I'm craving adventure and looking for a travel partner (any gender) for a destination that's as far off the beaten path as possible. On my radar: China, Costa Rica, Namibia, Bolivia, Polynesia... and more! Ideally, we'd leave in June or, at the latest, July. Minimum of 2–3 weeks. A mix of sightseeing, sports activities, and meeting locals. Laurent, 55 years old

Hi there. Here’s an ad I could’ve written myself! I don’t know any of these destinations, but I’d lean toward Bolivia or Namibia… or something else.😅 If you want to chat

Hi Pascale, For Namibia, some places that tempt me: Big Daddy, Fish River Canyon, Sandwich Harbour, and plenty of others, of course... For Colombia, La Paz, Cartagena (marine wildlife), Tayrona Park, etc... By mixing everyone's wish lists, we can cook up a great itinerary... Over there or elsewhere, actually, since I haven't checked the possible accommodations for each area. For example, wandering around Namibia without renting a 4x4 seems unrealistic... The best time to explore the islands of Polynesia is in June (snorkeling gear ready!) Food for thought. Share your thoughts with me. See you soon, Laurent

Laurent, I think the first step is to choose a destination because what you can do in one place isn’t necessarily possible everywhere. For example, snorkeling—without water, it’s tricky! 😄 I love adventure (trying different modes of transport, discovering and maybe even sharing local customs/traditions, having sports activities like horseback riding, snorkeling, kayaking, flying over a place, hiking, etc.). This is your project at heart, so I’ll let you decide on the final destination! 😊 Since I only have 5 weeks of vacation per year and try to take at least 2 trips, I prioritize periods with public holidays, like in May. Happy holidays, Pascale
