Je suis en fin d'année et en attente de l obtention du diplome d'état d educateur spécialisée, et souhaiterias partir 3 mois au Kenya a partir de septembre ( mi septembre mi decembre).
Je suis preneuse de toutes informations sur le kenya, et sur la possibilté de faire du " travail social" sur place...
Pour l instant, jai pris contact avec l embassade pour savoir le prix des visas, et mon passeport est à jour!

je pars un mois et demi en juillet et aout et j'ai pris contact avec une asso belge qui soutien les enfants en difficultés(maltraités violés) et les femmes. je ne l'ai pas eu encore la personne qui s'occupe de cela en direct mais sa maman qui a 80 m'a appelé, c'est quelqu'un de très sympathique avec qui j'ai pris plaisr à dicuter et qui me donne vraiment envie d'aller les voir et les aider.
je sais qu'actuelllement ils ont besoins d'aide pour la mise en place d'un hopital, mais il y a aussi beaucoup d'autres actions.

merci de ta réponse, javais déjà vu cette assoc sur voyageforum dans un autre forum de discut'.... Je les ai contacté par mail, et toi comment as tu procédé? Je leur ai reprécisé mon "profil" et demandé s'ils avaient besoin d'une aide quelconque sur place, pr reconstruire ou autre....
Tu pars en juillet, tu rentres qd? Peut etre aura t on l occas de s'y croiser...

je reviens du Kenya et j'ai été trés touchée par la population.
J'envisage d'y retourner en janvier soit par moi même, soit par le biais d'une association.

I’m a volunteer leader at a youth center (MJC), and we’ve been deeply moved by everything happening in Madagascar—extreme poverty, endangered animals, deforestation, and so on. Plus, one of our teens has a Malagasy friend, so our group wants to travel there next year.
Throughout this year, they’ve planned fundraisers to collect donations (sheets, dish towels, schoolbooks, hygiene products, etc.) and funds to cover their trip and stay.
They’re really motivated and generous—they already volunteer in schools and senior centers, and they’re always welcomed warmly.
But so far, they haven’t found any organizations in Madagascar willing to host them for two weeks (orphanages, schools, animal protection parks, etc.).
Does anyone know of any contacts, please?

We currently have 2 wheelchairs that we would like to give to our partner, the Benin Handisport Federation. If you're traveling to Benin, alone or with someone, we could give you one of these 2 wheelchairs (or both). Out of the 40 kg of luggage you're allowed, a wheelchair will only take up less than half. Our partner can pick it up at Cotonou Airport...

Hello, we’d like to travel as a family to Madagascar (2 parents, 2 kids aged 10 and 12). A first trip over 15 years ago completely amazed and moved me with its beauty, kindness, and life experiences—but also its poverty and hardship. That’s why I think it’s possible to introduce our kids to this island while also doing something useful through volunteering. The window is short—15 days in March 2020—which means avoiding the north and east of the island due to cyclones and focusing on the south instead. Some ecovolunteering projects exist online, but the cost is sometimes prohibitive, and kids are rarely accepted. Do you have any ideas or contacts? Thanks in advance!
