Un peu surpris de ta question.... c en effet aux gens qui te font la proposition de job de t"indiquer ce qu'ils sont prêts à te donner en terme de salaire.
Ensuite il te faut savoir avec quel statut et contrat tu pars: en local ou en expat?.
Enfin, quel est le standing de ces hôtels? s'agit il de 4 *de standing international ou bien d'hôtels 2* locales?
la variation de salaire peut être en effet de 1 à 10 suivant les cas!!
salut ! je suis allé a abidjan du 4 decembre au 4 fevrier a yopougon exactement ! deja si tu desir manger correctement a abidjan ! c'est aussi chere que ici en france dans les grandes surface ! et si tu hachette dans leur marché , dit du peuple !!il faut pas regarder ! pas de viande , ou alors faire bien cuire comme le poisson d'ailleur ! mais pas chere ! il y a que les logements qui ne sont pas chere et meme a hacheter ! tu peux demander le meme tarif que en france !

J'habite à Abidjan depuis 1 an et demi et n'achète aucun fruit ni légume dans les grandes surfaces type SOCOCE, qui sont au minimum 2 fois plus chers que les marchés( ne pas hésiter à marchander) pour les produits locaux. Quant à acheter des tomates grappes venant de France à 7900 Fcfa ( soit 12 euros !!! le kg) c'est résolument de la "connerie" quand tu peux acheter d'excellentes petites tomates africaines à 1000 Fcfa voir moins en saison.
Par contre la viande est moins chère qu'en France en grande surface: filet de bœuf local ou du Burkina à 5500 Fcfa le kg ( 8,37 euros !!!) et le veau ( pas élevé sous la mère... 😉 autour de 3500 Fcfa ( 5 euros)
sinon, aucun risque à acheter sur les marchés en respectant des règles d'hygiènes strictes ( ne pas hésiter à laver les fruits et les légumes plusieurs fois, avec pourquoi pas en ajoutant quelques gouttes d'eau de javel dans l'eau de lavage...)
et puis pensez à manger les légumes locaux qui sont excellents: igname, manioc banane plantain et bien sur l'incontournable attiéké.
Ne pas hésiter à aller dans les villages en brousse pour acheter de la viande de brousse : perdrix, pintade, biche, lapin et pour ceux qui aime, l'agouti et bien sur le fameux poulet "bicyclette " qui a vraiment du goût.
Faut sortir du steak frite et du ghetto blanc de zone 4...!😉

ca fait bientot 2 mois que je vis à abidjan. j'ai pris la direction de 2 hotels. mais la vie abijanaise n'est pas facile, heureusement que des villes pas loin comme bassam ou jaqueville sont superbes. et reposantes.
j'ai un peu gouter a tout niveau nourriture africaine et je me régale et c'est vrai que c'est pas cher.
apr contre difficile de s'y faire des amis en tant que "blanc"!! dommage car y'a des gens qui en valent le coup. mais ils ne sont qu'intéressés.

Je suis dans l'hotellerie aussi (nombreuses expérience dans l'hôtellerie de luxe sur paris ).
Je sais que votre annonces dates mais si vous êtes toujours la bas pouvez vous me donner la situation du travail dans l'hôtellerie la bas et des tuyaux pour trouver un poste quand je serai sur place. Sa serai bien de prendre contact si vous êtes pas trop busy.

je ne suis plus en cote d'ivoire depuis les évènements. Je ne sais donc pas quelle est la situation actuelle. Par contre ce que je sais c'est que durant toutes ces années de "dictature" tout ce qui est relié au tourisme a été banni donc à l'abandon. Ce serait intéressant pour vous de contacter de france les grands hotels directement pour leur demander s'ils ont des postes à proposer aux étrangers. Ils aiment travailler avec des français pour leur gestion. Mais attention tout de même. Je ne sais pas pourquoi vous voulez aller là bas mais ne vous attendez pas à grand chose. Le pays a été abandonné pendant plus de 10 ans et faudra certainement des années avant que ce pays redevienne ce qu'il a été il y à 30 ans.

Je modererais le propos de Cheyenne car un évenement majeur vient de se produire.
En effet, l' Unesco vient de déclarer la ville de BASSAM au patrimoine culturel mondial .
On peut légitimement penser que cela va contribuer à faire de la Côte dIvoire de nouveau une destination touristique prisée.
D'autre part les perspectives de développement consécutives au changement de régine, draînent beaucoup de business men qui font tourner l'hôtellerie.
Concernant les 6 grands hôtels ( Novotel, Pulmann, Hôtel Ivoire, Ivotel, Tiama, et celui de Yamoussoukro + les 2 Ibis ) pas grans chose à espérer. Les personnels sont en place.
Pour le moins hasardeux de se pointer à Abidjan et d'attendre qu'une place se libère, et ce d'autant plus que les ressources humaines sont gérées au niveau des groupes et de cabinets de recrutement.
Oui vous avez raison, j'ai vue que la ville de grand Bassam et passée au patrimoine culturel mondial par l'UNESCO . Sa devrai booster le secteur du tourisme.
Concernant ma venu je vous rassure je ne me "Pointe" pas a Abidjan en attendant qu'une place ce libère j'ai fini de rêvé ! Pour votre information je suis au courent que la plupart de ces hôtels sont géré par des groupes. Google c'est magique quand on ses s'en servir :-))

Salaires moindres pas forcement déclarés et pas toujours payés en temps et en heure, et donc sans aucune couverture sociale.
Cheyenne est partie sans attendre le dénouement. La Côte d'Ivoire est en train manifestement de repartir. Pour autant c'est encore un peu dur mais on dit ca va aller...!!!
