If you were able to obtain a VOA, you will now need a valid visa before you fly with us. Effective from 16.08.2010 the Immigration Department Malaysia will no longer issued Visa On Arrival (VOA) at all entry points to national of the following countries:
BangladeshPeople’s Republic of China MyanmarNepalBhutanTaiwanComorosAfghanistan Sri LankaPakistan India
This also applies to Afghanistan, Sri Lanka, Pakistan and India nationals who are holding permanent resident or Expatriate long term pass / working permit from a third country and Afghanistan nationals who are in possession of either diplomatic or official passport.

Etes vous absolument sur de cela? je prend un vol de l' Inde vers Kuala Lumpur le 14 Octobre 2010. sur le site des affaires etrangeres, rien ne semble avoir change, visa a l'arrivee sans soucis. sur air asia il precise ceci : India-
VOA All Visa On Arrival (VOA) by Malaysian Immigration is ceased immediately.
TWOV a. Transit With Out Visa (TWOV) is only applicable if clearing Malaysian Immigration – for a maximum of 120 hours stop-over in Malaysia. Passenger applying for TWOV must arrive and depart only at LCCT. b. Passengers from Indian sub-continent countries are only eligible for TWOV if they have Single Entry Visa (SEV) or Multiple Entry Visa (MEV) issued from any of the seven (7) countries listed, namely: i. Australia ii. New Zealand iii. United States of America (USA) iv. Japan v. China vi. Taiwan vii. South Korea c. TWOV is not applicable to any other countries of destination not listed above. d. Passengers applying for TWOV must have a valid onward ticket to the seven (7) countries listed above. e. Granting of TWOV is at the discretion of the Malaysian Immigration.
