Bonjour, au retour d'une croisiere COSTA le bateau arrive à 1O H au port de VENISE, pouvez-vous m'indiquer environ le temps à prévoir pour le débarquement et la récupération des bagages, et s'il est possible de faire une petite visite avec les valises sur les vaporetto ou autre moyen de transport si les consignes devaient être toutes prises !

Le néoromantica a commencé son cycle de croisières en mer du nord. Je vais faire cette croisière en août. Pour ceux qui l'ont déjà réalisée, comment l'avez-vous trouvée ? Quelles sont les excursions à faire ? A ne pas faire ? A ne pas manquer ? Auriez-vous des exemplaires du Today de cette croisière à me montrer ?

Mon ami et moi envisageons de faire une croisière en juin ou juillet 2012 pour voir notamment les fjords de Norvège. Nous nous posons plusieurs questions et je suis sûre que des forumeurs pourront me répondre.

1. Plusieurs départs ont lieu de Copenhague, les vols étant compris dans le prix. Si on veut visiter la ville, est-ce possible d'arriver ne serait-ce qu'un jour avant ou doit-on obligatoirement se plier à toute l'organisation ?

2. Les pourboires : d'après ce que je lis, ils sont plus ou moins obligatoires, d'ailleurs plus que moins et parfois déjà comptés dans le prix ? qu'en est-il réellement, nous avons l'habitude de réserver par Internet, je suppose donc que cela n'est pas négociable ?

3. Apparemment, il n'y a pas d'espèce à bord (vivre sans argent, quelle expérience...) n'est ce pas trop déstabilisant ? les boutiques à bord sont-elles chères ou pas plus qu'à terre ? je suppose qu'on a quand même le droit d'emmener du liquide si on veut dépenser lors d'une excursion sans retirer systématiquement ?

4. Les excursions : a-t-on vraiment le temps d'en faire ? combien de temps le navire fait escale généralement ? combien de temps doit on revenir avant le départ ?

voilà quelques une des nombreuses questions que nous commençons à nous poser, et je pense que j'en aurais d'autres prochainement.

De retour de cette croisière je souhaite vous faire part des quelques infos.

Douvres :

Nous avons pris le bus-navette qui nous a amené au centre de Douvres. Dans le TODAY, il était écrit que ce service était disponible jusqu'à 18H00…..

De retour de Canterburry, nous avons attendu, sans succès cette navette de 17h00 à 17h45.

A 17h45, nous avons décidé de revenir au bateau à Pied : 1/2 heure de Marche ……

En discutant avec d’autres croisiéristes, il semble que ce service ne fonctionne que jusque 17h00 (info trouvé dans un livre qu’avait un de ces croisiéristes).

Oslo :

Dans le TODAY, il était écrit que la sortie à pied du Port était dangereuse… et qu’il était très fortement conseillé de prendre les navettes payantes.

Après avoir observé l’endroit depuis les ponts supérieurs, nous avons décidé de partir à pied.

La sortie du Port se fait en 5 à 10 mn (parcours très calme, pour nous ce jour la, peut-être avons-nous eu de la chance !), ensuite, en prenant à droite à la sortie du port, il faut 5 à 10 mn pour atteindre un arrêt de bus de ville, ou alors le Bus « Hop On-Hop Off » qui vous attends.

L’endroit ou était amarré le bateau était proche de la rue : Filipstadveien.

Attention, je crois savoir que le bateau peut être amarré ailleurs…

Edimbourg :

Il est tout à fait possible de prendre le train pour aller à Edimbourg. A la sortie du pont d’accostage, prendre à gauche, puis les escaliers sur la droite (suivre les panneaux « Station ») le nom de la gare est « Dalmeny Rail Station ».

Après ¼ heure de montée glissante (Ecosse oblige), nous avons atteint la gare

Attention :

1. Le chemin est glissant et ca monte, en poussette, ca ne le fait pas.

2. Pas de Guichet, il faut prendre les tickets à la machine. La machine vous propose par défaut un ticket « off Peak », je ne vous le conseille pas, car alors le retour ne peut pas se faire quand vous le voulez et il faut (comme nous avons du le faire) prendre un ticket « complément … » après du contrôleur qui attends pour ca…..

Quelles températures allons-nous trouver ? Devons nous prévoir que des pantalons et des manches longues ou t-shirt et bermuda (ou est-ce dangereux avec les piqûres de moustiques).

Nous ferons un transfert jusqu'à Zanzibar avec Zanair ? Le poids total de 15kg de bagage est-il contrôlé ? Et quel est le tarif pour un excédent de bagages ?

Comme c'est notre 1ère croisière, quelques questions aux habitués : - pour les excursions, nous avons prévu de les réaliser pour la plupart en indépendants * en louant soit une voiture sur Leknes et Andalsnes . Pourra-t-on débarquer de bonne heure ? le bateau est-il à quai ou nécessité d'une chaloupe ? Vaut-il mieux sur les iles Lofoten au départ de Leknes partir vers le sud ( A ) ou le Nord ( Solvaer )? * à pied pour Tromso, Trondheim et Bergen : questions identiques... * Cap Nord : j'ai lu chez un voyageur qu'on pouvait louer facilement un taxi AR avec attente : toujours d'actualité ? - est-ce "très habillé" les soirs... ou spécialement 1 ou 2 soirées particulières ( càd messieurs costume-cravate tous les soirs ou certains soirs plus décontractés)

Bonjour à tous Tout d'abord, grand merci aux membres de VF. En effet, nous avions consulté le site afin de mieux préparer nos escales pour notre première croisière et donc consulté plusieurs sujets... Nous espérons que ce résumé saura aider les plus réticents ou inquiets car nous en faisions partie et nous souhaitons donc ces derniers. Petite précision, nous y sommes partis à 5 dont 3 enfants (15 - 9 et 6 ans).

Premièrement, direction l'Italie par voie routière. Alsace - Suisse - Italie (Venise) Vignette Suisse annuelle (40 FS = 30€), péages italiens 40 € (aller retour). Attention à la conduite Italienne !! 🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️🏴‍☠️

Parking gardé pour la voiture (à réserver à l'avance 70€) sur le terminal passager. Au terminal, enregistrement et embarquement un peu long (prévoir 2 heures).

Dans le bateau, très bonne organisation. Dès l'arrivée en cabine, valise dans les chambres, cartes magnétiques pré enregistrées, programmes complets adultes, enfants, ados, places réservées pour le restaurant, etc ...

Pour chaque jour de croisière, un "today" indiquant l'escale du jour, les consignes à respecter, les heures de débarquement et d'embarquement, les repas, spectacles...

Nos escales : Bari - Katakolon - Olympie - Santorin - Rhodes - Dubrovnik Attention : toutes ne nécessitent pas de prendre une excursion qui vaut une fortune !!

Bari : escale à quai, visite possible à pieds sans excursion. Ne pas prendre le ticket de bus non plus vendu dans le bateau. Rien de bien particulier à voir.

Katakolon - Olympie : Escale à quai. A voir pour ceux qui aiment l'histoire. Excursion à prendre pour avoir un guide et des explications locales (50 € / pers)

Santorin (Oia et Fira) : Escale avec débarquement en chaloupe (gratuite) Deux magnifiques villages, à voir absolument !! Ne pas prendre l'excursion car présence de nombreux taxis à la négociation possible (40€ aller retour). Montée du quai vers Fira en télécabine (4€ / pers), puis taxi jusque Oia, visite de Oia durant une demie journée, retour Fira par taxi puis visite de Fira (boutiques souvenirs) puis descente des 540 marches pour aller au quai (descente possible en ânes)... Attention, excursion limitée en temps et à 90€ / pers !! inutile donc !!

Rhodes : Idem, escale à quai. Ville forteresse magnifique. Beaucoup de commerces, négociation des prix vivement conseillée, attention car quasiment que des produits de contrefaçon. C'est le pays du cuir et des sacs à main !!! A faire à pieds sans excursion.

Dubrovnik : Escale en chaloupe (gratuite). Magnifique ville et très belle forteresse. Très propre, très touristique aussi. escale trop courte (2h). A pieds sans excursion. Euros acceptés bien que ce pays n'en utilise pas la monnaie. (7 kuna = 1 euro)

Résumé : Prendre un peu de liquide pour les souvenirs et les terrasses locales. Tous les pays sauf Croatie utilisent l'€uro. Enregistrer sa CB sur la Costacard (plus facile, sans dépôt de consignation). Prendre des packs boissons à terre avant embarquement. Boissons chères à bord et taxées de 15%. Ne pas hésiter à négocier les prix et à faire plusieurs boutiques avant d'acheter son souvenir (les prix vont du simple à 5x plus cher) Service nickel dans le restaurant et chambres très bien entretenues. Personnels très accueillant et efficace. Spectacles très bons, accueil des enfants efficace. Possibilité de manger de 8 h du matin à 4h du matin (attention la prise de poids) Anglais recommandé, français compris, italien beaucoup.

C'était un peu long et il y en a encore beaucoup à dire. Si questions, ne pas hésiter par mail privé. Nous pensons déjà à réserver pour l'année prochaine, la brochure est déjà à la maison et nous sommes rentrés il y a 4 jours 😎😎

J'ai reçu la proposition de voyage suivante pour une visite du Laos/Cambodge où je compte aller en août prochain avec 2 ados (15 et 17). Il y a-t-il quelqu'un qui connaît bien ces pays qui pourrait me donner son avis sur celle-ci? Passerons-nous à côté de lieux de visite à ne pas rater ou le programme est-il relativement complet? Day 1: Chiang Rai - Chiang Khong – Houixay (B) Morning cross in to Houixay border. Meet our guide at immigration Laos side. Transfer to Hotel. Visit the ethnic village such as Lu, Kmu, and sun set on the Mekong River. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 2: Houixay - Xiengkok - Muang Sing (B) Breakfast, take car to XiengKok, take car to Mouang Sing, on the way visit ethnic minorities such as: Aka, Hmong, and Sam Tao. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 3: Muang Sing (B) Breakfast, Visit local Market, you will meet difference ethnic minorities, excursion by road to Ban Pang Thong near the China border, on the way visit Ban Namdad (Iko), Ban Phoudonthan (Yao).

Day 4: Trekking (Muang Sing) (B) Breakfast, Take car to Ban Era. Starting Trek through the lush for rest and ethnic village, visit the housing where the Iko ethnic the boy and the girl meet. Arrive Ban Nam Keo Noi; continue by cat to Mouang Sing. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 9: Luang Prabang (B) Breakfast, Visit National Museum (Former Royal Palace), Phousi hill, Wat Visoun, Wat Aham, Wat Xieng Thong, Wat Sene, Wat Mai, Wat That, and Wat Phabath Tai for the Sunset. Overnight at Hotel.

Day 10: Luang Prabang – Vangvieng (B) Breakfast at hotel. Leave Luang Prabang to Vang Vieng by a beautiful road with breathtaking views over the mountains and numerous possibilities for photos. Stop at Phoukhoune with its lively market. Stop on the way at Ban Houn Xay. Stop at Pathang for its dramatic view over karstic mountains. Take a small boat on Nam Song river for a tour amid beautiful scenery. Transfer to hotel for check in.

Day11: Vangvieng – Vientiane (B)

The exciting exploration of Vang Vieng we regroup at our hotel and travel by roads to Vientiane. The charming and fascinating capital of Laos, Vientiane is small city conjuring up exotic images, with the curious mix of Lao, Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, French influences. We start our city tour with Wat Sisaket, the oldest temple still standing in Vientiane. This amazing structure features remarkable frescoes and Buddha statues. Close to this masterwork is the former royal temple of Haw Pha Kaew which previously housed the famous Emerald Buddha Image. We see these sites before we continue to Patouxai standing in Lane Xang Avenue. This imposing monument is well known as Vientiane’s own Arc de Triomphe and provides a stunning views of the city. Heading out of town we see the giant Friendship Bridge and the impressive Buddha Park. This landmark represents a blend of Buddhist and Hindu sculptures created by mystical monk on a parkland located by the Mekong River. The perfect way to round off our day is to watch the spectacular sunset over the Mekong River from one of riverside bars. O/N in Vientiane.

Day12: Vientiane – Pakse – Tadlor (B)

Early morning , leave hotel to airport for early morning flight to Pakse . Upon arrival, you are met and drive ahead to Saravanh province via Tateng. The stumbling water and lush vegetation around Tad Fan waterfall of today’s Atacular. We make a stop en route observing the traditional local making tea and coffee, a cup its can be tasted prior exploring the local cultures and its way of life along the way to Boloven Plateau area, the cultivation of rich coffee, tea, cardamom, bananas, and other crops are being seen along both side of our way. This is allowed time for visitors to venture off the beaten path and explore some of the lesser-known areas of Laos pointing for full exploration of the wild beauty of this southern region, Upon arrival at Tad Lo waterfall, we visit villages of Alak, Nge, Katu, the ethnic group of minority. Overnight at Tad Lo

Day13: Tadlor – Watphou – Khong island (B)

Early birth breakfast, we are heading out toward Khong Island, en route making a short detour to visit Pha Suam waterfall and Lao Teung Villages and strolling around the ethnic minority villages and continue traveling by road to Wat Phu via Pakse town, keep our way, crossing Mekong ferry to visit the pre-angkorian, ruins of Wat Phu, one of Southeast Asia's most dramatically situated temples. Explore these Khmer ruins, perched atop a nearby hill, which is one of Lao World Heritage site recognized by UNESCO in 2001, this wonderful archeological site of Khmer civilization dated back to the 9-12th centuries. We continue our way to 4000 islands region and catch a ferry motor boat to Don Khong. Overnight in Don Khong.

Day14: Khong – Khone –Pakse (B)

Breakfast, we enjoy a visit of the surrounding countryside, and board on a long trail boat touring to Don Khone area, taking you to visit the remains of French period, Liphi Waterfall or "the Corridor of the Devil". We return to the mainland at Ban Nakasang, a fishery village and drive further south to visit Khone Phapheng on the journey, the biggest waterfall in the South East Asia, it is really the impressive sight then a lush vegetation near the Lao-Cambodian border, which is teeming with wildlife and it is one of the loveliest destinations in Laos, Afterward we drive back to Pakse. Overnight in Pakse.

Day15: Pakse Q Siem Reap – Angkor Wat (B)

After early breakfast , transfer to airport for flight departure by QV513 12.40-13.20

(Flight on Monday , Thursday and Saturday per week , but however airline is not exactly for Schedule so we can check again if you have exactly date traveling.)

Upon arraival to Siem reap, our guide and coach will wait and pick up at Siem Reap International airport then transfer hotel for check in. After a short rest, you will transfer to visit Angkor Wat temple and enjoy sunset view on Bakheng Hill, back hotel. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.

Day16: Siem Reap : Grand and Petit Circuit (B)

After breakfast, you will transfer to visit Petit Circuit, Thommanon, Chau Say Teveda, Ta Keo, Ta Promh, Banteay

Kdei and Sras Srang.

Afternoon, transfer to visit Grand Circuit, Prah Khan, Neak Pean, Pre Rup, Ta Som, and East Meborn, back hotel. Overnight stay in Siem Reap.

Day17: Siem Reap – Banteay Srei – Angkor Thom (B)

After breakfast, visit Banteay Srei temple which is 38km from town then back to visit Banteay Samre temple.

of Elephant, Phemean Akas, Terrace of Leper king, back hotel. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day18 : Siem Reap – Tonlé Sap Cruose – Kompong Thom (B)

Morning after breakfast, you will transfer to take Cruise on Tonle Sap Lake for 1hour, visit floating village and fisherman life, then transfer to Kompong Thom Province, take time about 2 hours from Siem Reap, upon arrival. Lunch at local restaurant.

After lunch, you will transfer to excursion Sambo Prei Kuk till sun set. Sambo Prei Kuk is located close to Stueng Sen lak about 35km the north east of Kompong Thom town, built in 7th century by King Isanvarman I and ancient capital the kingdom of Chenla lost in tropical, looking for hotel for check in. Dinner at local restaurant & Overnight in Kompong Thom.

Day19: Kompong Thom – Kompong Cham – Phnom Penh (B)

Morning after breakfast, you will transfer to visit Wat Kohar Nokor, built during the 11th century during the reign of Suryavarman I, and the nearby village with its monastery. Then drive towards Kompong Cham. En route, discover Phnom Bros and Phnom Srei khmer temples (the site was used as a Killing Field during the Khmer Rouge era). Lunch at local restaurant in Kompong Cham.

After lunch, continue to visit Vat Nokor, an Angkorian temple (12th century) housing a colorful modern pagoda. After visit, driver to Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia, upon arrival, you will transfer to have dinner at local restaurant before check in hotel. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day20: Phnom Penh – City Tour – Depature (B)

Morning after breakfast, you will transfer to visit Royal Palace, Silver Pagoda, National Museum and Wat Phnom.

Visite du Prasat Neang Khmao, le temple qui abrite la "Vierge Noire" (10ème s.) Suite de la visite avec le temple Brahman du 11ème s. édifié en haut du Phnom Chisor. colline d'une centaine de mètres de haut qui offre une vue spectaculaire sur les paysages alentours Sur la route de Takeo, visite d'un village Khmer bien connu pour la qualité de ses tissages de soie Bateau de Takeo à Phnom Da Visite du temple de Phnom Da, une tour en latérite pré-angkorienne (6ème s.) et Asram Maharoseil (6ème s.), un temple en grès, d'inspiration indienne, construit dans un style très différent de tous les autres temples cambodgiens. Retour à Takeo en bateau et départ à destination de la station balnéaire de Kep, anciennement connue sous le nom de Kep-sur-Mer. Cette charmante ville de bord de mer fut un temps la destination phare pour les vacances de l'élite française installée au Cambodge. Installation à l'hôtel. Day 21: Kep / Kampot (B/L/-) Petit-déjeuner à l'hôtel Matinée en bateau (très simple - bateau de pêcheurs) vers l'Ile du Lapin, située au large de Kep. La plage est belle sur l'ile. Détente et baignade et déjeuner libre sur place. Retour à Kep en début d'après-midi et transfert par la route à destination de Kampot. J'envisage un séjour à Phuket, sans doute Karon ou Kata, entre le 19 décembre et le 2 janvier, mais chaque jour les infos météo annoncent de la pluie ces temps-ci.

Quel temps fait-il réellement à Phuket en ce moment.

Et la période du Noël au 1er Janvier risque t-elle d'être mauvaise cette année ?

Bonsoir, Regardant chaque jour la météo en espérant qu'il fasse beau. La météo m'annonce des orages et pluies pendant plus d'une semaine les orages durent ils toutes la journée ou sont ils juste temporaire? bonjour je crois savoir qu'il faut réserver les navettes payantes pour le centre ville le matin même de l'escale, mais y a-t-il des heures de départ et heure de retour imposer ou sommes nous libre de nos départs? nous souhaitons prendre la navette pour barcelone, je suppose qu'elle nous dépose et nous reprend au même endroit? merci😉

Tout un chacun qui a fait cette croisière a certainement un avis différent sur les atouts ou les lacunes de l'organisation, du bateau, des escales etc...... Voici le mien qui ne reflète donc que mon resenti personnel.

Organisation d'avant croisière:

J'avais choisi Azur Croisières pour l'organisation de ce voyage et je dois dire que je n'ai qu'à me féliciter de ce choix. Mes contacts, Thibaud et Sandra ont vraiment accompli un remarquable boulot. Je souhaitais obtenir une cabine au pont 8 (le pont supérieur pour les cabines), ils me l'ont chaudement déconseillé, j'expliquerai la raison par après. Tous les documents me sont parvenus par internet 10 jours avant le départ et tout ce que j'avais choisi comme options y était repris.

Organisation avant embarquement:

Nous avions choisi de prendre la navette Costa à l'aéroport de Nice. Là un peu de pagaille, rien de grave, le chauffeur du car nous disant d'embarquer dans son bus, l'hôtesse Costa nous demandant d'intégrer le suivant. Nous avons bien entendu obtempéré aux injonctions du chauffeur du bus, cela nous permettait d'arriver plus tôt à Savone. A la sortie du bus, nos bagages (sauf ceux à main) ont été pris en charge. A Savone une partie de notre groupe a reçu l'ordre d'embarquement 24. Nous avons donc attendu une grosse 1/2h afin que l'on appelle ce groupe 24. Là, bien entendu, photo traditionnelle devant un gouvernail factice au logo du Costa Mediterranea. Puis contrôle de police (oui il parait qu'il y en avait un) 2 uniformes qui discutaient ensemble nous ont fait signe de passer sans même nous regarder. Accès à la passerelle d'embarquement.

Embarquement:

Premier contrôle au bas de la passerelle passeport, document d'ambarquement. Second contrôle à l'entrée du bâteau, passeport, photo et prise de température (aH1N1) par système infrarouge. Troisième contrôle, scanning des bagages à main, confiscation des bouteilles d'alcool (entamées et non entamées) et autres (non entamées). Nous voici donc lâchés dans cet énorme bateau à la décoration plus que "surprenante". Recherche d'un ascenseur pour nous amener pont 6 babord. Après multe détours dans les coursives du pont 6 nous arrivons à notre cabine où, nos bagages nous attendaient, nos cartes Costa, notre carte d'assignation de table pour le dîner et ler today du jour de l'embarquement.

Début de la croisière:

Le bateau appareillait à 18h, dans le today du jour on nous signalait le premier exercice d'évacuation du bateau pour 17h45 nous nous y sommes donc rendus, arnachés comme il se doit. Jusqu'à Funchal nous avons effectué le trajet en compagnie du Costa Fortuna qui effectuait, lui aussi, la traversée transatlantique pour rejoindre son port d'attache saisonnier "Fort Lauderdale". A l'arrivée, on nous a prié, avec insistance, de faire coupler notre carte de crédit avec la carte Costa pour plus de facilité. Ce que nous avons fait à des bornes extrêment pratiques. Puis douche, bien méritée après voyage et exercice. Changement de vêtements pour tenue correcte au dîner. Le restaurant Degli Argentieri se situe, sur 2 étages, à l'arrière du bateau. Nous avions une table idéalement située à l'étage supérieur du restaurant à une fenêtre. Comme le service choisi était à 21h15, il est entendu que la nuit était tombée depuis longtemps et nous n'y voyions rien. Nous avons donc découvert notre chef de rang ( Bernard Rodriguez, un indien comme son nom ne l'indique pas si vous ne savez pas qu'il vient de Goa ancien comptoir portuguais en Inde) et Satish (indien lui aussi, notre serveur). Tous deux absolument exceptionnels, franchement. Tous les soirs nous avions 3 verres à table (verre à vin blanc, verre à vin rouge et verre à eau) alors que toutes les autres tables avaient 2 verres (verre à vin et verre à eau), le premier soir nous leur avions dit que cela nous gênait de prendre vin blanc et vin rouge dans le même verre. Nous avions pris le forfait "By the Glass" et nous avons compris pourquoi ce forfait doit impérativement se réserver par l'intermédiaire de votre agence de voyage, car un code X1 est imprimé sur votre carte Costa. Ce forfait est fort intéressant car il vous permet aux 2 services majeurs (déjeuner et dîner) d'obtenir toutes les boissons (vins, biere, eaux, sodas, soft drinks) à volonté et ce, pour 12€ par jour et par personne (pourboires inclus). Nos préposés à la table, Bernard et Satish donc, essayaient absolument de nous parler en français alors que toute la table parlant anglais, nous insistions pour leur faiciliter la tâche. Pas une erreur dans la prise de commande, par un erreur dans le service des plats, la bonne personne a toujours reçu le bon plat, toujours un mot gentil et toujours le sourire. Pendant le dîner nous avons longé les côtes de la Baie des Anges, spectacle féérique.

Je termine ici ce premier compte-rendu je continuerai prochainement. Pour Friquette, pour la poursuite du CR je fais quoi ? Je reprends à chaque ajoute les épisodes précédents ou je ne fais que continuer sans rien reprendre ?

🙂Bonjour, nous partons ce week à Lyon, je suis à la recherche de bonnes adresses de restaurants ou d'épiceries fines ( françaises et étrangères), j'ai déjà visionné le cityvox lyon mais si vous avez des conseils de restau pour le samedi et le dimanche, je suis preneuse.....

De même, on aimerait bien visiter à 28km de Lyon, l'ancienne cité gallo-romaine de St Romain en Gall, il semble qu'il y ait un train ( TER, train de banlieue ?) pour y aller ?

Aujourd'hui visite du dernier né de Carnival le Dream en rade de Monaco. Et pour une fois où nous avons la chance de visiter un bateau j'ai essayé de vous faire ci-dessous un petit Compte-Rendu et vous donnez nos premières impressions pour vous faire partager ce petit moment avec nous.

Nous devions être présents à 10h45 pour les procédures de sécurité avant embarquement. Ensuite visite du bateau, repas sur place et descente à 14heures.

Première impression bateau plus sobre et plus épuré par rapport au FREEDOM de Carnival. Beaucoup d'espace, j'ai même tendance à penser beaucoup plus dans le style de Princess mais c'est mon avis. Nous avons visité le théâtre, 2 bars, le casino, le center (beaucoup plus aéré encore :_)) le restaurant payant etc... Nouveauté les cabines spa, et le sérenity (un espace zen spécialement réservé aux adultes).

Nous n'avons pas pu tout voir, mais selon notre guide toujours le bar à sushi, et toujours les menus du chef français Georges Blanc.

THIS TENANCY AGREEMENT (the "Agreement") dated this 30th of May, 2009.

BETWEEN: "xxxxxx" "xxxxxx" (the "Landlord") OF THE FIRST PART

- AND - "xxxxxx" "xxxxxx" (the "Tenants") OF THE SECOND PART

IN CONSIDERATION OF the Landlord letting certain premises to the Tenant, the Tenant letting those premises from the Landlord and the mutual benefits and obligations provided in this Agreement, the receipt and sufficiency of which consideration is hereby acknowledged, the parties to this Agreement agree as follows: BACKGROUND: A. This is an agreement to create an Assured Shorthold Tenancy as defined in Section 19A of the Housing Act 1988 or any successor legislation (the "Act"). B. The Landlord is the owner of residential property available for rent and is legally entitled to grant this tenancy. Let Property 1. The Landlord agrees to let to the Tenant the flat municipally 2. 95 N"xxxxxx", Miami, FL 33136. (The 'Property') for use as residential premises only. The Property is more particularly described as follows: Neither the Property nor any part of the Property will be used at any time during the term of this Agreement by Tenant for the purpose of carrying on any business, profession, or trade of any kind, or for the purpose other than as a private single-family residence. 3. No guests of the Tenants may occupy the Property for longer than 2 weeks without the prior written consent of the Landlord. 4. No pets or animals are allowed to be kept in or about the Property without the prior written permission of the Landlord. Term 7. The term of the Agreement is a periodic tenancy commencing at 12:00 noon on 5th July, 2009 and continuing on a month to month basis until the Landlord or the Tenant terminates the tenancy. 8. Any notice to terminate this tenancy must comply with the Act.

Rent 9. Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the rent for the Property is US $600.00 per month (the 'Rent') Including all utilities (Electricity, gas, water, council tax, and waste disposal) The Tenant will pay the Rent on or before the first of each and every month of the term of this Agreement to the Landlord 9"xxxxxx"ve, Miami, FL 33136 or at such other place as the Landlord may later designate. 10. The Landlord may increase the Rent for the Property upon providing to the Tenant the greater of 21 days notice and any notice required by the Act. 11. The Tenant will be charged an additional amount of $4.50 per day for any Rent that is received after the latter of the due date and the expiration of any grace period under the Act, if any.

Security Deposit 13. On execution of this Agreement, the Tenant will pay the Landlord a security deposit of US $700.00 (the 'Security Deposit') together with the first month rent’ of US $600.00 in other to confirm reservation and which later is refunded after the expiration of the lease. 14. No interest will be received on the deposit. 15. The Landlord will return the Security Deposit at the end of this tenancy, less such deductions as provided in this Agreement but no deduction will be made for damage due to reasonable wear and tear nor for any deduction prohibited by the Act. 16. During the Term of this Agreement or after its termination, the Landlord may charge the Tenant or make deductions from the Security Deposit for any or all of the following: 1. repair of walls due to plugs, large nails or any unreasonable number of holes in the walls including the repainting of such damaged walls; 2. repainting required to repair the results of any other improper use or excessive damage by the Tenant; 3. unplugging toilets, sinks and drains; 4. replacing damaged or missing doors, windows, screens, mirrors or light fixtures; 5. repairing cuts, burns, or water damage to linoleum, rugs, and other areas; 6. any other repairs or cleaning due to any damage beyond normal wear and tear caused or permitted by the Tenant or by any person whom the Tenant is responsible for; 7. the cost of extermination where the Tenant or the Tenant's guests have brought or allowed insects into the Property or building; 8. repairs and replacement required where windows are left open which have caused plumbing to freeze, or rain or water damage to floors or walls; and 9. Any other purpose allowed under this Agreement or the Act.

For the purpose of this clause, the Landlord may charge the Tenant for professional cleaning and repairs if the Tenant has not made alternate arrangements with the Landlord. 17. The Tenant may not use the Security Deposit as payment for the Rent. 18. Within the lesser of I day and any time period required by the Act after the termination of this tenancy, the Landlord will deliver or mail the Security Deposit less any proper deductions or with further demand for payment to: __, or at such other place as the Tenant may advise.

Quiet Enjoyment 19. The Landlord covenants that on paying the Rent and performing the covenants contained in this Agreement, the Tenant will peacefully and quietly have, hold, and enjoy the Property for the agreed term.

Inspections 20. The Landlord and the Tenant will complete, sign and date an inspection report at the beginning and at the end of this tenancy.

Tenant Improvements 21. The Tenant will obtain written permission from the Landlord before doing any of the following: 1. applying adhesive materials, or inserting nails or hooks in walls or ceilings other than two small picture hooks per wall; 2. painting, wallpapering, redecorating or in any way significantly altering the appearance of the Property; 3. removing or adding walls, or performing any structural alterations; 4. installing a waterbed(s); 5. changing the amount of heat or power normally used on the Property as well as installing additional electrical wiring or heating units; 6. placing or exposing or allowing to be placed or exposed anywhere inside or outside the Property any placard, notice or sign for advertising or any other purpose; or 7. affixing to or erecting upon or near the Property any radio or TV antenna or tower. Insurance 22. The Tenant is hereby advised and understands that the personal property of the Tenant is not insured by the Landlord for either damage or loss, and the Landlord assumes no liability for any such loss. The Tenant is advised that, if insurance coverage is desired by the Tenant, the Tenant should inquire of Tenant's insurance agent regarding a renter's policy of insurance. 23. The Tenant is not responsible for insuring the Landlord's contents and furnishings in or about the Property for either damage or loss, and the Tenant assumes no liability for any such loss. 24. The Tenant is not responsible for insuring the Property for either damage or loss to the structure, mechanical or improvements to the building of the Property, and the Tenant assumes no liability for any such loss.

Absences 25. The Tenant will inform the Landlord if the Tenant is to be absent from the Property for any reason for a period of more than fourteen days. The Tenant agrees to take such measures to secure the Property prior to such absence as the Landlord may reasonably require and take appropriate measures to prevent frost or flood damage.

Legal Fees 26. In the event that any action is filed in relation to this Agreement, the unsuccessful party in the action will pay to the successful party, in addition to all the sums that either party may be called on to pay, a reasonable sum for the successful party's attorney fees.

Governing Law 27. This Agreement will be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of United States and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Severability 28. If there is a conflict between any provision of this Agreement and the Act, the Act will prevail and such provisions of the Agreement will be amended or deleted as necessary in order to comply with the Act. Further, any provisions that are required by the Act are incorporated into this Agreement.

Assignment and Subletting 29. The Tenant will not assign this Agreement, or sublet or grant any concession or licence to use the Property or any part of the Property. An assignment, subletting, concession, or licence, whether by operation of law or otherwise, will be void and will, at Landlord's option, terminate this Agreement.

Care and Use of Property 30. The Tenant will promptly notify the Landlord of any damage, or of any situation that may significantly interfere with the normal use of the Property or to any furnishings supplied by the Landlord. 31. Vehicles which the Landlord reasonably considers unsightly, noisy, dangerous, improperly insured, inoperable or unlicensed are not permitted in the Tenant's parking stall(s), and such vehicles may be towed away at the Tenant's expense. Parking facilities are provided at the Tenant's own risk. The Tenant is required to park in only the space allotted to them. 32. The Tenant will not make (or allow to be made) any noise or nuisance which, in the reasonable opinion of the Landlord, disturbs the comfort or convenience of other tenants. 33. The Tenant will not park (or allow to be parked) any caravan, boat or vehicle by the Property, if such parking, in the reasonable opinion of the Landlord, would cause nuisance or annoyance to neighbors or to anyone nearby. 34. The Tenant will keep the Property in good repair and condition and in good decorative order. 35. The Tenant or any one living with the Tenant will not engage in any illegal trade or activity on or about the Property including, but not limited to, using the Property for drug storage, drug dealing, prostitution, illegal gambling or illegal drinking. 36. The Landlord and Tenant will comply with standards of health, sanitation, fire, housing and safety as required by law. 37. The hallways, passages and stairs of the building in which the Property is situated will be used for no purpose other than going to and from the Property and the Tenant will not in any way encumber those areas with boxes, furniture or other material or place or leave rubbish in those areas and other areas used in common with any other tenant. 38. Boots and rubbers which are soiled or wet should be removed at the entrance to the building in which the Property is located and taken into the Tenant's Property. 39. At the expiration of the agreement term, the Tenant will quit and surrender the Property in as good a state and condition as they were at the commencement of this Agreement, reasonable use and wear and damages by the elements excepted.

Repairs 40. The Landlord agrees to carry out any repairing obligations as required by section 11 of the Act including keeping in repair and proper working order: 1. the structure and exterior of the Property; and 2. the installations for the supply of water, gas and electricity and the installations in the Property for space heating or heating water.

Gas Safety 41. The Landlord will ensure that all gas appliances, flues and installation in the Property are checked by an American Gas registered technician on an annual basis.

Hazardous Materials 42. The Tenant will not keep or have on the Property any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire on the Property or that might be considered hazardous by any responsible insurance company.

Rules and Regulations 43. The Tenant will obey all rules and regulations posted by the Landlord regarding the use and care of the building, parking lot, laundry room and other common facilities that are provided for the use of the Tenant in and around the building containing the Property.

General Provisions 44. Any waiver by the Landlord of any failure by the Tenant to perform or observe the provisions of this Agreement will not operate as a waiver of the Landlord's rights under this Agreement in respect of any subsequent defaults, breaches or non-performance and will not defeat or affect in any way the Landlord's rights in respect of any subsequent default or breach. 45. This Agreement will extend to and be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns, as the case may be, of each party to this Agreement. All covenants are to be construed as conditions of this Agreement. 46. All sums payable by the Tenant to the Landlord pursuant to any provision of this Agreement will be deemed to be additional rent and will be recovered by the Landlord as rental arrears. 47. Where there is more than one Tenant executing this Agreement, all Tenants are jointly and severally liable for each other's acts, omissions and liabilities pursuant to this Agreement. 48. The Tenant will professionally steam clean the carpets on a yearly basis and at the termination of this Agreement or the Landlord may charge the Tenant or deduct the cost of having the carpets professionally steam cleaned from the security deposit. Je suis en Inde pour la troisieme fois ou je suis a Delhi depuis cinq jours. J'ai pour la premiere fois des problemes a m'adapter avec le climat, la nourriture et les odeurs et ne me sens pas tres bien. Dans le passe je m'habituais plus rapidement a la nourriture locale mais cette fois-ci mise a part le poulet tandoori j'ai de la peine. Ca ne m'est jamais arrive au debut d'un voyage, sauf dans le passe ou j'etais un peu patraque de l'estomac en plein milieu du voyage mais sans plus. C'est ennuyeux car ce n'est pas facile a vivre. Est-ce que certains parmi vous ont deja vecu cela, que faut-il faire dans ce cas la ? heureusement j'ai le temps car je reste 4 mois....
