Bon je suis très ennuyé car je souhaitais avoir des infos concernant l'agence d'excursions Captain Pat, mais il semblerais qu'il n'y ai plus de nouvelles de cette agence puisque personne n'en parle plus sur le forum et que le site internet de cette agence n'existe plus.
Est-ce que quelqu'un pourrais me donner des infos sur une agence d'excursions que nous pourrions aller voir depuis l'hotel où nous allons séjourner, à savoir l'Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus ?
Patricia ne travaille plus pour Captain Pat. Mais elle a formé sa propre société avec 2 autre dames (Mimi et Lyndsay) et elle continue à faire des excursions selon la même formule, c'est-à-dire en petits comités pour des francophones. Sa société est en opération depuis le début juillet et porte le nom de Ryanna Sun. En tapant ce nom sur Google vous trouverez son nouveau site facilement, c'est le 1er en haut de la page. Tout y est: la description et les tarifs des excursions, ses coordonnées et comment la trouver, le formulaire de pré-réservation et il y a aussi un forum.
Elle offres des excursions qui ont fait son succès mais aussi des nouveautés. Les commentaires lus sur un autre forum sur cette nouvelle société sont encore très élogieux à l'endroit de Patricia.
Bon séjour au Iberostar, l'hôtel que je préfère à Bayahibe.

Par contre je suis un peu déçu car je ne vois pas sur leur site d'excursion vers la capitale Saint Domingue. 😕 Et en regardant leurs excursions et leurs tarifs ils me paraissent moins variés et plus plus élevés que ceux vus sur le site d'une autre agence d'excursions qu'on m'a indiqué :
Vous faites comme vous voulez. Vous pouvez choisir qui vous voulez pour vos excursions en fonction de ce que vous voulez et du prix que vous êtes prêt à payer. Je ne voulais que préciser que Patricia fait toujours des excursions. Personnellement je continuerai d'utiliser ses services car c'est du bonheur garanti.
Loinde moi l'idée de vouloir dénigrer le travail fais par la nouvelle agence de patricia, mais j'avoue que pour le moment nous n'en sommes qu'au stade des recherches d'infos donc impossible de savoir par qui nous allons passer.
J'attendrai d'avoir plus d'infos sur les différentes agences avant de décider par laquelle nous allons passer. 😉

Je n'ai jamais pensé une seconde que vous dénigriez l'agence de Patricia. Désolée si mes propos ont pu le laisser croire. Vous faites bien de vous renseigner sur plusieurs et de cette façon vous ferez un choix éclairé.
N'hésitez pas à partir en excursion avec Patricia, elle est tellement sympa et vous degotte les petits plus qui font qu'une excursion devient inoubliable.
Pour St Domingue nous l'avons fait tous seuls en guagua jusqu'à la Romana, puis en bus (espresso) jusqu'à la capitale (en gros on a dû s'en sortir pour 500-600 pesos/personne). Si vous voulez plus d'infos contactez moi par MP
Pour le moment je ne fais que récolter les infos nécessaires pour notre séjour, mais je ne dis pas que nous ne passerons pas par Patricia. Seulement comme je sais maintenant qu'elle n'est pas la seule à proposer des excursions, je me renseigne un peu par curiosité ! Mais c'est vrai que le fait qu'elle n'organise pas d'excursion vers Saint Domingue, çà je dois bien dire que çà m'ennuie parce que nous ne sommes pas du genre à trop nous aventurer par nous mêmes en gua gua sur une longue distance comme çà ! 😛

I found a hotel, the Kappa Club Crystal Bay Resort, and online reviews for this hotel recommend a guide named Omar. I contacted him via WhatsApp, and he's offering a 2-day, 1-night safari in Tsavo East, a "blue safari," and a Marafa Canyon day trip for 400 € per person.
I’m asking for help from people who’ve already done these excursions because I have no idea what these offers entail.

Hi everyone, I’m writing here because I’m really torn—I want to go on a trip. A vacation? 10 to 12 days, maybe 14 days. Starting March 14th. I’m in a wheelchair but completely independent. I was thinking of going to Martinique, but apparently, the hotels aren’t all-inclusive, which might be a hassle. If you have any advice, that’d be great. Otherwise, I was considering Mexico—a long-time dream. At an all-inclusive hotel with accessibility on one level (since I’m independent but in a wheelchair). Do you know of any nice, budget-friendly hotels with activities in Mexico? Or Zanzibar is also an option for me, same idea.

I’m tired of spending hours and hours searching for all-inclusive hotels for my first trip to Mexico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary.
Can anyone recommend 5 or 6 hotel names that meet the following criteria? (I’m not too picky, lol)
1. All-inclusive
2. Adults-only
3. Beautiful beach and pool
4. Hotel for relaxing (no "factory hotels")
5. One-week stay in February 2026
6. A nice hotel (3 or 4 stars) but no need for an ultra-palace
Oh, and I almost forgot the main thing 😉: budget between 3500 € and 4000 € for two, including flights from Montreal-Mexico-Montreal.

Hi there, I’m a 43-year-old woman planning to travel solo in early March. I’m not really into "commercial resorts," but if I find a place that fits my criteria, I might be interested. To add to the info in the title, I’m open to various activities, but ideally, it’d include snorkeling, hiking, dance (every evening if possible!), group tours, etc. I’d love to meet people (not necessarily a man—just people in general!). I’m not necessarily aiming for the cheapest resort, but since it’s spring break week and everything’s already pricier, 5-star options are probably out of the question. Thanks!

We’ll be in Venice from March 20th to 24th, and I’m looking (for two couples) for a hotel close to St. Mark’s Square—my husband can’t walk long distances. For four nights with breakfast, our budget is around 1,400 € per couple. To avoid too much walking for him, I’d also prefer a hotel where we could potentially eat dinner in the evenings.

However, online, I’ve found two sites for making this reservation:
The first is the Etosha National Park site: https://etoshanationalpark.co.za
You can’t pay online there—you just submit a reservation request (enquiry).
The second is the NWR (Namibia Wildlife Resorts) site: https://www.nwr.com.na, where you *can* pay online.
Is the latter one reliable?
