"1. For international and regional flights, liquids carried in hand luggage must be in a container of no more than 100ml (if the volume of the container is more than 100ml, it is not allowed even when the liquid in it is less than 100mL or 100g), and the container must be in a single, transparent, re-sealable plastic bag with a volume of less than 1L. Only one bag is allowed for each traveler, and those beyond this limit should be put in the checked luggage.
2. For domestic flights, liquids are not allowed in hand luggage (except cosmetics, toothpastes and shaving cream for private use during the air travel). Cosmetics for private use during the air travel in hand luggage must meet the following three requirements: only one for each type, carried in a container of no more than 100mL, and subject to bottle-open check. If the volume of the container is more than 100ml, it is not allowed in hand luggage even when the cosmetics, toothpaste and shaving cream in it is less than 100mL or 100g. Duty-free liquids carried in hand luggage of travelers transfer from international and regional flights to domestic flights through the same airport controlled area must meet the following three requirements: with receipt or invoice, put in a transparent, sealed and intact plastic bag, subject to security check. If the traveler leave the airport controlled area during flight transfer, the duty-free liquids must be put in checked luggage.
3. Passengers who travel with a baby may take dairy products and patients with diabetes or other diseases may take necessary liquid medicine in an appropriate amount. And such dairy products or medicine must go through security check.
4. Liquids purchased or acquired in airport controlled area or aircraft can be in hand luggage before the traveler leave the airport controlled area."
