dans le cadre d'un tour du monde sur 18 semaines avec nos 2 enfants(7 et 2.5 ans) nous pensons passer 5 ou 6 semaines en chine voici l'itineraire que nous pensons effectuer. Arrivée à pékin ( début novembre 2006) 2 semaines sur place pour visiter la ville et les environs puis nous pensons nous diriger vers Shanghai en train en 1 ou 2 semaines en faisant des arrets et anfin Shanghai 2 semaines pour visiter la ville et ses environs.

We’ve got our round-trip flight tickets from France to Johannesburg and plan to drive from Johannesburg to Cape Town and back to Johannesburg in an SUV or 4x4. For other city trips, we’ll use local transport or Uber. That’s the plan for our transportation.

This coming October or November, we’re planning our first trip to Japan. The only downside is we’ll only have two weeks off.

For this first visit, I’m thinking of sticking to the Kyoto and Osaka area… saving Tokyo for another trip. Do you think that’s a good choice for a first-time visit?

I’ve put together a little itinerary below to get some feedback from those in the know. I’m only counting the days we’re actually there, not travel days.

Day 1: Kyoto Ginkaku-ji – Philosopher’s Path with stops at a few shrines temples Eikan-dō and Nanzen-ji visit to the Samurai Ninja Museum in the late afternoon

Day 2: Kyoto Fushimi Inari (allow 4 hours for the hike through the park) visit to Sanjūsangen-dō temple Shōseien garden participate in a tea ceremony

Day 3: Kyoto Kiyomizu-dera temple stroll through the historic district up to Kennin-ji temple visit Kennin-ji temple Yasaka-jinja shrine and Gion district in the late afternoon return to the hotel via Pontochō Street

Day 4: Kyoto visit Kinkaku-ji and Nijō Castle visit the Imperial Palace gardens end the day in the shopping streets (Shibkyogoku and Teramachi, among others)

We’ve been to Thailand before, 10 years ago, and this time, we’d just like to focus on 5 days in Chiang Mai and 10–12 days in the Krabi area. Hi there, We’re heading to Quebec from July 7 to 21 with our two kids (ages 5 and 7) and my wife, and we’re putting together an itinerary while keeping some flexibility (though much less than we’d hoped, since we’re realizing accommodations are already filling up fast!). Below is our draft plan—pretty far along since we’ve booked 9 out of 14 nights—but it’s definitely not perfect. We’d love some advice on what to do after Parc du Bic (3 nights to improvise) before heading back to Parc Omega, where we’ve booked a tipi :-) It seems clear that a 3-day Gaspésie loop isn’t doable (too bad about Percé and Parc Forillon, but I think we’re already covering a lot of ground with this route!). But what about the option of driving up to Sainte-Anne-des-Monts to spend a day in Parc de la Gaspésie before the (long) drive back, and still enjoying part of the coastal road, which looks stunning? Here’s my first draft for the itinerary. Could you give me some advice, please?

Day 1: Panama City + night 1 Day 2: Departure for the San Blas Islands (I don’t have a transfer company yet and I’m hesitant to drive there myself in an SUV) + 1 or 2 nights depending on the price Day 3 (or 4): Return to Panama City + departure for Isla Grande (maybe too much in one day, so maybe an extra night in Panama City and leave the next day for Isla Grande) For Isla Grande, should I go through Portobelo? Day 3 or 4: Isla Grande + night Day 4 or 5: From Isla Grande to Lake Gatun for an Embera immersion (I haven’t checked the travel time yet) + night Day 5 or 6: Departure from Lake Gatun to El Valle de Antón + 2 or 3 nights Day 7 or max Day 9: Head to the Gulf of Chiriquí and Boca Chica + 2 or 3 nights? Day 9 or max Day 12: Boquete + 2 nights Day 11 or 14: Bocas del Toro (one of the surrounding islands) + 2 nights Day 13 or 16: Return to Panama City by plane the day before the international flight. I don’t have all 21 nights planned yet, but there are still some details to work out with your help ;)

Also, is it possible to rent a car in Panama City and drop it off at the Bocas del Toro airport? (I think so...) Finally, what are the steps for driving back from Bocas del Toro to Panama City (to avoid the domestic flight)?

Day 5: 11/01/2024: Okawa, Omuta (forge), and Yanagawa for the Yanagawa Hakushu Matsuri. A bit ambitious for a single day?

Day 6: Arita / Owakachiyama / rice fields in the evening: Is it better to go from Fukuoka to Arita by car or train?

Day 7: Sasebo + Kujukushima Pearl + fireworks show Day 8: Karatsu (Yobuko market + cave + cape) + Matsuri Kanchi Day 9: Kashima + garden + Tara Day 10: Higashi Sonogi, overnight in Nagasaki. Is it better to return the car in Arita or Nagasaki? En raison du Covid, j'ai dû laisser tomber mes projets voyages en Afrique et je me rabats donc (avec envie tout de même) sur le Pays Basque espagnol pour une petite semaine en novembre. Pour des raisons professionnelles le départ se ferait en voiture de Bordeaux et j'ai imaginé le circuit suivant, si les conditions sanitaires d'ici là le permettent ...

Jour 1 : Départ de Bordeaux pour San Sebastian en voiture, arrivée en début d'après-midi et visite de la ville

Jour 2 : Visite des environs de San Sebastian, avec deux options qui me font hésiter : - visiter l'est entre San Sebastian et la frontière française (Fontarrabie etc.) et revenir dormir sur San Sebastian - visiter l'ouest (Getaria, Zarautz, Orio) et dormir dans ce secteur

Jour 3 : Route vers Bilbao en passant par la côte avec un arrêt vers midi à Gernika et dans l'après midi la visite de San Gaztelugatxe par la route B2235 (a priori non accessible en novembre, y a t'il un intérêt à voir l'endroit ''de loin''?). Nuit à Bilbao avec retour par la route 3101.

Jour 4 : Visite de la biosphère d'Urdaibai dans l'après midi avec une visite de Bilbao dans la matinée.

Jour 5 : Route vers Pampelune en passant plus bas par l'Alava (un autre itinéraire serait-il plus sympa ? Des arrêts à conseiller sur la route ? ). Vaut-il mieux ''tracer'' la veille au soir vers Pampelune pour avoir une journée de plus dans ce secteur ?)

Jour 6 : Visite des Bardenas Reales par l'entrée nord avec un arrêt à Olite. Nuit à Pampelune (ou à Tudela?)

Jour 7 : Ce jour devrait nous permettre de remonter plus au nord, voire en France, pour une dernière halte avant le retour à Bordeaux. Petite hésitation entre passer par une vallée des Pyrénées genre Roncevaux (fin novembre) ou revenir sur la côte et s'arrêter vers Biarritz (peut être répétitif par rapport au reste du voyage ?)

Jour 8 : Route pour Bordeaux où nous devons arriver pour midi !

Voilà en gros ce que mes recherches ont donné avec beaucoup de ''trous''... Je suis ouverte à toutes les suggestions surtout pour les parties un peu floues de mon itinéraire... L'idée n'est pas d'avoir des vacances reposantes. Au niveau voyage, j'aime visiter par la ''route'', les villes sont plutôt pour moi à visiter en soirée autour d'un bon repas sans m'attarder dans les musées etc !

Nous avions programmé de passer 1 mois au Nicaragua en aout ..voyage annulé ( plutôt reporté). Du coup, je viens de prendre un vol pour Thessalonique afin de faire un périple de 3 semaines en Grèce avec nos 3 enfants de 7, 9 et 13 ans, entre mer et montagne. Voiture de location pour les 3 semaines.

Je pars au Costa Rica du 17/10 au 01/11/2020 avec mon compagnon. Nous souhaitons louer un 4x4 pour parcourir le pays. En restant 12 jours sur place, nous sommes bien conscients de ne pas pouvoir tout voir, mais nous voulons quand même découvrir au maximum ce pays. J'ai préparé un itinéraire mais souhaiterais savoir s'il est réalisable et pas trop ambitieux, notamment en temps de trajet. J'ai compris qu'ils pouvaient être beaucoup plus long que prévu. Qu'en pensez-vous ? Nous aurions aimé visiter le volcan Poas et La paz waterfall gardens mais faute temps j'ai enlever cette étape, d'autant plus que d'après mes recherches, le volcan peut être fermé selon la météo et son activité volcanique. J’ai seulement 9 jours peut-être même 8... j’aimerais surtout voir la Péninsule de Bruce, le parc Algonquin et Sandbank ! Est-ce-que c’est réalisable en 8 jours par exemple? Nous partons de Qc. Commentaires, idées sont les bienvenues ! Nous y allons surtout pour le plein air et passer du bon temps avec nos chiens nous aimons pas rester nécessairement plus de 2-3 jours à la même place à moins que ça en veux vraiment le coup ! Merci

Après avoir lu de nombreux blogs et messages sur le forum, certaines de mes questions demeurent sans réponse. Tout d’abord, nous voulons faire le trek du parc Simien en avril en indépendant (avec le scout obligatoire..)

Nous itinéraire serait le suivant :

Jour 1 : Gondar (ou Debark) vers Sankaber Jour 2 : Sankaber à Geech + Imet Gogo aller-retour (dormir à Geecher) Jour 3 : Geech vers Chennek Jour 4 : Chennek vers Sona (en passant par la Bwahit pass et Askwasiye) Jour 5 : Sona vers Mulit Jour 6 : Mulit vers Adi Arkay (route principale) puis vers Debarq avec un peu de chance

1- Les guides récents mentionnent un bus local qui part à 6h le matin de Debarq pour le parc alors que certains blogs précisent qu’ils n’acceptent pas les étrangers, car concurrence déloyale pour les mafieux, ….. Quelqu’un a-t-il tenté le bus local récemment? 2- Est-ce que la partie Sankaber vers Geech vaut le coup ? Ou bien tant qu’à payer un transport, serait-il préférable de se rendre directement sur Geech et profiter plus longtemps des alentours entre Geech et Adi Arkay ?

3- Je n’ai pas trouvé d’infos précisément sur la partie Chennek à Sona (en passant par Arkasiye), puisque tous semblent partir de Chennek et font ensuite la montée du Ras Dashen, en passant par Ambiko, etc. Bref, la partie Chennek à Sona directe (sans Ras Deshen bien sur) est-elle faisable en 1 jour ? Nous sommes 2 gars mi- trentaine en forme physique. 4- Nous voulons ensuite terminer à Adi Arkay qui rejoindre la route principale entre Debarq et Axum. Rendu à Adi Arkay, est-ce facile de trouver un transport (ou payer un local) pour retourner sur Debarq ? Est-ce que ce sera encore la même histoire de la mafia des taxis qui tenteront de nous charger des prix exorbitants comme c’est le cas pour les départs de Debarq vers le parc ?

Bonjour, notre itinéraire se dessine tranquillement, j'aimerais votre avis sur la première partie :

Jour 1 à 3 : visite de Tokyo, nous avons réservé le Grids Tokyo Ueno. On est plus nature que ville mais on veut quand même faire quelques musées et les incontournables... Si vous avez des suggestions dans le coin d'Ueno pour visiter ou bien manger?

Jour 4 : activation de la JR Pass, train de Tokyo au pied du Mont Fuji. Des arrêts suggérés ou c'est déjà assez long?

Jour 5 : coucher aux alentours du Mont Fuji en espérant de voir un lever de soleil sur la montagne, on est prêts à se lever tôt :) À quel endroit coucher pour avoir cette chance? Est-ce qu'on devrait ajouter une 3e nuit sur place?

Jour 6 ou 7 : train vers Hiroshima. Ensuite on hésite, est-ce qu'on couche entre Hiroshima et Kyoto - des suggestions? Ou on ajoute une nuit de plus à Kyoto?

Le reste c'est Kyoto suivie des Alpes mais je reviendrai avec d'autres questions ensuite :)

1/ Sur le tronçon Pho- Chharka Bhot: Il y plusieurs options possibles (par Saldang et le nord, par Shey Gompa et Dho Tarap plus au sud, etc..). Lequel vous nous conseillez ?

2/ Sur le tronçon Simikot- Lac Rara: Est-il possible d'éviter la piste qui descend vers le sud ? si, oui: quel itinéraire ?
