J'ai décidé de partir en RD au mois de Septembre 2007 afin d'ouvrir un espace loisirs consacré aux sports nautiques. Je ne connais pas les lois et les règles à respecter pour ce type de structure. Pour cela je te renvois sur le site de l'ambassade de France en RD, il y a tout en ce qui concerne la creation d'une societe ici. Le dossier est tres complet. Depend apres quel type de societe tu vas faire: Nom propre ( Persona fisica) Societe anonyme ( S.A.) equivalente a la SARL CXA (compañia por aciones) equivalente a la S.A.
Une fois que tu auras etudié tout cela, tu pourras entrer en contact avec moi, je connais bien le monde des Empresarios et les lois fiscales du pays, tres proches de la France, la loi Dominicaine étant basée sur le code Napoleonien.

De par mon expérience sur place, pour les JetSkis, je déconseille, trop de problèmes mécanique, de maintenance, et de casse sur les nombreux récifs, pour non respect du matériel, désinvolture, problème de pièces détachées inabordables (Douanes...)
Assurances pas fiables..ou alors très chères...
Pour les Quads se sont d'ailleurs les même problèmes...
Rentabilitée non-garantie... pleins de ventes dans ce secteur, soit disant ("la bonne affaire...!) plutôt le bon piège....
A vous d'ête extrêmement prudent, dans tous les sports "moteurs" en Rep. Dom.
Il faut vraiment trouver plus original pour gagner petitement sa vie en Rep. dom. à moins d'être milliardaire, et de pouvoir investir de manière stratégique, soit à très long terme, comme Donald Trumps...
Mais qui n'essaye rien, n'a rien!

En fait je comptais faire de la location de Jet-Ski dans le but de proposer des excursions en Jet pour faire découvrir les iles et différents coins magique de la Rep.Dom accessible uniquement par voie maritime et proposer un ptit punch dans l'apres midi, etc...
En me renseignant plus, je me suis aperçus qu'il y avait beaucoup de risque de bracage maritimes, etc...
Donc je suis en pleine réflections et j'avoue que l'idée d'être seul en Rep Dom sans connaitre personne sur place me dérange....🤪

Le Jet Ski devient très réglementé, et est presque interdit partout ou des visites pourraient se faire...Bruit, gêne pour les baigneurs, préservation des lieux et de leur tranquilité.
Une étude approfondie s'impose SUR PLACE avant de débourser le premier US$. car la REP Dom est grande et les déplacements en mer sont longs...les visiteurs de la Plage du Docteur à Saona et plus loin même doivent partir de BayaHibe avec des barques équipées de 2 x 200 CV Hors-bord pour ne pas s'éterniser la journée en mer...
A vous de voir...sur place j'insiste, n'écoutez personne sauf votre bon sens!

Quel domage que tu te decepcione si vite, ton rêve c'est la RD, si tu as un peu d'argent, d'intelligence, tu peux developper n'importe quel buiseness ici, après tu pourras profiter de la mer et des plages. Ici, les impots sont tres faibles, les salaires aussi et quasi pas de charges sociales. Si tu lance une activitée avec une forte valeur ajoutée, pas forcément liée au tourisme, toutes les chances sont de ton cote.
Courage, un rêve doit se mériter pour le savourer.
salut, je voudrais savoir si dans le batiment il y a du boulot en tant que frigoriste, climatiseur plombier et pourquoi pas monter mon entreprise.et ma copine qui a un bts action commerciale et une expérience en gestion immobiliere elle peut trouver ou elle doit penser a se recycler et aussi trés important savoir si on peut vire correctement en étant embaucher en arrivant
Il faut savoir ici que plombier c'est pas facile, tout le monde peut le faire, il n'y a pas de cuivre tout est en PVC collé. Par contre le secteur de la clim et du froid industriel, il y a un creneau porteur. Il y a du monde mais beaucoup de bricoleurs et peu de professionnels. Il y a les grandes boites comme Carrier (France), York (USA)...mais dans la maintenance et moyenne installation, peu de monde.
Je dit qu'il y a une carte a jouer, plus sur le froid et le froid Empresarial et Institucional (Entreprises et administrations).

Je suis tomber sur ce post concernant la creation d'entreprise en république dominicaine.
Voila mon frére et moi avons l'idée de créer une entreprise et voudrions savoir les démarches à faire dans cet objectif la.
D'aprés les nombreuses visites effectuées sur place on a pu constater que de nombreux creneaux sont à envisager et certains ayant une forte demande.
Maintenant concernant les demarches administratives cela reste un casse tete : deja qu'en France pour le faire cela releve d'un parcours du combattant mais dans un autre pays j'ose imaginer.
Si vous pouvez nous orienter sur divers organismes ou associations qui pourrait nous renseigner je vous en remercie d'avance.
C'est pratiquement comme en France, 1, visiter le site de l'ambassade de France en RD, il y a tout sur la creation d'entreprises ici, apres, chambre de commerce, banque etc... tout dependera du regime de societe et fiscal que vous choisirez, si vous le souhaitez, vous pouvez me contacter en privé, je pense en 24 ans d'ingenieria ici, conaitre suffisament le tissu economique de l'ile et ses infrastructures.

Accès, assez facilement a la résidence permanente, plus facile pour les gens faisant partie du Commonwealth comme le canada, aussi accès facile au permis de travail ou encore ouvrir un commerce pour les non résident aussi programme de résidence permanente pour les retraités, droit a la propriété sans aucune restriction, résident ou pas, pays relativement jeune avec du potentiel pour chacun. coût de la vie intéressant, voir bas si tu n’est pas touriste, eau potable, seul pays latino a avoir ça, pays le mieux scolarisé de l Amérique central . Moi mes taxes annuelles pour un terrain de 12 hectars(100, 000m.carré) sont de 25 bz (12.50us.). À Sarteneja ici ou pour une population de 3000 personnes, un seul policier, pour ainsi dire qu’il n y a pas de criminalité. Qui dit mieux…. les touristes de je croise ici me dise souvent qu’ils ont rarement vue un endroit avec autant de sourire surtout les enfants et les enfants sont le reflet d’un endroit. Pour: un pâtissier/ boulanger un boucher, un mécano, un marchand de bois, un café Internet, un bateau d'excursion touristique pour la pêche ou encore la plongée en apnée, à Bacalar Chico, L une des plus belle réserve nautique du Belize classée comme joyaux par l’UNESCO, elle est tout près de mon village, ici pour des gens qui veulent travailler l le potentiel est réel..
Le pays que tu choisira et très important pour différente raison, car tu n’y vas pas en vacance pour qqs semaines mais plutôt y vivre en investissant de l'argent, et la stabilité du pays sera un gage de sécurité. attention au boom émotionnel… …
