Je suis canadien et je penses fortement au mariage avec ma copine, française et résidente permanente au Canada. Nous avons aborder le sujet de retourner en France à court/moyen terme. En m'informant sur le forum, je comprends que peu d'option s'offre à moi pour suivre ma copine et futur femme en France pour plus d'un an. Plusieurs ententes existent entre le Québec/Canada et la France pour demeurer en France temporairement (p.e. en permanence). L'idée pour moi est dit resté plus d'un an et même plus d'un an et demi. Donc, le visa vacance travail et de perfectionnement des jeunes professionnels ne sont donc pas suffisant. Comme mon emploi me permet de quitter pour 5 ans lorsque ma conjointe déménage, je recherche donc une solution pour cette période. Puisqu'aucun ministère de l'immigration existe en France comme au Canada, j'ai l'impression que la seule option qui s'offre à moi est le mariage, et cela ne me pose aucun problème, puisqu'après plus de 3 ans de vie avec ma conjointe, l'idée de mariage nous plaît.
À travers mes recherches, il semble que d'obtenir le visa conjoint de Français (moins de 90 jours ou en vue de s’établir) est très difficile à obtenir. J'aimerais donc savoir si le fait de se marier en France ou au Canada peut faire une différence lors de ma demande de visa conjoint français? Combien de temps faut-il compter pour un québécois demandant ce visa?
Concernant le travail, j'ai entendu beaucoup de contre pour moi, un québécois, de m'établir en France (court ou longue durée) en ce qui attrait à l'emploi. On me dit qu'il est très difficile de trouver un emploi comme jeune français, alors comme immigrant, ce sera pire! C'est d'ailleurs l'une des raisons pour laquelle les français immigrent au Canada, pour le travail, puisqu'ici tout semble plus simple qu'en France. J'aimerais savoir, si vous êtes immigrant (de préférence québécois, canadien) comment avez-vous vécu l'expérience à votre arrivée? lors de la recherche d'emploi? pendant votre emploi?
Dernière question, au Canada, avant d'épouser la femme, nous avons les fiançailles (sans la permission du père de la fille). J'aimerais savoir, comment la demande de mariage dans la culture française se passe? Dois-je demander la permission au beau-père en premier lieu? Est-ce que les fiançailles sont choses courante de nos jours?
Oui tu peux fêter des fiançailles ici aussi, acheter une belle bague etc... quant à ta demande faite à son père disons que c'est plus anecdotique qu'autre chose... mais c'est tjrs bien de le faire... question d'amusement et de protocole😉
Concernant le travail... tout depends surtout de tes aptitudes dans ta branche... si elles sont recherchées tu trouveras du travail... sinon que tu sois Français ou Quebecois n'a pas beaucoup d'importance, car les "valeurs" sont surtout opportunistes en matière de travail, plutôt que protectionnistes ici...
Donc si tes compétences ne sont pas au top, te restera plus qu'à "inventer" toi même ta propre activité.
Je dirais que le vrai choc pour toi, ne se situera d'avantage sur des histoires de culture et mentalité...
les rapports étant bien plus directs qu'au Québec.
Concernant le mariage, je pense qu'en France c'est la même chose qu'au Quebec il doit y avoir un truc comme 3 années de mise à l'epreuve pour obtenir une carte de résident définitif... mais pour tout ceci il est bien mieux de te renseigner auprès de l'ambassade ou de poser tes questions directement sur un site juridique comme www.net-iris.com

Sans faire jouer de relations ou de réseaux, c'est même un peu mission impossible. Beaucoup d'entreprises n'embauchent que pour avoir des avantages et des subventions, donc ils ont tendance à "utiliser" des demandeurs d'emplois, qui leur coûteront moins cher que vous. 😕
Mais vous ne dites rien de vos compétences, alors le conseil tourne un peu à vide.

Bah... Je crois qu'il y a de tout ; j'étais persuadé que les fiançailles étaient une chose qui ne se faisait plus, mais je suppose que c'est de mise dans certains milieux.
Bonjour, la bonne solution c'est le mariage. Pour les fiancailles cela se perd en France, on se marie directement, avec ou sans le consentement des parents.
Coté paperasse , c'est la meme chose pour un mariage au Canada ou en France, mais en tant que citoyen Canadien cela ne devrait poser aucun problème.
En ce qui concerne le travail en France, tout dépend de tes qualifications, mais il faut plutot une formation technique, si c'est pour envisager un boulot sans qualification cela va etre très difficile, le taux de chomage est très élevé ici, aucune comparaison avec le Canada.
la meilleur solution est le mariage et obtenir un visa pour vivre en france est assez simple puisque tu parles francais. Pour cela on demande un visa long sejour.

pas besoin d'obtenir la permission du pere. Il y a des familles ou on demande la main de la fille et d'autres pas. Donc il te suffit d'en parler a ta copine.

Pour mon travail et mes études, je possède un diplôme d'étude universitaire du 1er cycle en administration des affaires (l'équivalent en France serait un BAC +3) et un diplôme collégiale en marketing (le BTS en Fance). Mon expérience de travail est dans le domaine de la Finance, la gestion de projet et l'administration, au sein du gouvernement du Canada. J'ai travaillé avec différentes lois fédérale, qui selon moi, ne me sera pas trop utile en France, à l'exception qu'une compagnie voudrait importer en France. Quels sont les perspective dans cette branche?
Pour les rapports plus direct au Québec, c'est vrai. Cependant, je crois que je me suis bien fait avec les rapports français au cours de mes dernières visites en France.

Bonjour, il est certain que le mariage civil avec un francais, te permettra d'avoir un droit de séjour et de pouvoir travailler. Faites les démarches auprès du consulat de France pour enregistrer ce mariage coté francais.
un PVT te permettra de rester 1an en france et apres il faudra te marier avec une personne residente en france (francais ou non) ou tu te maries des maintenant au canada et apres il faudra faire enregitrer votre mariage aupres du consulat francais
