte rester au Brésil jusqu´au 1er septembre afin de voyager.
Je compte payer l´amende avant mon retour en France. Seulement, j´ai peur d´être fiché par la Police féderal et de plus pouvoir obtenir de visa (étudiant-stagiaire-touristique-permanent) dans l´avenir á cause de ce dépassement. Je fais des études entre les deux pays donc il serait catastrophique pour moi de ne plus pouvoir y revenir !
Avez-vous des infos sur le fichage?
On m´a dit que si l´on payait l´amende directement à l´aéroport avant de partir, on n´ètait pas fiché....
Finalement je suis sorti du Brésil le jour de péremption de mon Visa étudiant, je viens d´y revenir deux jours après en tant que touriste, je n´a eu aucun problème et je peux donc rester encore 90 jours
C'est possible d’enchaîner les deux, je suis allé au Paraguay début Aout le jour de l'expiration de mon visa étudiant et je suis rentré avec un visa touristique 5 minutes plus tard sans même avoir à franchir le pont d'Iguaçu.
