- Pensez vous qu'une société comme celle que je souhaite développer peut être viable à long terme?
- Pensez vous qu'il faille démarcher les comités d'entreprise ou bien faire les marchés..?
- Savez vous si il est plus avantageux d'aller directement sur place (Thailande, Inde, Népal..) ou de trouver des fournisseurs ici en France?
- Est ce que quelqu'un connais des grossistes sérieux en Asie ou en France?
- Est ce que vous connaitriez des artisans locaux travaillant du cuir, bijoux, objets de déco...afin de ne pas passer par les grossistes?

Je te recommande de voir d'abord "en ligne" les sites concurrents , puis tu parles ensuite de comités d'entreprise et de marchés. Il te faut alors créer une entreprise, ou micro-entreprise suivant le chiffre d'affaire que tu comptes générer. Si tu crée une entreprise, il faudra compter avec tous les frais obligatoires que cela comporte : Assedic, Ursaf, TVA, cotisations diverses, salaire d'un employé (même si c'est toi), j'en passe et des meilleures, donc compter sur un CA qui permettra de couvrir tout cela.
En ce qui concerne l'approvisionnement, tu peux bien sûr venir sur place mais qui s'occupera du contrôle qualité, expédition, etc...Je parle pour l'Inde, on a beau se mettre d'accord sur un cahier des charges pour l'exécution de tel ou tel objet, on ne sait jamais ce que l'on recevra, et quand, même si l'échantillon était satisfaisant. Donc, frais supplémentaires pour divers déplacements.
En micro-entreprise, tu pourras faire ces voyages et ramener avec toi ou expédier la marchandise qui te convient, en payant les frais de dédouanement, etc, mais cela ne risque pas de générer un profit viable une fois tous les frais enlevés.
Reste la solution des fournisseurs en France : on achète ce que l'on voit, et tous les tracas administratifs pour l'importation sont déjà réglés.
Je te conseille d'aller faire un tour à Maison et Objet à Villepinte début janvier, qui est la Mecque de tout ce qui s'importe autant pour la décoration que les bijoux.
Tu pourras alors te faire une idée, et discuter avec des professionnels.
Est ce que à tout hazzard vous connaitriez une entreprise ou personne sérieuse afin de réaliser un site internet commercial sérieux. J'ai déjà fait plusieurs demande de devis..mais sait on jamais ;)!

La concurrence on s'en fout, il y en a pour tout, et à part si tu penses devenir Carrefour tu arriveras à vivre et c'est intéressant.

Our departure time is getting closer (we have less than 2 years left—it’s both a long time and so short!). To start preparing seriously, we’ll need quite a bit of info. If anyone knows the rates charged by movers for a crate to French Polynesia, or what pitfalls to avoid (I know you can get quotes directly from movers, but I’d love insights from actual customers😉).
