Je lance un peu une bouteille à la mer, en effet voilà le moment de venir voir ce beau pays, nous devrions arriver début octobre et malgré beaucoup de recherches(sites, agences etc..) nous ne trouvons pas de location meublée ou semi-meublée dans notre budget soit 200 à 250 €/mois, ce qui était encore possible il y a qqs mois paraît désormais infaisable, en effet on nous propose ce prix mais à la semaine !!!(voir tunisie-annonces.com) qu'est-ce qui a changé ? bref si vous avez des infos sur un appart ou une maison 2 chambres, meublée si possible, à Monastir, Port el Kantaoui, Sousse, Nabeul, merci de nous tenir au courant, nous sommes preneurs de toutes propositions sérieuses ou infos.

Oh si !!! ça a changé, en fait en vue de notre installation cela fait des mois qu'on se renseigne sur tout ce qui touche à la vie pratique en Tunisie, on a obtenu de bonnes infos et concernant les loyers on nous a "affirmé" qu'à part Tunis et La Marsa, on trouvait facilement des meublés entre 200 et 250 € surtout du côté de Monastir. Bref? nous cherchons au départ pour un mois, le temps de voir quelle ville nous plaît le plus et s'adapte le plus à ce que l'on veut faire, ensuite on louera à l'année mais peut-être en vide à voir, en tout cas on cherche en bord ou proche de la mer et donc pour un budget mensuel de 250 € max., merci de nous dire si vous avez des infos, ce serait sympa.

😉je pense que les prix que vous donnez sont corrects, les locations meublees en tunisie sont cheres, surtout vers sousse ou el kantaoui, et faites tres attention a ce quon vous loue, , nous avons loue une maison a CARTHAGE il ya 8 ans, nous avons deja paye 600 euros le mois et c, etait un bungaloww au fond d, un jardin, une horreur humide froid 😠, j, ai visite des apparts a sousse, je n, y aurais pas mis un chien, , sale la rampe d, escaliers pour y arriver nous collait aux mains 🏴☠️, enfin bref le mieux est d, aller quelques jous a l, hotel et la vous pouvez visiter, il y a des annonces dans les journaux, mais ouvrez bien les yeux et les oreilles car dans les immeubles j, ai passe des nuits a ecouter la musique des voisins toute la nuit au moins al, hotel on peut reclamer, mais la rien et les gens sont proprietaires chacun fait ce quil veut, , , , bonne recherche 😎😎

je dispose d'un appartement sis a la région de Hammamet richement meublée (2eme étage) SSm+2 chambre a coucher avec sdb +sde+équipé de chauffage centrale et climatiseur disponible tout de suite le loyer est de 500 Euro/mois.

En effet, il est difficile de trouver un appartement meublé à deux chambres et correct avec votre budget!!
les prix ont grimpés vertigineusement depuis maintenant 3 ans, et je pense qu'il faut allouer au moins 300€ pour espérer trouver quelque chose!
les frais d'éléctricité gaz et eau seront en sus.
Bonjour, oui c'est à s'arracher les cheveux, ça fait une augmentation de + de 50% par rapport aux prix qu'on pouvait trouver sur le net, je comprends que tout augmente partout en Tunisie comme ailleurs, mais là cela fait beaucoup .

je vous confirme que le prix d'une location meublée, à l'année, pour un S+2 se situe aux alentours de 340 euros par mois à Monastir ou Sousse. Ces prix sont pratiqués depuis 3 ou 4 ans...
Une location vide se négocie aux alentours de 170 à 200 euros pour la même superficie.

Merci de votre message, je crois que nous nous étions déjà parlés aussi c'est gentil de nous écrire, comme vous l'avez vu, on a "comme qui dirait" un petit problème au niveau du prix des loyers, je pense que l'on a pu confondre les tarifs meublés et vides.
Bref, on cherche donc pour 1 mois sur Monastir, El Kantaoui, Skanes et même Sousse, Nabeul, un appt meublé où l'on accepte un chien gentil et tranquille, propre pour 300 à 350€. A partir de là on va sillonner pour trouver qq chose de vide, donc avec loyer moins cher que nous meublerons sur place.
Si vous êtes au courant de quelque chose pour octobre, nous serions preneurs

Oui je connais ce connais ce site, mais c'est pour la plupart des annonces saisonnières payables à la semaine, donc chères.
Sinon on devrait donc se retrouver dans la même ville, si tu as besoin de quelque chose, on sera là-bas début octobre.

Hello, oui j'ai été voir sur ce site, j'ai l'impression de connaître les maisons de toutes la Tunisie tellement je passe de temps dessus !!!, mais je suis confiante on va arriver, il y a tellement de choses à penser quand on s'installe....................
J'ai maintenant un problème avec internet, il semblerait que le haut débit soit aussi très cher, ça je l'avais pas vu venir!!!

moi je pars le 9octobre je serai a monastir a la marina avec mon cheri qui est tunisien donc on a pas le choix c'est location d'appart... le concubinage etant interdit... lol du coup c'est 5jours en tunisie 10jours en france... donc si tu veux a l occasion on pourra se rencontrer et peut etre se donner un coup de pouce dans nos recherches.

ben pour le travail j ai la chance d etre dans une branche qu on peut qualifier de touristique aussi puisque je travail en saison avec le tourisme je suis intermitente du spectacle. j ai donc la possibilité d avoir une place dans certains hotels. pour l appart pour le moment je fais les allers retours je cherche.
mais je me focalise d abord sur un contrat de travail a partir de la je trouverai un appart. et en attendant je suis sur des locations de vacances (10jours par mois)
sache quand meme que si tu decide de travailler la bas ton salaire sera largement inferieur a ton salaire francais...donc reflechis bien.
et ton homme quel sont ses projets vis a vis de tout ca, ? sera t il present pour t epauler completement?
quant a la question "comment vivre ca?" je pense que si c'est reflechi et construit correctement ca peut etre une super experience.
personnellement moi je me dis "ca coute rien de tenter le coup si ca se passe mal je ne suis qu a 1H30 d avion de chez moi."

If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
