Avec un projet il est possible d'obtenir un visa, il n'y a pas besoin d'être salarié, moi je l'avais fait mais avant de partir.
Maintenant pour le projet la clé va être l'argent, de combien vous disposez pour l'investissement initial. Je connais des projets qui se sont implantés dans la région du style lodge et les montants peuvent être élevé, enfin de mon point de vue, un des projets l'investissement était de US$ 1M pour l'installation de 4 "cabañas" avec piscine, jacuzzi et sauna commun.

Depuis lors j'ai du en voir deux ou trois apparaitrent puis disparaitrent. Je ne veux pas vous décourager mais j'en ai tellement vu des personnes dans ce secteur d'activité qui se sont cassés le nez que je préfère vous prévenir: ce ne sera pas facile. Entre les problèmes de patente d'alcool (il ne faut par exemple ne pas être à moins d'un bloc d'une école) et les obligations du contrôle sanitaire il faut avoir des nerfs solides pour faire toutes les démarches administratives.
Si vous comptez ouvrir quelque chose dans le domaine de la restauration a Concepcion il faut que ce soit abondant et pas cher; équation pas facile à résoudre, j'ai dans la tête un nom d'une personne qui ne l'a pas compris et ses plats, européens étaient excellent et sa situation bonne (Pedro de Valdivia) et il a fermé après moins d'une année. Il faut vendre pour payer des loyers au bas-mot de CLP$500.000, et ceci est un prix antérieur au 27/2.

1) Pour les textes officiels je ne crois pas qu'il existe quelque chose comme un guide précis. C'est le genre de truc qui s'apprend "sur le tas", les fonctionnaires vous indiquent les formulaires dont vous avez besoin. Cela peut être extremement frustrant.
2) Nous avions des employés sans eux c'est impossible, personnellement je ne travaillais pas directement dans le resto, rien au noir; au début les restos ont régulièrement la visite des inspecteurs des impots pour s'assurer que vous faites "la boleta" et des carabineros qui s'assurent que vous faites remplir "el libro de asistencia"
3) Je dois avoir encore la carte quelque part mais a vue de nez c'était dans les $3000
4) Stock on a fait de tout: de la Vega Monumental aux supermarchés.
5) Pour le visa: nous n'étions pas marié à l'époque donc pas d'influence. Moi je l'avais obtenu avant de partir en citant le restaurant comme un projet, qui a l'époque fonctionnait déjà.
L'important pour vous c'est d'obtenir le fameux RUT, si vous ne l'avez pas, sans cela impossible d'exercer une activité commerciale au Chili.

Disons que les bénéfices n'étaient pas suffisant pour l'effort fourni. J'avais pensé vendre des crêpes à la sortie d'une école, pas avec un camion mais avec un petit chariot ou l'on peut les faire directement, mais à l'époque affronter "Sanidad" me semblait pas enthousiasmant.

Bonjour, j'ai organisé ce travail au travers d'une société de négoce international, je pense que le mieux c'est de monter la haut et de visiter les bureaux des sociétés minières, les dépots des grandes marques de matériels lourds, des transporteurs, et de faire une petite étude de marché a Antofagasta, pas de resto francais, pas de boulangerie capable de sortir du pain et des croissants mangeables, il y a certainement un créneau a trouver. Il y a une clientèle de techniciens étrangers comme de Chiliens avec un niveau de vie confortable, voir le quartier résidentiel de "jardines del sur".
