d'abord pour le delai d'attente c'est environ 2 mois pr le permis d'etudes pour un algerien quidesire aller etudier au canada.
mais voila je crois que ca c'est amelioré de nos jours, je t'explique:
j'ai demandé un visa visiteur (tourisme).sur le site de lambassade il est mentionné 1 mois d'attente, alors que moi je l'ai eu en 12jours.
donc je crois que le temps d'attente a diminué pour les algeriens, et puis tu a le choix entre deposer a l'ambassade ou chez tls contact, un centre de visa.pour les etudiants il ya un entretien a passer.quand j'ai deposé mon dossier de visa je me suis renseigné en meme temps pour le permis d'etude, c'est un algerien qui te fait l'entretien, donc pas de stress.
ensuite, pour le CAQ, demandes d'abord ton permis d'etude vu que ca prend plus de temps que le caq, ensuite tu depose pour le caq, ou bien les deux enssemble, c'est comme tu veux mais jamais le caq avant le permis d'etudes.

comme a dit maria, les couts des études pour étudiant étranger sont assez couteuse pis ça peut varier de 10000CAD/an(DEC Technique en adminstartion) à 20000CAD/an pour les universités en plus des frais de subsitence une fois la bas ont été evalués par le gouvernement du quebec pour 1 personne seul plus de 18ans a 11500CAD environs. après tout depend le choxi du programme choisi, il voit le cout sur le site du CEGEP ou ecole ou université choisie.
pour les bourses, comme cité en haut ya celle des exemption ou la personne paye comme un resident quebecois genre 1000 dollars ds un collège a peu près(frais d'inscription + assurance maladie) ou 2000 dollars environ a l'université.
après pour les démarches faut payer, pour juste etre admis a un prgramme c pas mal d'argent entre tarduction des diplomes en français ou anglais, frais d'admission, test de français parfois exige parfois pas, frais d'envoi par courrier, frais du CAQ et frais du visa ou la personne doit prouver ses ressources financières.
voila j'espère été assez clair pour te donner une idée.
pour son admission si il remplit les conditions académiques, il sera accepté son trop de difficulté, meme l'obtention du CAQ qui n'est qu'une simple formalité pour nous les maghrbéins voir africains(puisque le quebec a délégué le gouvernement du canada par le biais de ses ambassades de voir les capacités financières et son intention) et donc pour obtenir le visa d'entrée c'est la ou ça pourrait poser problème. les principaux motifs de refus(que j'ai eu echoo) sont soit:
- ressource finncières insuffisante.
- l'agent n'est pas convaincu du retour du demandeur a son pays d'origine et cela peut s'expliquer par le fait qu'un demandeur ayant obtenu un diplome superieur ds son pays d'origine, postule pour un diplome nettement très inferieur a celui qui detient ou la pertinence de son projet d'etude.
après il pourra tjrs enclencher les démarches et voir a la fin si ça passe ou pas comme on dit qui ne tente rien n'a rien, tout dependra de l'agent qui traitera son dossier au niveau de l'ambassade.
j'espère avoir été assez claire dans mon explication et objectif.
