Voilà je suis dans une situation un peu compliquée. Je pars en septembre faire un stage de 7 mois (non rémunéré) au Brésil dans le cadre de mon cursus universitaire... Et je ne sais pas quel visa s'applique à mon cas.
En effet je pensais prendre le vitem IV (étudiant-stagiaire) mais il faut que la convention soit signée par l'établissement d'accueil ET une université brésilienne or ma convention n'est signée que par mon université française ... (et la reponsable du département des stages n'est pas trop motivée pour m'aider 😕)
Il y a bien le visa "bénévolat" mais il faut une tonne de paperrasse et ma responsable de stage a déjà du mal à me faire une petite signature !!
Quelqu'un s'est-il déjà retrouvé dans cette situation et quelles solutions sont possibles ?
La réponse est simple, si tu n'a pas de visa tu ne pourra pas rester au Brésil plus de 5 mois et 25 jours en moyenne....car tu peut venir ici, obtenir dés ton arrivée en aéroport une autorisation de séjour pour 90 jours, que tu pourra renouveler pour 90 jours de mieux et ceci quelques jours avant l'échéance des 90 premiers jours....

Ce qui m'inquiète en fait c'est que sur le site du consulat il est indiqué que les ressortissants français ne peuvent PAS prolonger leur visa touristique de 3 mois supplémentaires! Alors que sur pas mal de discussions j'ai vu que des personnes y étaient tout de même arrivé!
Je t'ai répondu, pourquoi douter 😎......et relis bien ce qui est mis sur le site de l'ambassade, qui ne parle que du visa de tourisme, c'est à dire celui que tu demandera ensuite sur place, à la fin de tes 90 premiers jours.....effectivement un fois qu'il sera échu tu ne pourra pas faire une nouvelle prolongation.....
donc tu passera 90jours + 90 jours (visa de tourisme)......puis retour pour 181 jours..... question d'interprétation

Oui justement c'est bien le problème, j'ai essayé de contacter l'UFRJ pour qu'ils me fassent une attestation de partenariat avec mon école mais pas de réponse... Et mon école refuse de leur demander une lettre d'invitation car "ce ne sont pas des prestataires de service". Très sympathique!

Je suis exactement dans la même situation que toi. Effectivement depuis 2010 il faut impérativement qu'une convention de stage soit signée par une université brésilienne.
Perso je ne vais pas essayer de faire sans ce visa, car je ne veux pas mettre l'entreprise qui m'a acceptée pour un stage dans une situation d'illégalité (ils n'ont pas le droit d'employer qqn de l'extérieur, meme non rémunéré, sans visa). Et puis ensuite, comme ce sont des crédits pour mon master, bonjour la validité du truc... bref, oui, c'est compliqué et (je ne sais pas toi) il me reste peu de temps!!
Pour le moment j'attends que l'UFBA (Salvador, Bahia) me réponde. Si tu as un contact sur place demande lui de joindre l'uni qui t'intéresse, c'est ce que j'ai fait. Sinon tu peux tenter le fax, ou l'appel si ton portugais tient la route. Ou encore solliciter l'aide de l'entreprise qui te reçoit en stage, pour qu'ils t'aident un peu dans tes démarches.
Mais si jamais, en terme de délais, une lueur d'espoir: une fois que tu as déposés tous les papiers nécessaires il ne faut qu'une petite semaine pour pouvoir aller chercher ton passeport estampillé!
Voilà! Je ne sais pas si ca t'aide bcp, mais on moins on est pas seules!!

Oui voilà je n'ai pas spécialement envie d'être dans l'illégalité et obliger mon établissement d'accueil à cautionner cette situation...
Mon école a essayé de demander une lettre d'invitation de l'université du Rio Grande do Sul mais refus de leur part, ils ne donnent ce genre de document qu'aux étudiants qui vont y suivre des cours. As-tu une réponse de Salvador ?
Sinon, est-ce que faire certifier par un notaire la convention suffirait (j'ai cru lire ça quelque part) ? Dernière solution le vitem I "bénévolat" mais j'ai peur qu'en termes de délais ce soit très très juste! Il faut que le ministère des affaires étrangères brésilien accepte la demande faite par l'établissement d'accueil.. Et je ne suis pas sûre que ma responsable de stage accepte de me fournir tous les documents demandés!

Par contre maintenant que j'y pense ils ont peut etre refusé parce que ce type de visa ne requiert pas de lettre d'invitation mais la signature d'une convention de stage tripartite (l'uni au brésil, l'institution au brésil, et toi-meme). Si tu as besoin d'un modèle pr ce type de document, je te fais volontiers parvenir le mien en MP (signé pour le moment par une uni suisse, l'institution et moi, mais comme on l'a bien compris maintenant, ca ne suffit pas)
Pour ma part tjs pas de nouvelles, et je veux pas stresser mes contacts donc... je me ronge les ongles en attendant! Si je peux me permettre un petit coup de gueule, le département en charge des relations internationales de l'UFBA pourrait lire plus souvent ses mails, et si elle le fait, y répondre, meme par la négative, sinon a quoi est-ce qu'ils servent???
Ah oui, j'oubliais: le notaire je pense qu'il faut tout simplement oublier, j'ose pas imaginer les frais. Et pour la procédure de bénévolat oui, ca l'air encore plus compliqué que de faire signer une convention par une université brésilienne!!
Je reviens pour te donner les quelques infos que j'ai pu obtenir. Concernant le fait qu'il faut etre inscrit à université pour qu'ils signent une attestation de stage: oui, en tout cas à l'UFBA. Sinon il semblerait qu'il soit possible de faire valider ta demande par un notaire sur place (ce dont tu parlais) auquel cas c'est l'entreprise qui t'emploie qui devra se charger de ces formalités et de t'expédier ensuite le contrat par voie postale (il faut l'original pour une demande de visa, ca aussi, j'ai demandé).
Par contre, en tout cas au niveau du consulat il semblerait qu'a priori comme il s'agit de la meme base légale pour le visa étudiant et pour le visa étudiant-stagiaire, un stage est possible si tu n'as que le premier. Comme le personnel administratif de l'UFBA est en grève en ce moment, la seule solution que j'ai trouvée pour le moment (et qui fonctionne) c'est de m'inscrire pour des cours de portugais pour étrangers. Une fois inscrite ils te font parvenir une attestation qui est valable pour la demande de visa étudiant. Du coup je suis inscrite en tant qu'étudiante et je suppose qu'à partir de là je pourrai demander qu'ils signent ma convention de stage.
Voilà, j'espère que ces infos te seront utiles, tiens moi au courant de tes démarches!
Finalement je me suis décidée à partir sans visa... Je ferai une demande de prorogation de 3 mois vers mi novembre à la police fédérale comme il est apparemment coutume de faire! Et puis si jamais on ne me l'accorde pas, je me débrouillerai pour trouver un autre stage de 3 mois dans un autre pays, j'ai peut-être un plan au Mexique, et mon école validera ces deux stages comme un seul de 6 mois.
C'est compliqué alors on s'adapte!
