Comment faites vous dans ce cas ??? traitement les 6 premier mois et puis après plus rien ??? de plus que me conseillez vous pour mon compte bancaire / j'aimerais envoyer de l'argent tous les mois ou tous les trimestres en France ... est-ce possible ?? ou trop cher le virement et combien de perte à la convertion cfa euros ??? Pour les assurances complémentaires que me conseillez vous - pris des renseignement à la cfe mais peut-être un autre package santé est plus avantageux ailleurs ???
Bref, c'est la première fois que je pars vivre à l'étranger - bcp de voyage en afrique et une visite d'une semaine pour prendre la température de mon futur pays d'acceuil en mars 2009 à abidjan - mais malgrè mes expériences africaines : tous vos conseils avisés d'expat ou locaux seront les bienvenus merci d'avance !

conçernant le traitement palu, le mieux est je pense de voir l'avis d'un médecin, moi je n'ai jamais pris de traitement anti palu (française)jamais malade en 20ans meme si une analyse a montrer que j'aie été contaminé par le palu
, mes enfants, qui ont passé la moitié de leur vie en cote d'ivoire non plus jamais de traitement, sachant que ma fille a eu le palu de retour en france avec pas mal de compliquation car c'était en province et mal traité a l'hopital, mais le fait est que personne habitant sur plusieurs années dans les pays riquant le palu ne prends les traitement, et le faits de le prendre pendant 3/6mois puis abandonner la prise vous rendra bcp plus sensible (hormis maladie auto immune),
conçernant l'argent vous pouvez l'envoyez en france via votre banque sans trop de frais pour des sommes de quelques milliers d'euros, a peu près identique que ceux pratiqué par banque française, (perso étant commerçante je ne passe que par les jeunes de treichville qui prennent les taux les plus faibles surtout pour grosse somme mais y aller seulement avec des connaisseurs pour éviter escroquerie et autres bien entendue😉)
conçernant les banques par contre, faut vraiment savoir que la plupart des banques ivoiriennes sont vraiment imcompétentes, cad erreur dans ordre de virement, erreur dans encaissement, etc..etre vigileant, car nos camarades les guichetiers ne le sont pas, et leurs réseaux informatiques completement HS
Pour les assurances complém c'est clair qu'elles sont hyper cher comparé a la france, je vous recommande en cas de soucis, l'hopital pisam(si vous logé du coté des VALLONS) ou une clinique tenus par des libanais au plateaux qui est nickel
voilà bonne arrivée a vous dans ce pays merveilleux (meme si une arrivée en septembre🙁n' est pas le plus propice au vue des possibles elections qui s'annonce🤪)

Les quartier ou habiter, ça dépends ou tu bosses enfaites, s
si tu bosses au plateaux là zone est sécurisé mais disons que vraiment desert le week end et tu seras plus sur une locations d'appartement (200 000 cfa min pour un 2/3pieces)et c'est une zone ou ils y a beaucoup de libanais,
si tu bosses en zone 4, tu peux te prendre une maison sachant que là bas les loyers sont tous de meme excessifs (300 voir 400 000cfa comparable presque aux capitales occidentales), mais l'avantage ou l'inconvénient au choix😛 c'est que c'est la zone ou il y le plus les expatriées et les animations qui vont avec!et par contre en cas de soucis..., c'est la zone a coté de l'aéroport !!
Après au 2 plateaux/vallons (mon quartier 😎) on peut dire que les loyers pour une maison 2chambres sont plutots correct (200 000cfa)ou un appart (150 000 cfa), là les quartiers sont plus mixtes restant , et les animations existantes également, mais si tu bosses au plateaux ou zone 4 prévoir des embouteillages chaque matin (30min minimum😐)
Après les choses a éviter ben ça dépend, c'est pas évident a dire comme ça, tu comptes prendre une voiture?ou seulement taxi?tu comptes chercher un appart sur place?
Slt, moi chui Ivoirien et je te conseil un quartier où je réside moi même et qui est très sécurisé les 2 plateaux (Vallons). Tu y trouveras une variété de résidences tout équipé avec des prix varié selon ton budget en attendant de te trouver un appartement qui sera à ton goût. Surtout te stress pas tu ne sera pas déçu de la ville d'Abidjan et le palu, on ne l'attrape pas aussi souvent qu'on le crois.

Vous fait partir de ceux qui n'aim pas l'afrique, en afrique tout est possible et certian, tout depand de manier vous avez aborder votre projet.
Si vous le traiter officiellement et normallement, vous l'aurez certainement.
J'habite en Guinée équatoriale, donc pas trop loin.
Pour le palu, les médecins spécialisés dans ce type de problêmes conseillent en général de prendre un traitement trois mois, le temps de trouver les bons réflexes pour ne plus ou pas se faire piquer, puis arréter le traitement.
De toutes facons tu te feras piquer, comme tout le monde! Et il n'est pas possible de prendre un traitement sur le long terme, puisque ca te flingue, le foie notamment (et la vie d'expat et déja souvent tres mauvaise pour le foie en elle même...)
Apres mon docteur m'avait conseillé de prendre du Malarone, et de reprendre un cachet par jour quand je vais dans des zones particulierement exposées (rando dans la jungle etc). J'avoue ne pas le faire, ce qui n'est surement pas une bonne chose, mais tout se passe bien quand même
Le plus important est d'aller voir un docteur aux premiers symptomes de fievre et ne pas croire que c'est un coup de fatigue passager, ca peut être le cas bien sur, mais il ne faut pas prendre de risque, le palu doit être dépisté le plus tôt possible, pour éviter les complications.
Apres, il ne faut pas "psychoter", mais juste être prudent. J'ai pour ma part eu la palu, comme tous les gens que je connais ici qui sont restés plus d'un an. J'ai été voir un docteur tres tôt et ai été KO pendant deux jours, mais c'est tout!
