Depuis quelques temps pour les conjoints de français souhaitant faire une demande de visa long séjour, il faut justifier de 40 heures de cours de français. Ces cours de français se doivent d'être gratuit. Mais l'ambassade de France n'a su nous renvoyer vers aucun centre proposant ce service gratuitement.
Quelqu'un est il dans cette situation? ou a de manière générale des informations sur le sujet?
Je pense être à peu près dans le même cas que toi car mon épouse avait RDV au service des visa ce 3 avril 2013 pour en faire la demande et ils lui ont sorti cette "nouvelle" loi des cours et du niveau de francais. Ils n'ont pas été du tout clair et j'ai rappelé le service des visas pour m'énerver un peu et sortir plus d'infos. En fait ton épouse doit passer un test de niveau de francais à l'alliance francaise de Lima (niveau basique qui correspond à 40h de cours) si tu as déjà passé ces 40h de cours il faut que tu puisses le justifier avec un certificat. Si tu échoues au test tu devras passer ces 40h de cours.
Par contre étant donné qu'ils ne se sont pas du tout organisés en vue de cette loi ils n'ont pas encore prévu de session pour les test de niveau ni de cours spéciaux ou gratuits... En fait pour l'instant on ne sait absolument rien de ce qui va être fait ni combien de temps cela leur prendra...
Je peu juste te dire qu'il vaut mieux que tu te présente à l'alliance francaise au service examens internationaux afin que tu puisses donner tes coordonnées, plus on est de candidats au test et au cours et plus cela sera rapide, il faut se serrer les coudes car il y aura d'autres couples dans notre cas dans les prochains jours !

Ma femme est inscrite pour 60h dans une alliance française alors que le service des visas demande 40h l'alliance française dit que c'est le DELF A1 (diplôme d'etude en langue française )
et le professeur de ma femme lui a dit que même en 60h c'est pas possible d'avoir un niveaux suffisant pour entretenir une conversation au service des visas et pire encore le professeur parle pratiquement que français, comment ma femme peut elle apprendre quoi que ce soit si ils enseigne même pas les bases. et tout les éléve de sa classe parle plus ou moin le français et sont pour la plus part en 3 cycle alors pour quoi le service des visa dit je site

Pourtant si le service des visas demande 40h c'est qu'il doit y avoir un diplôme en lien avec ce nombre d'heure mais le truc c'est qu'il dise rien ni se que c'est ni ce qu'on doit faire il font exprès de la fermer pour mettre les gens bien dans la M--e, l'alliance française na pas su me répondre, il me dise qu'il n'y a aucun diplôme en 40h. soit c'est des attardé et sa commence à me gonflé sévère soit c'est l'ambassade qui fait tout pour empêcher les couples de se réunir, d'une il ne prévienne pas les couples qu'il y à une connaissance en français obligatoire (ce qui a été mon cas)
si non sa ferait 6 mois qu'elle serait en train d'apprendre soit il font de la désinformation (ce qui a été mon cas tout au long des démarche de mariage de transcription et j'en passe)
Et puis j'ai reçu le livret de famille donc je suis aussi marié pour les administration française alors quoi si elle parle jamais le français sa veut dire que je serai marié mais qu'on ne seras jamais ensemble pff c'est vraiment des règles stupide.
c'est incroyable une tel désinformation. Si j'ai plus d'info je vous tiendrait au jus.
Si vous avez des news sur le diplôme en question ou sur ce qu'il ce passe exactement a l'entretien au service des visas sa aiderai beaucoup de monde. Courage a tous faut pas abandonné
faire les 60 heures en un mois, cela sera amplement suffisant.
aucun diplome n'est demandé par l'ambassade, juste un certificat mettant en avant les 40 heures de cours (minimum)
l'entretien en français à l'ambassade est vraiment facile (faut il bosser à fond durant les cours à l'ambassade)
Le problème est que le niveau des 40h de cours ne suffit pas pour réussir l'examen de l'alliance francaise. Une personne n'ayant jamais fait de francais ne réussira pas ce test en ayant prit uniquement 40h de cours... Mon épouse a été la première à passer ce test en ayant jamais pris de cours mais a appris avec moi pendant deux ans.. L'examen n'est pas du tout adapter !
La mienne ne parlait pas français avant de faire les 40 heures et après un mois de travail intensif elle a passé l'entretien à l'ambassade sans problème.
Les questions sont très basique - valeur de la France, président français, monuments français, couleur du drapeau, égalité homme femme, droits des étrangers en France et deux ou trois autres questions.
Comment s'appel le cours de 40 h que votre femme à suivie et dans quelle alliance française , par ce que ma femme passe le delf a1 et l'alliance française dise qu'il n'existe aucun cours de 40h pour un apprentissage initiale pour débutent pour l'obtention d'un visas long sejours. Et j'ai vue sur internet que le delf a1 est super difficile pour quel qu'un qui n'a jamais parler français et ça coûte plus de 800 soles avec dvd et livre inclue et il dise qu'il n'y a aucun cours sur la république française ou ces valeurs.

le seul problème c'est que ma femme est en cour avec des élèves qui parle déjà un peut français et que le professeur s'adapte a la majorité et du coût le prof parle que français et elle peut pas suivre correctement, mais bon je vais lui apprendre le plus possible et surtout des phrase toute faite

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
