English School in Dublin
Hi there!
I did a language stay in Dublin a few months ago, and I totally get it—it’s tough to figure out which school to choose with so many options!
Personally, I visited several centers before deciding. I hesitated between two big, well-known schools (EC, Apollo), but in the end, I went with a smaller, more family-like school, and I don’t regret it at all. The groups were small, the teachers were super approachable, and I progressed much faster.
If it helps, I found this article in French with tips and comparisons of several options in Dublin: https://www.castleforbescollege.com/fr/blog/sejours-linguistiques-en-irlande/
And if you’re arriving as an au pair, you’ll see that lots of others are in the same situation—it’s a great way to make friends quickly!
Have a great stay in Ireland! !

Natural hot spring spots in Ireland?
Hey Maguitou,
I don’t think there are any real natural hot springs in Ireland like in Iceland. That said, you can find some cool mobile saunas by the water (The Wild Atlantic Sauna), especially in Donegal, Kerry, or around Galway.
For nature vibes, Glendalough, Connemara, or some rivers in Kerry are perfect for chilling out.
Happy road trip! !
