je suis à la recherche d'un travail de quelques mois dans la région du sud ou Marrakech à partir de Septembre ou Octobre
et malgré de nombreuses recherches je ne trouve rien.
je cherche dans le secteur du tourisme ( agences de voyages, réceptif...) j'ai déja un peu d'expérience dans le domaine et je finis mon BTS tourisme fin Juin.
Si quelqu'un a des contacts à me donner ou des informations je suis preneuse !!
Faudra orienter ta demande vers un stage rémunéré (ça sera moins que le smic marocain), donc environ 200 €/mois.
La durée maximum sera de 6 mois & tu dois quitter le Maroc avant 90 jours & revenir après quelques jours.
Ton statut sera touriste, si tu vise un emploi ça sera compliqué, carte de séjour et contrat & autre & aucun patron ne va s’investir pour une personne qui cherche juste quelque mois, sachant que ce profil existe & plus que la demande à des salaires +-250€/mois.
Sur place, tu peux convaincre une agence ou un hôtel de te prendre en stage, à mon avis c’est la meilleure solution.
je suis d'accord pour un stage rémunéré peu m'importe d'ailleurs j'ai juste envie de faire mon expérience mais le plus dure est juste d'avoir des contacts... si tu en as merci de me les envoyer
Je crois que dans le secteur du tourisme en ce moment, il ne faut pas rêver. Les "CDI" ont déjà énormément de mal, je connais quelques personnes qui ont des temps pleins à moins de 1.000 dirhams par mois, en toute illégalité mais ils acceptent pour ne pas perdre leur boulot, donc payer un smic pour un stagiaire dont la formation n'est pas meilleure que celles des employés locaux ça me parait demander trop.
Un stage non rémunéré, en négociant la prise en charge de l'hébergement et la bouffe si c'est dans un hôtel, ça doit pouvoir se jouer.
Un peu plus que ça mon ami, surtout avec les augmentations récentes des salaires des fonctionnaires d'état (600 DH / net) pour tous les employés quel que soit le grade et la fonctionnaire & la révision des impôts sur le revenu pour les employeurs du secteur privé.
On parle de 2250 DH / Mois au Net & il sera augmenté encore une fois bientôt surtout avec les manifestations actuelles.
Un stagiaire est un terme vague, un élève ingénieur est stagiaire, un apprenti d’une école de métiers est stagiaire.
Si on veut déclarer le salaire de ce stagiaire aux impôts il ne doit pas dépasser le smic.
Les personnes qui passent des stages de fin d’études ou d’insertion au Maroc, ne sont pas déclarés de toute façon, ni de près ni de loin, une petite enveloppe à la fin du mois, des fois c’est deux fois le smic des fois plus, c’est un employé comme un autre, pour ne pas le déclarer on utilise le terme stagiaire.
Surtout si c’est le secteur touristique ou pire en restauration, l’argent liquide coule à flot, tout le monde à des enveloppes fin du mois, même les personnes déclarées ont des parties non déclarés de leurs salaires.
Vous savez on voit des trucs bizarres au Maroc, avec un salaire de 500€ environ tu peux avoir un master ou un bac+6, on le donne des fois à des personnes qui n’alignent pas une phrase mais qui ont un don peut être à mon avis, ou puisque la personne est belle & a un joli sourire, pour lui, elle attire les clients.
Certains restaurateurs marocains cherchent une belle jeune femme européenne, qu’on habille à quatre épingles & qui sillonne le restaurant ou l’hôtel comme étant la gérante à l’écoute de la clientèle, ils disent que ça fait chic & ça attire les clients.
Comme des secrétaires avec 5000 € / mois, et des directeurs à 1500€ / mois, le patron a le droit de décider sur les salaires de la société et il n’a pas de compte à rendre.
Une chose est sûre une femme trouve plus facilement un emploi qu’un homme ( même profil ), plus elle est présentable pour ne pas utiliser belle , plus elle a un bon salaire.
Les diplômes & les compétences sont des atouts mais c’est pas juste avec ces atouts qu’on peut prévoir le salaire ou le poste.
En fait , ce n'est pas vraiment le salaire qui m'importe, je sais bien que je ne peux pas prétendre à la même paye qu'en France, je rappelle juste que c'est réellement par envie de faire cette expérience dans ce pays que j'ai posté les messages précédents et non pour savoir combien je pourrai gagner.
Pour trouver ce stage, faudra venir au Maroc & postuler vous-même, essayer de voir le gérant & discuter avec lui & essayer de le convaincre que c’est juste un stage & le salaire n’est pas votre priorité.

Actually, I’m currently doing a postgraduate diploma in pediatric respiratory physiotherapy and want to specialize in that area.
