le téléphone et l'ordinateur nous sommes obligé d'en avoir mais comme je disait plastic bannit et pas de produits synthétique c'est surtout dans l'utilisation quotidienne tel les sacs plastiques, les ustensiles de cuisine, les produits d'entretiens et de nettoyages et tout ce qui pourra être remplacé par des produits naturelles.
Certes le cuivre se recycle. Mais il ne faut pas oublier qu'avant de le recycler, c'est un matériau enterré, qui peut se dégrader, que les eaux marocaines ne sont pas obligatoirement les plus douces, et que cela peut être un risque pour la santé

En théorie oui. En pratique, prévoir de nombreux problèmes de filtrage (penser à la joie des vents de sable), et surtout, penser qu'en dehors des libellules, grenouilles, il y a le etc. Dans le etc il y a des trucs désagréables (cherche un peu sur Google pour la leishmaniose, qui est présente dans le sud marocain).
Si les piscines n'existent pas dans l'architecture traditionnelle, ce n'est pas parce qu'on n'y a pas pensé, mais parce que ça ne correspond pas au climat ou à l'environnement.

Vu les problèmes de désertification à cause de l'utilisation du bois pour le chauffage, est ce une bonne idée ?
Quant au solaire photovoltaïque, l'impact écologique de la production des plaques, et surtout de leur recyclage en fin de vie en fait une énergie dont le bilan est à peu près aussi polluant que pour les sources d'énergies traditionnelles, mais différemment (moins d'effet de serre, mais nettement plus d'autres pollutions). Une énergie électrique d'origine éolienne, ou même hydraulique, est nettement moins polluante.
le cuivre risque pour la santé:
les eaux pour la boisson passeront dans environ 1 mètre de cuivre et ne seront pas enterrés, l'eau de boisson est purifié (distillée) par un capteur solaire et arrivera dans une petite citerne en terre cuite pour être reminéralisé.
prévoir de nombreux problèmes de filtrage:
pas de problème de vent de sable car filtrage en anaérobie, cette piscine sera en fait un mini étang naturel.
Vu les problèmes de désertification à cause de l'utilisation du bois pour le chauffage:
j'ai dis solaire ou bois, pour le bois il y a les déchets de bois dans les usines qui fabriquent les palettes, c'est de l'écorce de bois, on ne coupera pas des arbres pour alimenter le four, et comme ces usines continueront d'exister malgré nous jusqu'à ce que des lois interdisent l'utilisation du bois pour les palettes ce qui n'est pas pensable pour l'instant en Europe et encore moins Ici nous nous servirons de ces déchets.
Quant au solaire photovoltaïque:
Aucune intention d'utiliser le photovoltaïque, il y a les éoliennes mais trop d'entretiens, pas assez de puissance à moins d'investir dans un gros modèle hors de prix et pas assez de vent du côté de Taroudannt, que reste-t-il? Electricité solaire pas encore au point et hors de prix...
Je ne vois pas trop comment tu peux "alimenter" un frigo à l'énergie solaire sans photovoltaïque. Le solaire que je connais, c'est ou bien chauffage direct par les tuyaux et les réservoirs, ou photovoltaïque. (je me trompe peut être, mais le thermodynamique, ça reste des grosses installations industrielles...)
Je ne vois pas non plus comment tu ne peux avoir qu'un mètre de cuivre pour ta plomberie, ou alors tu fais le reste avec quoi ? Tu as une seule prise d'eau potable pour toute la maison ? Les hôtes ne peuvent pas utiliser l'eau de leur salle de bains, même pour se laver les dents ?
On est bien d'accord sur la conception du "mini étang naturel", mais manifestement pas sur ce que cela implique. (Et pas sur le fait de le réaliser, tant qu'à recycler l'eau, autant l'utiliser pour autre chose que pour un truc à évaporation et à moustiques. Ou alors il devient tellement mini que cela ne mérite plus de s'appeler une piscine ? )
En ce qui concerne les déchets pour le bois, tu pourras effectivement en trouver, mais cela reste un moyen de chauffage / cuisson avec une forte déperdition énergétique, et un effet de serre.
Vous avez parfaitement raison mais en attendant la perfection, ce projet là est une grande avancée et si tous voulaient ou pouvaient faire de même on aura fait un grand pas.
L'objectif dans ce projet c'est de faire également des formations sur plusieurs domaines dont, la culture biologique sans eau, très important dans cette région, l'utilisation des eaux usée purifiée et filtrée pour l'arrosage ou les douches, la cuisine solaire, l'alimentation saine, la construction écologique sans emploie de ciment, les peintures et les enduits naturels etc...
